Marketable permit system (MPS) is a economic incentive instrument that allows polluters to achieve static and dynamic efficiency, However, Korea's atmospheric regulations are primarily based upon command and control (CAC) system and partly upon economic incentive instruments, which fail to realize its relative effectiveness, Accordingly, an introduction of MPS has been recommended with the cost effectiveness analysis in numerous studies, The literature, however, did not consider the relationship between MPS and the existing regulations, which is a key factor for the successful introduction of MPS, This paper provides a set of principles to judge how the existing regulations are reconciled with the introduction of MPS, In addition, authors execute an empirical study to show MPS's cost effectiveness when regulators apply MPS in Ulsan area for the abatement of sulfur dioxide, The results suggest that the regulations such as fuel regulation should be excluded when implementing MPS, and a flexibility in legal and regulatory system is to be required in order to secure a successful implementation of MPS.

Strategic agility plays an important role in maintaining a competitive advantage for companies, where information systems are introduced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the introduction of the information system on the strategic agility of the company through the analysis of the "H" resort, which has recently built the information system. Research shows that the introduction of resort management information systems promotes the level of strategic sensitivity, collective commitments and resource liquidity, which are key elements of strategic agility. This study confirmed that the establishment of resort information system has a positive effect on practitioners who want to create strategic agility. However, this study is a single case study and it is difficult to argue that the introduction of information systems is a positive for the strategic agility approach.

This paper reviews the one of problems that may occure for the tram operating in Korea, it's a free-riding problem, I analyzed the feasibility of combining the introduction of world-class technology solution "IT". It is under review the introduction of tram in Su-won city, Chang-won city, Wi-Rye new town. Free-riding is one of the biggest issues of any agency that operates the public transportation system. It has been acting as the main factors threatening the financial integrity of the operating agency, and the ratio of free-riding is further increased. In this paper, I want to build a foundation for the development of the system by analyzing the economic feasibility for the introduction of free-riding prevention system.

As the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Information Age, companies are in the state of infinite competition due to the rapidly changing technological environment and fierce competition. In this situation companies are making efforts to gain the competitive advantage by introducing information systems. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered a method to gain a competitive edge in rapid change. In fact, companies that already have introduced the SCM system are achieving company renovation with positive effects such as increase of sales stock reduction on-time delivery cost reduction and improved efficiency. This study was started to investigate the resistance that occurs in introducing the SCM system for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries that have not yet introduced the SCM system despite the importance of the SCM system, and to check the effect on the intention of the introduction. As the result of this study, the first is that the company has the higher technological innovation, the more positive the effect on Relative advantage Compatibility Perceived risk, Complexity. Second, The compatibility of the SCM system was rejected in innovation resistance, but it is adopted with the highest impact in the introduction intention. In addition, the mediating effect of innovation resistance was also rejected, confirming that if the SCM system is compatible for the company, it doesn't affect the resistance and is the biggest factor to consider in the introduction of the SCM system. Third, the perceived risk of the SCM system doesn't directly affect the intention to introduce, but has an indirect effect when mediation innovation resistance.

Current OSH system was analyzed in this paper to explain why high fatal incidents and disasters are continuously repeated for recent years in Korea. It was found that we have Dichotomous Perceptional Misconception of prevention before accident and compensation after accident and there is a significant lack of proper feed­back reward system for OSH performance. It was assumed that no reduction of accident rate and fatality rate have not been achieved recently despite of a great effort and increased resource allocations. Some statistics for proving weak punishment were analyzed. In the current system, the will of administrative agency would have been very limited particularly in the legal aspects. The Industrial Safety and Health Act is not suitable to after-injury punishment for employer and/or corporate since it is based on a framework for enforcement of prevention. Based on these analyses, it was concluded that there was a need to consider a special law for Corporate Accountability for Fatal Accidents. Because it is necessary to consider seriously for introduction of a new legal system for after injury punishment to repair the current system where it was found lack of proper feedback system. Also, there was no proper sanction measures for corporate with the current OSH legal system, and the most urgent problem in OSH area is the high fatality rate. it is necessary to consider seriously for introduction of a new legal system for after injury punishment. 본 연구에서는 ASP 도입에 미치는 영향 요인을 조직 요인, 시스템 요인, 환경 요인 등을 독립 변수로 설정하고, 공급사와 고객사 간의 적합성을 조절 변수로 설정하였으며 종속 변수는 ASP 도입 성과로 설정하였다. 검증 결과 독립 변수들 가운데 유일하게 비용 절감의 기대 요인만이 ASP 도입 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 조절변수로 설정된 공급사와 고객사 간의 적합성 요인은 독립 변수 중 유일하게 비용 절감의 기대요인과 ASP 도입 성과 간에 조절적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

The shipbuilding process is changing due to changes in the development environment and technological requirements for military ships. This would also hold true for a submarine, because its shipbuilding process includes complicated design and construction conditions. System improvement efforts for the design and construction of military ships have continued with the goal of overcoming these conditions. At present, the Korea Navy is developing a 3,000 ton-class Korean type submarine, and its design is progressing by the introduction of a full 3D-ship CAD system. Although the 3D modeling system was introduced for effective design realization through the introduction of collaborative design and active utilization of M&S (modeling and simulation), the introduction effects are not yet generally obvious, according to the characteristics of ship design. The present paper discusses the collaborative environment for developing a submarine to enhance this. This paper proposes the architecture and data structure of a system for realizing collaborative design and discusses a case system developed on the basis of this.

With the obligation of information system supervision and an increase in supervision demands, the quality improvement in information system supervision has been of significance, and the supervision system has been enhanced in the way of preventing information systems from being poorly established. In the meantime, recently the supervision industry has received administrative punishment due to violation of supervision guidelines and false reports. As a result, the introduction of the responsible supervision of information systems to strengthen the rights and duties of supervisors and supervision corporations has been discussed by supervision corporations. Therefore, this work was intended to propose success factors to introduce responsible supervision in the information system supervision sector, and thereby contribute to the introduction of responsible supervision system that plays a successful role in preventing poor supervision and establishing information system business. The success factors of the responsible supervision of information systems, proposed in this work, were categorized into legal system, standardization of supervision work, those concerned with supervision. And, detailed success factors of each category were proposed, and on the basis of that, the success model to introduce responsible supervision successfully was proposed.

디지털 다매체 다채널 시대를 맞이하여 인터넷, 케이블, 그리고 위성방송 및 IPTV 등의 뉴미디어의 성장으로 지상파 방송은 시청률 저하와 함께 광고비 또한 급격히 하락하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 지상파 TV에 광고총량제를 도입하자는 의견이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 광고총량제 도입이슈에 대해 일반인과 전문가의 인식을 비교함으로써 광고총량제 도입에 대한 타당성을 검토하고자 하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 지상파 TV에 광고총량제를 도입하자는 의견에 대해 일반인과 전문가들 사이에 인식차이가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 총량제도의 바람직한 적용단계에 대해 일반인과 전문가 모두 매체간 단계적/제한적 허용에 대해 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 총량제도의 장점에 대해 일반인들보다는 전문가들의 긍정 응답이 높게 나타났다. 끝으로, 총량제도의 단점에 대해 일반인들이 전문가들에 비해 긍정 응답이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 광고총량제 도입의 타당성 자료는 향후 광고총량제 시행에 대한 근거를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대한다.
