스마트항만 도입에 대한 항만 운영자와 이용자 간의 인식차이에 관한 실증연구 - 광양항을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Difference in Perception of Introducing Smart Port between Port Operators and Users in Gwangyang Port)

  • 해외 선진항만들은 컨테이너 터미널을 중심으로 터미널의 완전자동화뿐만 아니라 스마트화를 추진하고 있다. 스마트항만은 항만 자동화를 포함한 4차 산업혁명 기술의 도입으로 항만 운영의 효율성 증대 및 이익 극대화, 효율적인 에너지 사용 및 친환경 항만 구축 등을 지향하는 포괄적인 개념으로 정의할 수 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 4차 산업혁명 기술을 항만에 도입하기 위해 노력하고 있으나, 해외 선진항만에 비해 다소 미흡한 것으로 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 비용, 서비스, 시간, 안전·환경 등 스마트항만의 도입 결정요인을 도출하여 광양항 컨테이너부두 운영자와 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 스마트항만의 도입 결정요인과 도입의 찬성과 반대 의견에 있어 항만 운영자와 이용자의 조절변수가 투입되었을 때의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 비용, 시간, 안전·환경요인에서 항만 운영자와 이용자의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으나, 서비스 요인에서 조절효과가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이처럼 항만 운영자의 경우 스마트항만 구축으로 효율적인 작업 및 시간 관리, 안전사고 감소 등을 통해 비용을 절감하고자 하나, 항만 이용자의 경우 스마트 항만이 가져올 부정적인 효과가 반영되었다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 조절회귀분석을 통해 연구의 결과를 도출하였으며, 결론에서 스마트항만 도입의 시사점을 제시하였다.

막대형 표면조도가 난류경계층에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Rod-roughened Wall on a Turbulent Boundary Layer)

  • The effects of surface roughness on a turbulent boundary layer (TBL) were investigated using particle image velocimetry (PIV). The roughness elements used were periodically arranged two-dimensional spanwise rods, and the roughness height was ${\kappa}/{\delta}$. Introduction of the roughness elements increased the wake strength and the turbulent stress not only in the roughness sublayer but also in the outer layer. This indicates the existence of interaction between inner and outer layers for 2D rod-roughened wall. Roughness effects on a turbulence structure near the wall were obtained by PIV measurements. Iso-contours of mean velocities and Reynolds stresses in the roughness sublayer showed a very good agreement with previous DNS results.

  • The Purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the Smart reading program, Smartree, in an elementary English class. Recently in Korea, the use of smart technologies in education has become an issue with the introduction of a new educational platform and increased social interaction between teachers and students. The Smart learning paradigm is converging with technology and social learning. This study examines an English reading method using smart technology and how it affects the improvement of elementary students' reading ability, we also suggest effective reading methods related to Smart learning suitable for this new educational trend. The results showed that the use of a tablet PC based Smartree reading program had meaningful effects on both improvements of cognitive reading ability and changes in affective attitude.

이차적인 변형률효과를 고려한 텐서 불변성 난류에너지 소산율방정식 (A Tensor Invariant Dissipation Equation Accounting for Extra Straining Effects)

  • A tensor invariant model equation for the turbulent energy dissipation rate is proposed in the present study, which is able to simulate secondary straining effects such as curvature effects without the introduction of additional empirical input. The source term in this model has a combined form of the generation term due to the mean vorticity with the conventional one due to the mean strain rate. An extended low-Reynolds-number $k-\epsilon$ turbulence model involving this new model equation is tested for a turbulent Coutte flow between coaxial cylinders with inner cylinder rotated, which is a well defined example of curved flows. The predicted results indicate that the present model works much better for this flow, compared with previous models.

회전교차로 도입에 따른 교통안전성 향상 효과분석 (An Analysis of Safety Improvement Effects on Roundabouts)

  • PURPOSES : This study dealt with traffic accidents occurring within roundabouts. The objective of this study was to analyze safety effect by introduction of roundabouts. METHODS : In pursuing the above, traffic accident data on roundabouts are collected and compared. For the analysis, collected data were separated as all intersection points, turning lane accident, approach lane accident by geometric design. RESULTS : Through the study results, it was found that the total accidents decreased by 55 accidents/2 year with safety effect of roundabouts. Also the result shows that accidents by point of two-lane roundabout at turning lane(0.26) and approach lane(0.27) is risky than total accidents by point(0.09). Moreover, accidents by point shows high value as diameter of a roundabout is bigger. CONCLUSIONS : When a roundabout is introduced at the intersections there are safety effects by reduction of traffic accidents.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in logistics information system and indirect effects of logistics performances on the acceptance level of logistics information system. The limitation and recommendation of this study were as follows : First, as the history of logistics introduction in Korean corporations is short, the level of logistics information system sampled in this study is very low. So the findings of this study is hard to represent the general logistics information system situation of in Korea our corporations. Second, the focus of this study is on the manufacturing corporations, so the study on the logistics corporations is required. And the study on the effects of firm's situation(formalization, decentralization, concentration, strategic plans) on the characteristics of logistics information system is needed.

Theoretical Study of the Effects of Cation on $_t$RNA

  • The effects of cation on tRNA have been theoretically investigated using the semiempirical potential energy functions. The binding of $Mg^{2+}$ to the model compound and the hydration scheme of the anticodon loop have been determined, and their stabilization energies produced by the introduction of magnesium pentahydrate and water molecules in the first hydration shell were calculated. The results indicate that magnesium pentahydrate is important for decreasing the flexibility of the anticodon loop and satisfying the large Y37 stereochemically during the protein synthesis. The effects of $Mg^{2+}$ on the hydration scheme were also investigated.

Exploring the acceptance forsubscription-based online services

  • The era of "ownership" has gone, and the era of "subscription" has come. While traditional manufacturing and service industries are struggling with the fall of earnings rates, subscription-based businesses are showing high growth rates. Although subscription-based online services (SOS) are rapidly growing in the retail market, few studies have investigated factors that affect the decision of consumers to use SOS. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors that enable predicting consumers'attitudes and intentions toward SOS and to empirically verify the factors. As a result of the study, usefulness, enjoyment, and cost advantages were shown to have positive effectson perceived value, and usefulness, technicality, and cost advantages were shown to have positive effects on attitudes. In addition, perceived value was shown to have positive effects on attitude, and perceived value and attitudes were shown to have positive effects on acceptance intentions. The fact that the strategic directivity for successful introduction and diffusion of SOS was presented by identifying the predictor variables for the acceptance of SOS through this study can be said to be the significance of this study.

전력부문 수소에너지 도입의 경제 및 에너지부문 파급효과 (The Impact of the Introduction of Hydrogen Energy into the Power Sector on the Economy and Energy)

  • 화석연료에 기반을 둔 경제구조에서 수소경제로의 이행은 에너지 안보와 기후변화의 대응이라는 측면에서 중요한 과제이다. 이러한 경제구조의 변환과정에서 발생할 수 있는 파급효과를 사전적으로 분석하는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문은 동태 연산일반균형모형을 이용하여 수소에너지 도입이 경제와 환경에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 수소 에너지 도입은 투자증대와 생산비용의 감소를 통해 GDP 증대에 기여한다. 둘째, 수소에너지와 같은 신재생에너지 도입을 위한 정부보조의 경우 재원마련을 위한 세수증대로 인해 총수요가 감소하는 효과가 있다. 마지막으로 화석연료에서 수소경제로 전환시키는 수소에너지 도입은 이산화탄소 배출을 감소시키는 환경적 효과가 있다 온실가스 감소를 통한 기후변화에 보다 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 신재생에너지에 기반을 둔 수소에너지로의 전환이 필요하다. 즉 정부는 지속가능성에 기반을 둔 수소에너지 정책을 추진해야 하며, 향후 신재생에너지에 기반을 둔 수소에너지 도입의 경제적, 환경적 효과를 분석할 필요성이 있다.

축류터어빈의 기초설계 해석 (Preliminary Design Analysis of an Axial-Flow Turbine)

  • A review on the design analysis of an axial-flow turbine is presented. Followed by a brief introduction to the fundamentals on an axial-flow turbine, a design procedure is described with a sample design of one for a small turbo-jet engine. Design procedure is composed of two parts: one-dimensional analysis of three-dimensional effects based on radial equilibrium theory. The method described herein is so simple and rapid that it can be applied to the preliminary design analysis of turbo-machinery equipped with axial-flow turbines.
