Despite the increasing interest in the positive effects of smart-work, the introduction rate of domestic firms in Korea is lower than that of other developed countries. A gap also exists between the introduction of smart-work program and the actual use by workers. Thus, even if the smart-work program was introduced to firms, the actual usage rate of the program would still be lower than the introduction rate. Moreover, even if the program was initially used, evidence suggests that the usage rate tends to decrease rather than being used continuously. In this study, we intend to find out the mechanism by which the continuance intention of smart-work is formed. To achieve this objective, we established a research model based on literature on Information System (IS) continuance model and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support. We also hypothesize that concerns about career disadvantage in the mechanism plays a negative role in the satisfaction of smart-work. To analyze the hypothesis empirically, we surveyed domestic workers who used smart-work. Our data analysis was based on 333 responses. We found that all paths were statistically significant, except for the direct effect of ICT support on perceived usefulness and the direct effect of perceived usefulness on smart-work continuance intention. The results of this study extend existing IS continuance model and suggest implications for practical smart-work implementation and improvement.

In the paper one investigates the benefits deriving from the introduction of SMA provisions in a structure subject to dynamic excitation and vertical loads. At this purpose one considers a multi-degree-of-freedom (mdof) shear elastic-plastic frame and designs couples of super-elastic SMA tendons to be placed at critical locations of the structure. Particular attention is focused on the reduction of $P-{\Delta}$ effects.

Part 1 provides a theoretical introduction of the hydrolysis mechanism, while Part 2 introduces other types of reaction mechanisms after hydrolysis in elastomer and PA66 composites. We reviewed the condensation reaction, which occurs after hydrolysis in bi-functional alkoxy silane (TESPD & TESPT), and investigated its effects on the mechanical properties of the composites. We also reviewed activators such as zinc soap, which enhances the mechanical properties of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites. The interaction parameter of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites [α_C (alpha C)] were also discussed. The effects of hydrolysis on the mechanical property changes in plastic composites were compared and reviewed.

Recently, the side effects from the online game is appearing to adolescent to serious level. This research studied the system to protect adolescent from excessive game usage, the system to limit an online game service connection at the midnight time. Namely we found at a shutdown system introduction of adolescent out about cognition, problems with the game poisoning and effects with shutdown system and alternative policy. The investigation results were as follows. First, only 17.5% of adolescent knew a shutdown system. Second, they were recognizing about the game poisoning seriously. Also the half degree thought them efficiently about a shutdown system introduction. The policy about a shutdown system introduction were as follows. First, public education is activate, and we must keep adolescent from exposing to private education in the entrance examine competition. Second, we need the thing to increase the conversation time of the children with put parents to develop desirable family education program. Lastly, the supply must be achieved with leisure culture contents development of adolescent.

This study is a case study designed to create and implement a project-based introduction to nursing science, with the aim of analyzing students' experiences and perceptions following its implementation. The study targeted a total of 95 nursing students at G University in S City who enrolled in the introduction to nursing science course in 2021 and 2022. Data collection took place from September 2021 to December 2022, and data analysis involved examining reflective journals submitted by students after completing the project activities, using content analysis. The research results revealed four categories and nine themes. The four categories were 'Making Challenging Studies More Accessible,' 'Engaging and Enjoyable Learning Experiences,' 'Enhanced Teamwork,' and 'Presentation Limitations.' The project-based learning method was found to be effective and applicable in nursing education, demonstrating positive effects on students' attitudes and learning outcomes. However, since the study focused on students from a single university, it is suggested that future research include repeated studies and extend the application to other nursing courses to validate its effects.

Due to the structure of advanced installment sales of houses which is a construction industrial structure unique to Korea and the Project Financing (PF) project structure that includes construction companies' debt guarantee agreements, the changes in accounting methods resulting from the introduction of K-IFRSs are expected to act in a direction to deteriorate construction businesses' financial statements. Therefore, K-IFRSs are an important issue that can seriously affect the entire domestic construction industry and construction businesses are conceiving strategies to respond to the introduction of K-IFRSs. From this viewpoint, this study was intended to empirically analyze the effect of the introduction of K-IFRSs on construction businesses utilizing financial data applied with the K-IFRSs recently announced. In the analysis, the EDFs were calculated by business using the existing accounting standards GAAP and using K-IFRSs and the results were compared with each other. The results of the analysis indicated that most construction businesses were adversely affected by the introduction of K-IFRSs. It is also considered that businesses with relatively good financial statements under the existing accounting standards GAAP would be affected more by the introduction of K-IFRSs than other businesses. In addition, the introduction of K-IFRSs is expected to have larger effects on large construction businesses that have been providing debt guarantees for PF projects than on small or medium sized construction businesses.

The rapid expansion of the WWW is well known and has huge potential for enabling companies, large and small, to gain new marketplaces globally at low cost, or to be disintermediated by others doing so. A totally new competitive environment opening up new opportunities is upon us. As a result, the electronic commerce is growing quickly and the importance of electronic marketplace is emphasized. From the view of SCM, applying the business-to-business electronic commerce to the relationship between firms is expected to make major changes. This study focuses on the effects of the introduction of web-based purchasing systems on the buyer-supplier relationship. We conduct a case study on the Korean firms The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, in introductory phase, some buying firms fail to design the appropriate mechanism for business relationships. It can weaken the cooperation between buyers and suppliers. Second, for critical or customized parts, it is possible to gather the information about potential suppliers and to make business relations using it. Third, using web-based purchasing systems, capable suppliers can take more opportunities to leverage its competence for business relations. So we can expect the positive feedback.

This is an empirical study in Korea on the effects of the minimum wage. Based on the survey data of security workers of 132 apartment in Seoul metro area, the study finds that the introduction of minimum wage in this sector in 2007 raised wage by 10.9%, reduced employment and work hours by 3.5-4.1% and 13.5% respectively. This implies a short run wage elasticity of employment of -0.312 but much higher elasticity of work hours of -1.68.

Purpose: Medical Aid Beneficiaries were surveyed to identify differences in health behaviors, adherence to drug regimen, and quality of life between those people in the Designated Doctor System and those who are not. Methods: A total of 1,327 study subjects were separated into three groups: those in the Designated Doctor System for 2 years, those in for 1 year, and those not in the system. Results: After the introduction of the Designated Doctor System, 55.8% and 67.9%, respectively, of the subjects in the Designated Doctor System complained of inconvenience in relation to hospital use and the patient referral process. Also, the rate of emergency room use or hospitalization guided by the Designated Doctor System was only 8.7% and 6.5%, respectively. There were no significant differences in health behaviors and adherence to drug regimens between those in the Designated Doctor System and those who are not. Conclusion: This study was carried out early in the introduction of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the positive and negative effects of the Designated Doctor System for a full reflection of its impact.
