It is important to identify the mid and long-term strategic technologies and evaluate technology level for the establishment of national R&D policy to upgrade technology level in Korea. This paper summarizes the result of technology level evaluation for 99 key technologies of 'National Technology Road Map', which consists of 5 visions, of Korea. The technology level, the technological gap between Korea and world-top country, the role of government to upgrade technology level, etc. were investigated by the survey (total 1,067 respondents) and the interview with experts related to key technologies. The average technology level of Korea was $65.1\%$ of that of world-top country and average technological gap was 5.8 years. The technology level of vision I 'Building an Information-Knowledge-Intelligence Society' was $71.6\%$ and highest among 5 visions. The highest technology level among 99 key technologies was $85.6\%$ for 'Digital Broadcasting Technology' and the lowest was $20\%$ for 'weather Control Technology'. The major reasons of technological gap were investigated as the lack of R&D personnel ($23.8\%$), the shortage of R&D funds ($17.8\%$), and the insufficiency of basic research ($15.4\%$), in sequence. The average technology level of USA was evaluated to highest in the world. It was presented that the technological power of China increased rapidly in the expert interview. The result of technology level evaluation would be primary information for various national S&T planning, such as S&T basic plan, S&T foresight, technology road map, etc.

스마트폰 사용이 대중화되어감으로써 스마트폰을 중심으로 형성되고 있는 스마트미디어환경은 새로운 생태계를 구축하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트폰과 애플리케이션의 보급과 사용이 증가함에 따라서 오프라인에서 온라인화되어가는 요소들의 사용성을 평가하고 지속사용요소들을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 애플리케이션 사용성 비교에 관한 선행연구들을 분석하여 가설을 설정하고, 대표적인 캘린더 애플리케이션인 iCloud 캘린더와 네이버 캘린더의 사용성을 평가하기 위해 스마트폰 사용자들을 대상으로 두 캘린더 애플리케이션의 심층인터뷰를 시행하고 태스크 수행시간을 분석하여 설정한 가설을 분석하였다. 설정한 가설을 검증하며 심미성에 중점을 두는 사용자는 어떤 요소를 중요시하는지, 사용성과 실용성에 중점을 두는 사용자는 어떤 요소를 중요시하는지 형태별로 분석하였다. 향후 애플리케이션 개발의 '실패와 성공' 요소를 분석하여 향후 다른 온라인화가 되어가는 콘텐츠의 성공적인 발전을 위해 본 연구를 진행하게 되었다.

본 연구는 무형문화유산 기록정보자원을 디지털화한 결과의 품질을 평가하기 위한 평가요소와 항목을 개발하고, 이를 실제 디지털화 사례에 적용함으로써 그 유용성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록정보자원의 디지털화 관련 지침과 국가기록원 표준, 선행연구와 함께 국립무형유산원과 유네스코아태무형유산센터의 디지털화 사례를 분석하여 평가영역과 요소를 도출하였다. 이후 개발된 평가요소 및 항목의 중요도를 선정하기 위해 무형문화유산 관련 기관의 실무자와 디지털화 업무 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 선정된 중요도를 바탕으로 배점 체계를 설정하였다. 나아가 이를 디지털화가 완료된 무형문화유산 기록정보자원 사례에 실제 적용하여 파일럿 평가를 진행하였으며, 평가 결과를 검증하기 위해 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 평가요소 및 항목을 통해 기관에서 디지털화 시 미흡했던 부분들을 객관화 수치화하여 한눈에 파악할 수 있고, 이는 추후 실무자들이 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 영재 선발의 심층면접 과정에서 주관적일 수 있고 즉각적인 효과가 약해 자칫 외면되기 쉬운 '인성' 영역에 대한 현장 교사들의 인식을 분석하여 그 반영의 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 먼저 영재교사로서의 어려움을 묻는 도입 질문에 대해 전문성과 업무량 과다를 많이 답변한 이들은, 영재 선발 시 심층면접에서 다룰 가장 중요한 영역으로 인성을 꼽았다. 또한 교육의 가장 기본 덕목이자 사회적 공헌을 위해 인성면접은 꼭 필요하다고 인식했으며, 인성면접에서 다룰 하위 요소로는 협동, 배려, 양보의 순으로 꼽았다. 교사관찰추천제의 심층면접에서 사실상 학생 개개인의 역량을 다각도로 평가하고 있는지를 점검하고, 특히 간과되고 있는 인성 영역의 평가가 타당성을 지닌 문항 개발과 캠프나 토론 토의 등의 깊이 있는 관찰로 보완될 필요성을 또한 살폈다. 이러한 현장의 목소리를 반영하여 교사관찰추천제의 보다 세밀하고도 정교한 진행을 위해 심층면접을, 그중에서도 인성면접을 보완해야 할 것이다. 더불어 이미 선발된 영재들의 인성교육과, 탁월한 영재이지만 인성이 부족한 학생의 경우는 어떻게 지도할 지에 대한 고민도 함께 지속적으로 연구하고 시행할 필요성이 부각된다.

This study was to analyze important dimensions and its factors of micro level of e-learning determining the quality of e-learning. E-learning dimensions and their factors were identified and developed from the analytical review of related researches. From literature review and survey as well as expert interview, six categories of e-learning identified from this study were: 1) curriculum content, 2) usability, 3) instructional design, 4) evaluation -both process and results, 5) management, and 6) refinement and improvement. A total of thirty-seven factors determining the quality of the e-learning six categories were identified. The rank order and contribution rates for each categories and factors were calculated to explain how importantly they contribute to the quality of e-learning. Also three dimensions such as controlling the e-learning quality, e-learning fundamental dimension e-learning process dimension, and e-learning product dimension, were explained. This study suggests a useful guidance for e-learning quality and evaluation framework for better results.

There are many research Papers and experiments indicating that the geomagnetic field affects the people and living organism. People grow up and build up most of their character through living in dwelling space and have relax and refresh at home. Creating healthy dwelling space is being considered very important in architectural planning and design for providing comfortable living environment and improving quality of life. Therefore. it is necessary to investigate the geomagnetic field and people's response in living space. In this study the vertical component(Z value) of geomagnetic field in detached houses was measured, evaluated by related evaluation criteria, compared with interview survey.

In this study, through the roadside interview, drivers'feeling about fatigue has been evaluated synthetically and systematically when they drive a vehicle according to their sex, vehicle type, driving career, etc. Also, with the human sensibility evaluation technique, we grasped the human sensibility structure for the fatigue in a vehicle and as an objective evaluation index for comfort and fatigue in a vehicle, we developed a sensibility database. Through the survey and research, extracting and understanding the importance of factors which have influence on the fatigue in driving can be used as basic data that can suggest more comfort and pleasant driving environment to drivers. Also, human sensibility database regarding to the comfort and fatigue in a vehicle can be used as basic data in ergonomic vehicle design, evaluation for seat , comfort seat development, development of vibration reduction method and so on.

The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items, a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the school. and to analyze the plan to improve the level of certification criteria on the School's water resource and environmental pollution. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, resource con servation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM (1991), LEED 2.0(2001) etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of 40 schools about water resource and environmental pollution.

This research is to understand the residents' responses and evaluation about their apartment interior environment and thereby to be used as the basix data for designing residential space environment of new apartment complex in Sanggae area. The specific obectives of research were 1) to examine the residents' vale and life style concerning several specific rooms, 2) to find out residents' evaluation on physical characteristics, and 3) to understand residents' preference and demand for characteristics of interior space. Research method used was personal interview using a structured questionnaire. Residents living in 13, 15, 18, 22, 25 pyung in three selected large apartment complex areas provided dada : 777 questionnalires were used for analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS computer package. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, χ\sup 2\-test, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation coefficient.

The purpose of this paper was to study interior design research trend through categorizing the research in interior design process and investigating the research method used at each stage of the process. The ultimate aim was to evaluate the relationship of design process and interior design research and to indicate the guide line of future research. As results of the study, interior design research did not reflect recently increasing renovation and remodeling trend since evaluation research was less performed than data collection, program and design development research. Only educational/research space showed higher rate in evaluation research. In recent years, interior design research is interested in objective design problem solving since programming research Increased, and in user-participation planning since questionnaire and interview research Increased as data collection method. For the future research, it is expected researchers to show creative thinking process on the stage of design development and to develop various research method on the stage of evaluation.
