인터넷 사용으로 인한 가정자원관리 문제에 관한 연구 (A Study on Family Resource Management Problems Caused by the Internet Use)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the family resource management problems caused by the Internet use. The family resource management problems are composed of time management problem, money management problem and interpersonal resource management problem. And time management problem is perceived as most serious of the three. The perception of family resource management problem is influenced by socio-demographics variables and Internet related variables. Based on the findings, we suggest several implications for education and public policy.

시설보호 유아를 위한 사회적 유능감 향상 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development ana Evaluation of Social Competence Enrichment Program for Institutionalized Children in Early Childhood)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a social competence enrichment program for institutionalized children in early childhood. The program was developed to enhance institutionalized children's social competence. The program consists of sixteen 30-minute sessions. 19 institutionalized children (11 boys and 8 girls) participated in this program. The effect of this program was evaluated by institutionalized preschool children's emotional knowledge and interpersonal problem solving strategy. Assessment of emotional knowledge consists of identification and situation task. Interpersonal problem solving strategy includes forceful, prosocial, and manipulative strategy. Results showed that there was a significant experimental effect for emotional knowledge. Experimental children showed higher scores of emotional knowledge than control children. Also, there was a significant experimental effect for prosocial and forceful strategy. Experimental children showed higher ratio of prosocial strategy and lower ratio of forceful strategy than control children. The results of program evaluation revealed that this program was helpful for promoting institutionalized children's social competence.

노인 자살의 특성과 자살유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Elderly Suicide and Suicidal Type)

  • 본 연구는 스트레스-취약성 모델을 토대로 노인 자살의 독특한 원인과 특성을 살펴보고, 자살의 유형화를 시도하고자 수행되었다. 분석결과, 자살의 취약성 요인으로 개인적 요인과 가족환경적 요인이 밝혀졌다. 개인의 특성과 관련된 요인인 개인적 요인은 개인의 정신건강문제, 신체건강문제, 문제행동으로 분류되었다. 가족환경적 요인은 취약성 요인 중, 가정환경과 관련된 요인들로 가족관계문제와 경제적 문제로 나뉘어졌다. 자살의 촉발사건은 촉발사건의 성격에 따라 분류하였는데, 대인관계적 사건만이 나타났다. 대인관계적 사건은 자살자가 자신에게 중요하게 여기는 사람과의 관계단절 등을 경험하는 대인관계상실 사건과 대인관계상 갈등으로 인해 자살을 하게 된 대인관계갈등 사건으로 분류되었다. 취약성 요인과 촉발사건의 상호 영향력에 따라 자살을 유형화하였으며 자살의 촉발사건은 언급되지 않고 취약성 요인만 언급된 취약형 자살, 촉발사건만이 언급된 사건반응형 자살, 그리고 취약성 요인과 촉발사건이 동시에 언급된 복합형 자살로 분류하였다. 자살유형에 따른 특성과 각각의 자살 예방법에 대해 논의하였으며, 청소년과 성인을 대상으로 한 선행 연구들과의 비교를 통해 노인 자살의 특성을 보다 명백히 살펴보았다.

근속연수, 구조적 경력정체 및 대인 일탈행동간의 관계: 간호사를 대상으로 (The Relationship between Organizational Tenure, Structural Career Plateau, and Interpersonal Deviant Behavior: Focusing on Nurses)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational tenure, structural career plateau, and interpersonal deviant behavior for nurses. Moreover, this study also investigated moderating role of proactivity on the effect of organizational tenure on structural career plateau. Design/methodology/approach - This study utilized 448 nurses working at three different types of hospital. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify the hypotheses. Findings - The results showed that organizational tenure is positively related to structural career plateau and structural career plateau is positively related to interpersonal deviant behavior. However, moderating effect of proactivity is not significant. Research implications or Originality - Nurses are critical to the competitiveness of hospital organizations considering the proportion of manpower and the role of nurses. One of the important factors that decrease the motivation of nurses is structural career plateau. This study analyzed the antecedent and consequence of structural career plateau. In addition, practical implications for resolving the problem of structural career plateau were provided.

간호대학생의 대인관계문제와 우울 관계 : 온라인 및 오프라인 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (Interpersonal Problems and Depression in Nursing Student : Moderating Effects of Online and Offline Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계문제와 우울관계에서 온라인 및 오프라인 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 파악하기 위하여 구조모형 분석을 이용한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 Smart PLS 3.0을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, PLS-SEM(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대인관계문제와 온라인 사회적 지지가 우울 증가에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며 오프라인 사회적 지지가 우울감소에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 대인관계문제와 우울과의 관계에서 오프라인 사회적 지지만이 조절효과에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대인관계문제로 인한 우울 감소를 위해 오프라인 사회적 지지가 적극적으로 제공되어야 하며, 온라인 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 SNS를 통한 인간관계유형 등 관련 변수를 포함함 반복 연구를 제안한다.

초등영재와 일반학생의 완벽주의 성향과 대인관계 특성 비교 (Comparison of Perfectism, Interpersonal Characteristic between the Gifted & Talented Students and General Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze perfectism, interpersonal characteristic between the gifted & talented students and the general. The subject of this study were 112 the gifted students and 120 the general. They answered the questions about perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. To compare the gifted and general students' tendency, collected data was classified by their gender and grade. And correlation analysis was done in oder to analyze the relation between the gifted students' perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. The important results of this study were as follows. First, the grade gap of perfectism was not meaningful in both groups. Otherwise, the gender gap of perfectism was meaningful in both groups. Female's perfectism was higher than male's. And the gifted students' perfectism was higher than the general students'. Second, Differently, the gender gap of interpersonal characteristic was meaningful in the same group. Female had higher positive social-relationship, expression tendency than male. But female had lower competition-aggressiveness propensity than male. In the general group, the 6th grade students showed more positive role, social-relationship than 5th grade. And male showed more competition-aggressiveness propensity than female. Comparing the gifted and the general, the gifted had more dominant-superior, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity. It could be a reason of the gifted students' social problem. Third, among self-oriented perfectism and dominant-superior, independent-responsible propensity had meaningful correlation. Also socially-prescribed perfectism had influenced on dominant-superior, sociability-friendliness, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity.

인물관계망의 대용량 그래프 표현과 최단 경로 탐색 (Massive Graph Expression and Shortest Path Search in Interpersonal Relationship Network)

  • 인물관계망이나 네비게이션의 경로 탐색과 같은 관계망은 그래프 형태로 표현할 수 있다. 하지만 데이터 양이 많아지면서 한 화면에 표현할 때 원하는 데이터 탐색이 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 많은 노드를 갖는 인물관계망을 표현하기 위해 그래프를 사용해 인물의 검색, 인물 사이의 최단 경로 검색 및 탐색 결과에 대한 시각화 방법을 제시한다. 라우팅 테이블에서의 최단 경로와 달리 인물관계망에서의 최단 경로는, 분석하는 사용자의 의도나 관계의 중요도에 따라 변경 가능해야 한다. 이를 위해 인물관계망의 특성을 적용하기 위해 너비우선탐색 알고리즘을 변형하였다. 결과 검증을 위해, 한국고전번역원의 한국고전종합DB 인물관계정보에 있는 데이터를 활용하였다.

글로벌 시대에 병원행정 관리자가 갖추어야 할 역량 (Competencies Necessary to Hospital Staffs and Managers in the Global Age)

  • Main purpose of this study is to provide some basic data necessary to research, education, and policy to cultivate professional talents, by investigating what competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in performing their jobs in the global age. A survey was conducted through self-administered questionnaires for hospital administrative staffs and managers including first-line hands-on workers who were working in 77 hospitals located in Busan, Keongnam, Ulsan areas in South Korea. Major results are as follows: (a) The analysis for the competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that interpersonal competency, knowledge of management skills in healthcare field, understanding ability for healthcare, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing their jobs. (b) Regarding the analysis for the detailed competencies necessary to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that problem-solving ability, sense of responsibility, positive attitude, leadership, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing them. This study suggests that universities opened courses related to health care management should newly open a subject 'problem-solving ability in health care' to link with health care field and their curriculums are necessary to change over to practice-oriented curriculum system.

대학생의 대인관계성향이 외모관심도와 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (Study on the Effects of College Students' Interpersonal Relations Disposition on Appearance Concern and Appearance Management Behavior)

  • This study examines the effect of college students' interpersonal relations disposition on appearance concern and appearance management behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 202 college students living in Daegu. The SPSS 20.0 package was utilized for data analysis which included frequency analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis, t-test and logistic regression. Five factors of appearance management behavior (body management behavior, skin care behavior, hair/fashion behavior, cosmetics usage behavior, plastic surgery behavior), seven factors of interpersonal relations disposition (independent/responsibility, sympathetic/receptive, sociable/friendly, competitive/aggressively, conspicuous/narcissistic, defiant/distrust, dominant /supreme) and two groups of appearance concern (high, low) were utilized for the problem analysis of the study. The results of this study were: First, Interpersonal relations disposition had an influence on appearance management behavior. Conspicuous/narcissistic type showed a positive influence on body management behavior, skin care behavior, hair/fashion behavior, cosmetics usage behavior, plastic surgery behavior. The sympathetic/receptive type showed a positive influence on skin care behavior and the competitive/aggressively type showed a positive influence on hair/fashion behavior; however, independent/responsibility type showed a negative influence on cosmetic usage behavior. Second, dominant /supreme type showed a negative influence on appearance concern; however, conspicuous/narcissistic type and defiant/distrust type showed a positive influence on appearance concern. Third, the appearance concern groups showed differences on appearance management behavior. The higher appearance concern group compared to the low appearance concern group were more active for cosmetics usage behavior, hair/fashion behavior, plastic surgery behavior, body management behavior and skin care behavior.

전문계 고등학생을 위한 직업기초능력 프로그램 및 e-Learning 콘텐츠 개발 연구 -대인관계능력을 중심으로- (The Development of Job Basic Skill Program and e-Learning Contents for Vocational High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수 학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 이는, 관련문헌 분석, 전문가 협의회 등을 통해 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 대인관계 능력을 개발하였다. 대인관계능력은 업무를 수행함에 있어 접촉하는 사람들과 원만하게 지낼수 있는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 대인관계 개요, 협동능력, 리더십능력, 갈등관리, 협상능력, 고객서비스능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 실사례를 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.
