The development of personal computers and the Internet led to changes of instructor-student and student-student relationships in design education. New resources of design education with proper materials and tools have to be offered for teaching and learning. The purpose of this research is to develop Basic Graphic Tools(BGTs) on screen that help students to practice the design principles, and to evaluate the BGTs' usability to enhance the credibility of extra tools for online design learning. The BGTs has to be developed to minimize the gap between the online and traditional classroom settings and to maximize the diverse advantage of lecture content driven from technology. Students were given certain design requirements to explore BGTs and a learning guide/performance test after the lecture to evaluate the tools. The test was performed under the e-learning program serviced by C college. This research has presented some encouraging results and raises questions toward future work: how do BGTs impact the feasibility of an online design lecture.

빅 데이터가 정보통신기술 분야의 핵심 이슈로 부각되면서 관련 기술에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 빅 데이터 분석 도구인 R은 통계 기반의 정보 분석을 가능하게 하는 언어와 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 이용하여 성경데이터를 분석한다. 분석을 통해 신구약, 모세오경, 사복음서별로 어떠한 텍스트가 분포되어 있는지를 빈도 조사를 수행한다.

For the effective operation of manufacturing system, FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) and CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system are developed. In these systems, a machine tool is the target of integration in last 3 decades. In nowadays, the conventional concept of machine tools is changing to the autonomous manufacturing device based on knowledge-evolution through applying advanced information technology in which open architecture controller, high speed network and internet technology are contained. In this environment, a machine tool is not the target of integration but the subject of cooperation. In the future, a machine tool will be more improved in the form of a knowledge-evolution based device. In order to develop the knowledge-evolution based machine tools, this paper proposes the structure of knowledge evolution in M2M(Machine To Machine) and the scheme of a dialogue agent among agent-based modules such as a sensory module, a dialogue module, and an expert system. The dialogue agent has a role of interfacing with another machine for cooperation. To design the dialogue agent module in M2M environment, FIPA-OS and ping agent based on FIPA-OS are analyzed in this study. Through this, it is expected that the dialogue agent module can be more efficiently designed and the knowledge-evolution based machine tools can be hereafter more easily implemented.

Purpose: In this study the effects of a Group Counseling Integration Program for students with a tendency to internet addiction were examined. Methods: Thirty-seven students who were in a vocational high school in G city participated in a survey, which was carried out from October 12 to November 12, 2009. To test the effects of the Group Counseling Integration Program, the participants were divided into two groups, an experimental group (18) and a control group (19). The research design used in this study was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized pre-posttest quasi-experimental research design. The research tools included a self-determination scale and an internet addiction scale. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, t-test, and ANCOVA with the SPSS/WIN 14.0 program. Results: Significant differences were found in self-determination scores and internet addiction scores between the experimental group and the control group (F=5.99, p=.020) (t=-2.53, p=.016). Conclusion: The results indicate that Group Counseling Integration Programs are an effective nursing intervention for improving self-determination and decreasing internet addiction in students with a tendency to internet addiction.

A planning agent supporting customers plays a distinguished role in internet marketplaces. Although several internet marketplaces have been built with the maturity of tools based on internet and distributed technologies, there has been no actual study up to now with respect to the implementation of the planning agent. This paper describes the design and implementation of an XML-based planning agent for internet marketplaces. Since implementing internet marketplaces encounter problems similar to those in other fields such as multidatabase or workflow management systems, we first compare those features. Next we identify functions and roles of the planning agent. The planning agent is implemented using COM+, ASP, and XML, and demonstrated using real data used in an existing system.

It requires that researchers utilize worldwide information networks such as Internet to obtain recent information. In this study, various information searching tools and services available on Internet are investigated and information resources, especially scholarly resources, are explored using WAIS, WWW. Gopher, and OPACs. These information resources are analyzed to evaluate the value of Internet as a research network.

As the number of IP-users are increasing, it is getting so important for service providers to check the state of the current Internet and their service quality by measuring the traffic quality. We describe a general concept of measurement architecture and internet QoS (Quality of Service) parameters, and we review measurement tools. To meet these requirements, we design and implement the Internet traffic management system.

Recently, we have witnessed a host of emerging tools in the management support systems (MSS) area including the data warehouse/multidimensinal databases (MDDB), data mining, on-line analytical processing (OLAP), intelligent agents, World Wide Web(WWW) technologies, the Internet, and corporate intranets. These tools are reshaping MSS developments in organizations. This article reviews a set of emerging data management technologies in the knowledge discovery in databases(KDD) process and analyzes their implications for decision support. Furthermore, today's MSS are equipped with a plethora of AI techniques (artifical neural networks, and genetic algorithms, etc) fuzzy sets, modeling by example , geographical information system(GIS), logic modeling, and visual interactive modeling (VIM) , All these developments suggest that we are shifting the corporate decision making paradigm form information-driven decision making in the1980s to knowledge-driven decision making in the 1990s.

In order to remain competitive, a manufacturing company needs to maintain the optimal condition of its manufacturing system. Machine tools as an important element of a manufacturing system comprises complex mechanical as well as electronic components. Therefore, diagnosing the troubles of machine tools is a tricky process which requires a lot of experience and knowledge. Since providing machine tool users with necessary services at the right time is very difficult and expensive, a remote diagnosis system is to be regarded as a good alternative,with which users can diagnose and fix the machine troubles. This paper presents a framework for a remote machine tool diagnosis system using the world wide web technology and backward reasoning expert system.
