4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞이하여 시대적 변화와 사회적 요구를 반영한 새로운 수학교육 계획 및 정책 수립을 위해서는 학교 현장의 수학교육 실태와 수학교사들의 인식조사가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국의 초 중 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 수학교육 전반에 대한 인식 및 현황 조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하여 수학교육에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 수학교사들의 수학교육에 대한 전반적인 인식과 학교 안 수학교육 현황에 대한 기본 정보와 함께, 교사의 수학수업 개선과 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 교육 및 환경 지원, ICT 및 공학도구 활용 관련 재교육 실시, 학교 관리자 대상 수학교육 인식 전환 교육 지원, 다양한 교수 학습 방법과 적극적인 교구 활용 방안 마련, 수학학습에 어려움을 겪는 학생 지원 방안 마련 등의 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 20대 병영생활을 하는 인적자원들이 2년의 복무기간동안 보다 효율적인 시간관리와 정신적 육체적 건강관리를 통해 사회에 환원될 수 있도록 군복무에 대한 만족도에 군 인트라넷이 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 실상을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이는 개인적으로나 국가적인 차원에 있어 군복무의 효율적인 운영이라는 차원에서 시사하는 바가 매우 클 뿐만 아니라 향후 신세대 예비 군복무자들에게 있어 자기관리에 필요한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 지침이 되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 세대로 이루어진 20대 초반의 신세대 장병들에게 군 인트라넷이 군복무 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그 요인을 분석하는 동시에 아울러 이것을 군조직 차원에서 효율적인 활용을 위해 정보를 제시하는데 그 의의를 두고자 한다. 결론적으로 인트라넷은 복무만족에 효과적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이자, 수단이라는 것이 입증되었으며 나아가 군조직에서 적용되고 있는 인트라넷 망을 단순업무나 전파수단이 아닌 조직의 전략과 목표달성을 위해 보다 한 차원 높은 군 인트라넷 활용으로 발전시켜야 한다는 시사점이 도출되었다.

This research is a case study about "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" class which was done for freshmen at the engineering college of "S" Women's University. Real time remote classes through LMS and ZOOM were the most effective tools under on-line circumstances, considering the fact that video lectures only cannot cultivate students' capabilities of critical thinking and communication. Throughout the analysis on students' self-reflection journals and lecture evaluations, this paper examined considerable future points and the pros and cons of "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" under online presentation and discussion situation. As research outputs, students told they could feel less nervousness and anxiety when they exercise and have a presentation because they could choose familiar space for them. In addition, students also told that they feel comfortable about both self-feedback and peer evaluation, repeatedly seeing the recorded video clip. However, on the contrary, sometimes students felt uncomfortable due to unstable internet connection through the online classes, and they also were regretful about the missing chances of interaction between a teacher and students and of intimate exchanges among students. They also told they had felt a kind of limit of enhancing their presentation skills just in front of the monitor. Considering these outcomes, this research paper points out that online education needs to be proceeded by strengthening multi layered feedback to students with the build-up of a non-face-to-face stable educational infrastructure, application of online instructional strategy, and utilization of YouTube platform and video contents. Through this research paper, I hope the new system of encompassing on/off line "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" and effective teaching and learning method can be developed soon by strengthening the strength of online education.

의료기관은 급속한 ICT 융합 보급에 따른 의료 기관 간의 경쟁력을 확보하고, 의료 산업을 통해 발생하는 데이터의 빅 데이터화 및 사물 인터넷 의 등장으로 엄청난 속도로 증가하는 데이터를 관리해야하는 과제에 직면해 있다. 이러한 의료계의 빅 데이터 패러다임은 단순히 크기가 큰 자료나 그것을 처리하고 분석하는 도구와 과정만을 의미하는 것이 아니라 인간이 생활하고 사고하고 연구하는 방식의 전산적인 전환을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 최근 의료분야 데이터가 공개됨에 따라 의료 데이터의 활용 요구가 증가하고 있으므로 합리적이고 효율적인 의사 결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 오픈 소스를 활용한 공공 데이터 기반의 질병 검색 시스템 연구를 진행하였다. 실험 결과 기존 공공 기관에서 제공하는 단순 질병 조회나 단일 질환에 대한 증상 조회와는 달리 증상이나 원인으로 검색해도 관련 질병들이 검색되며 병명이 재지정 되었거나 유사한 증상을 가지는 질병들도 검색이 되었다.

Objectives: This survey research was conducted to evaluate real-time non-face-to-face education in clinical Korean medicine conducted during the COVID-19 outbreak. Methods: This study was conducted with all 3rd and 4th grade students of the Department of Korean Medicine, Gachon University. The Korean Internal Medicine (Pulmonary) lecture course was held from April 1st to July 1st, 2020 for one semester. The lectures were conducted through real-time non-face-to-face education using the Cisco Webex program, and the lectures were mainly conducted by sharing a PowerPoint summarizing textbook. The questionnaire consisted of 3 parts and a total of 18 questions. The survey was conducted anonymously to ensure the confidentiality of all responses. Results: The overall score for real-time non-face-to-face education was 74.69±18.15 points. The efficiency of real-time non-face-to-face education was 2.12±0.78 points, and opinions on the expansion of future use were 2.08±0.91 points and were generally positive. The ratio of non-face-to-face education and face-to-face education in future clinical Korean medicine theory lectures was about 63:27, with a higher proportion of non-face-to-face education. Conclusions: Promoting clinical Korean medicine as a non-face-to-face education has generally been positively evaluated in terms of efficiency and overall, and its use should be expanded in the future. In particular, it will be necessary to use non-face-to-face education in the theory classes of clinical Korean medicine. However, technical problems involving internet, video, equipment, and communication tools will need to be improved in the future.

웹 상에서의 전자상거래의 활성화와 더불어 XML이 관련된 응용과 업계 표준의 기반이 되고 있으며, XML 데이터뿐만 아니라 임의의 콘텐츠에 대한 서명을 XML로 표현하여 무결성, 인증, 부인방지의 보안 기능을 제공하는 XML 전자서명에 대한 표준화가 W3C와 IETF의 공동 작업으로 수행되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 XML 전자서명을 구현한 제품 개발이 증가하고 있으며, XML 전자서명을 구현한 제품은 다른 제품들 간의 상호운용성을 지원하기 위해 관련 기술 표준을 정확하게 준수하여 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시험 절차와 시험 케이스 등을 포함하는 XML 전자서명 표준적합성 시험 방법을 제시한다. 시험 케이스들은 XML 서명 표준을 분석하여 도출되었으며, 본 논문에서 제시된 시험 방법을 구현한 XML 표준적합성 시험 도구의 설계와 용법을 설명한다.

본 연구에서는 행정안전부의 전자정부 소프트웨어 개발 운영자를 위하여 2012년에 발표한 소프트웨어 개발보안 가이드를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 개선 방안은 취약점 관점이 아닌 코딩 규칙 관점으로 개발보안 가이드를 구성하는 것이다. 이를 위해 보안약점과 코딩 규칙, 이를 진단하기 위한 진단도구의 상관관계를 연구하였다. 제안된 개발보안 가이드를 사용하게 되면 코딩 규칙을 준수함으로써 보안약점 감소 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것이다. 기존의 개발 보안 가이드가 개발자에게 보안약점이 없는 프로그램을 개발하도록 하는 달성하기 어려운 책임을 지우는 것에 반해, 본 논문에서 제안하는 개발보안 가이드는 프로그래머의 책임을 코딩 규칙을 준수하도록 하는 것으로 제한할 것이다.

본 논문에서 저자는 교실 및 실험실 등에서 진행되던 전통적인 교육 방식이 온라인으로 바뀌게 됨으로 발생하는 문제점들을 찾아 분석하였다. 주요한 문제점으로 분석된 것들을 살펴보면, 첫째, 모든 환경과 시설이 인터넷으로 연결되지 못하였음을 포함하여, 다양한 기술적 문제가 있었다. 둘째, 갑작스럽게 온라인으로 전환되어 시행되는 가상 수업의 효과도 의심받을 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 새로운 환경에 직면하여, 새로운 교육 방법론에 빠른 속도로 적응해야 한다는 교사들의 스트레스가 문제였다. 저자는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 디지털 전환을 제안하였다. 저자는 디지털 변환이 가능하도록 하기 위한 교육 변화, 학습 양식 및 다양한 기술 도구, 그리고 다양한 과제에 대해 분석하였다. 먼저, 저자는 온라인으로 바뀌게 되는 교실 환경을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 필요한 요소들을 조사하고 분석하여 제시하였다. 다음으로 저자는 학생들의 수업을 내실있고 효율적인 것으로 만들기 위해 필요한 요소 및 문제점들을 분석하였으며, 해결방법을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 저자는 온라인 강의가 진행되면서 학습의 책임이 교사로부터 학생에게 과도하게 전가된다는 문제점을 지적하였으며, 이에 대한 해결 방법을 제안하였다. 이후 저자는 향후 연구를 제안하였다.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

본 연구는 해외의 교육정보화 인프라 평가 지표들을 살펴보고, 향후 교육정보화 정책 방향 수립 및 발전을 위한 자료를 만드는데 목적이 있다. 교육정보화 평가 지표를 국제기구와 국가별로 구분하여 각각 OECD PISA의 ICT 친숙도 평가문항, UNESCO 인프라 분석지표, ITU 핵심 지표와 독일 베텔스만 재단의 보고서, 미국 교육부의 학생 접근성 보고서, 중국의 정보화 발전 지수 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학교 인터넷 연결망과 같은 전기 및 통신 시설에 대한 평가 문항(지표)이 공통적으로 모든 지표에서 나타났고, 학습자 대 PC 비율(LCR)도 4개 지표 중 3개의 지표에서 나타났다. 또한, 지원되는 응용프로그램의 종류, ICT 보조 수업의 유형과 같은 다양한 해외 평가 지표가 개발되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과물은 빠르게 급변하는 현대 사회에 적합한 교육정보화 평가를 수행하고 평가도구를 개발 하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
