As Information society has expanded in large scale. In order to improve the reliability and Qos(Quality of service), domestic IDC(Internet Data Center) has adopted or will adopt the SLAs(Service Level Agreements). The power quality of internet hosting server unit, power system and UPS is very important for better internet service. Therefore, the higher reliability or power system is imperative for satisfying SLAs. This paper presents the status measurement of domestic IDCs harmonics and illustrates the reduction effect of harmonics through the multi-phase.
Objectives : The internet is the most common method to investigate information. It is showed that 75.2% of Internet users of 20s had health information search experience. So this study is aim to understanding of interest of public about the herbal medicine using internet search query volume data. Methods : The Naver that is the top internet portal web service of the Republic of Korea has provided an Internet search query volume data from January 2007 to the current through the Naver data lab (http://datalab.naver.com) service. We have collected search query volume data which was provided by the Naver in 606 herbal medicine names and sorted the data by peak and total search volume. Results : The most frequently searched herbal medicines which has less bias and sorted by peak search volume is 'wasong (와송)'. And the most frequently searched herbal medicines which has less bias and sorted by total search volume is 'hasuo (하수오)'.Conclustions : This study is showed that the rank of interest of public about herbal medicines. Among the above herbal medicines, some herbal medicines had supply issue. And there are some other herbal medicines that had very little demand in Korean medicine market, but highly interested public. So it is necessary to monitor for these herbal medicines which is highly interested of the public. Furthermore if the reliability of the data obtained on the basis of these studies, it is possible to be utilizing herbal medicine monitoring service.

Global data center IP traffic is expected to reach 20.6 zettabytes (ZB) by the end of 2021. Intra-data center networks (Intra-DCN) will account for 71.5% of the data center traffic flow and will be the largest portion of the traffic. The understanding of traffic distribution in IntraDCN is still sketchy. It causes significant amount of bandwidth to go unutilized, and creates avoidable choke points. Conventional transport protocols such as Optical Packet Switching (OPS) and Optical Burst Switching (OBS) allow a one-sided view of the traffic flow in the network. This therefore causes disjointed and uncoordinated decision-making at each node. For effective resource planning, there is the need to consider joining the distributed with centralized management which anticipates the system's needs and regulates the entire network. Methods derived from Kalman filters have proved effective in planning road networks. Considering the network available bandwidth as data transport highways, we propose an intelligent enhanced SDN concept applied to OBS architecture. A management plane (MP) is added to conventional control (CP) and data planes (DP). The MP assembles the traffic spatio-temporal parameters from ingress nodes, uses Kalman filtering prediction-based algorithm to estimate traffic demand. Prior to packets arrival at edges nodes, it regularly forwards updates of resources allocation to CPs. Simulations were done on a hybrid scheme (1+1) and on the centralized OBS. The results demonstrated that the proposition decreases the packet loss ratio. It also improves network latency and throughput-up to 84 and 51%, respectively, versus the traditional scheme.

With the increasing usage of cloud applications such as MapReduce and social networking, the amount of data traffic in data center networks continues to grow. Moreover, these appli-cations follow the incast traffic pattern, where a large burst of traffic sent by a number of senders, accumulates simultaneously at the shallow-buffered data center switches. This causes severe packet losses. The currently deployed TCP is custom-tailored for the wide-area Internet. This causes cloud applications to suffer long completion times towing to the packet losses, and hence, results in a poor quality of service. An Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN)-based approach is an attractive solution that conservatively adjusts to the network congestion in advance. This legacy approach, however, lacks scalability in terms of the number of flows. In this paper, we reveal the primary cause of the scalability issue through analysis, and propose a new congestion-control algorithm called FaST. FaST employs a novel, virtual congestion window to conduct fine-grained congestion control that results in improved scalability. Fur-thermore, FaST is easy to deploy since it requires only a few software modifications at the server-side. Through ns-3 simulations, we show that FaST improves the scalability of data center networks compared with the existing approaches.

Internet of Things (IoT) is commonly referred to as a future internet technology to provide advanced services by interconnecting physical and virtual things, collecting and using many data from them. The IoT platform is a server platform with a common architecture to collect and share the data independent of the IoT devices and services. Recently, oneM2M, the global standards initiative for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications and the IoT announced the availability of oneM2M Release 2 specifications. Accordingly, this paper presents a new oneM2M-compliant IoT platform called Mobius 2.0 and proposes its application to collect the biosignal data from wearable IoT devices for emotion recognition. Experimental results show that we can collect various biosignal data seamlessly and extract meaningful features from the biosignal data to recognize two emotions of joy and sadness.

As an essential part of the urban transportation system, precise perception of the traffic flow parameters at the traffic signal intersection ensures traffic safety and fully improves the intersection's capacity. Traditional detection methods of road traffic flow parameter can be divided into the micro and the macro. The microscopic detection methods include geomagnetic induction coil technology, aerial detection technology based on the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and camera video detection technology based on the fixed scene. The macroscopic detection methods include floating car data analysis technology. All the above methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Recently, indoor location methods based on wireless signals have attracted wide attention due to their applicability and low cost. This paper extends the wireless signal indoor location method to the outdoor intersection scene for traffic flow parameter estimation. In this paper, the detection scene is constructed at the intersection based on the received signal strength indication (RSSI) ranging technology extracted from the wireless signal. We extracted the RSSI data from the wireless signals sent to the road side unit (RSU) by the vehicle nodes, calibrated the RSSI ranging model, and finally obtained the traffic flow parameters of the intersection entrance road. We measured the average speed of traffic flow through multiple simulation experiments, the trajectory of traffic flow, and the spatiotemporal map at a single intersection inlet. Finally, we obtained the queue length of the inlet lane at the intersection. The simulation results of the experiment show that the RSSI ranging positioning method based on wireless signals can accurately estimate the traffic flow parameters at the intersection, which also provides a foundation for accurately estimating the traffic flow state in the future era of the Internet of Vehicles.

In this paper, the implementation of a production control system based on RFID has been studied in order to obtain an exact Cost Center data such as the name of workers included a process of work and a time period to finish the process. The cost center of a worker will be correctly obtained by checking the work time using RFID tag data and by transmitting the data to a server of ERP or POP system. And also warming up time, cleaning time, power failure, and out of order sign will be checked and calculated using the data stored in RFID tags attached in workers and machine facilities. Therefore, exact Cost Center data will be obtained by the production control system with touch screens entering the data according to the situation in real time.

Natural user interface (NUI) is used for the natural motion interface without using a specific device or tool like a mouse, keyboards, and pens. Recently, as non-contact sensor-based interaction technologies for recognizing human motion, gestures, voice, and gaze have been actively studied, an environment has been prepared that can provide more diverse contents based on various interaction methods compared to existing methods. However, as the number of sensors device is rapidly increasing, the system using a lot of sensors can suffer from a lack of computational resources. To address this problem, we proposed a real-time multi-device control system for natural interactive platform. In the proposed system, we classified two types of devices as the HC devices such as high-end commercial sensor and the LC devices such astraditional monitoring sensor with low-cost. we adopt each device manager to control efficiently. we demonstrate a proposed system works properly with user behavior such as gestures, motions, gazes, and voices.
