Convergence of IT devices and fashion is enabling the industry to take fully different approaches in various areas including product planning, fabric selecting, distributing, and marketing. At the same time, it also transforms the definition of clothing itself. Convergence of IT technologies in the realm of fashion and textiles industries can create a powerful synergy through connection digital devices, such as mobile phone. In this context, this study attempts to suggest how IT technology can be efficiently harnessed through the usage of mobile devices in the planning stage of fashion materials, where the initial production plan of a clothing item is mapped out. This study ultimately aims to enhance the effectiveness of databases on fashion material information by using mobile devices to utilize NFC, an RFID technology having as much revolutionary power as Internet - which can be the convergence between IT and fashion across the software dimensions. To pursue this research, data on fashion material information regarding 200 woven fabric specimens were provided by textile companies. The information includes elements such as its composition, weight, width, yarn, density and sales report. These pieces of information were organized into a database. Drawing on this data, Android-based applications that allow smart phones to read off fabric information from NFC tags were developed for this study using two methods. The system works as follows: 1. NFC tag stickers are attached onto the hangers where 200 fabric samples are hanging. 2. The NFC tag stickers are tagged, or read off from a smart phone that support NFC functions. 3. Upon tagging, the Smart phone swiftly displays all information available on its screen - not only the aforementioned six elements, but also the image of the clothing item from the fabric in its finalized product form, and the video of the model wearing the item - for convenient view. The method harbors immense potential for the fashion industry in general, and will also be useful in those fields inside the industry that harness NFC technology.

A smartphone is a mobile phone that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary basic feature phone. Unlike feature phone, a smartphone allows the user to install and run more advanced applications based on a specific platform. Smartphones run complete operating system software providing a platform for application developers. A smartphone will become the default computing method for many point activities in the not-too-distant future, such as e-mail, online shopping, gaming, and even video entertainment. For smartphone that contains sensitive information and access the Internet, security is a major issue. In the 1980s, security issues were hardly noticed; however, security is a major issue for users today, which includes smart phones. Because security is much more difficult to address once deployment and implementation are underway, it should be considered from the beginning. Recently our government recognized the importance of smartphone security and published several safety tips for using the smartphone. However, theses tips are user-oriented measures. Maintaining the security of a smartphone involves the active participation of the user. Although it is a important users understand and take full advantage of the facilities afforded by smarphone, it is more important developers distribute the secure smartphone application through the market. In this paper we describe some scenarios in which user is invaded his/her privacy by smartphone stolen, lost, misplaced or infected with virus. Then we suggest the security considerations for securing smartphone applications in respect with developers. We also suggest the methods applying domestic encryption algorithms such as SEED, HIGHT and ARIA in developing secure applications. This suggested security considerations may be used by developers as well as users (especially organizations) interested in enhancing security to related security incidents for current and future use of smartphones.

국가정보통신서비스는 행정안전부 주관으로 'A'그룹(회선서비스망), 'B'그룹(IP서비스망), 'C'그룹(인터넷전화 서비스, IP응용서비스)으로 인프라를 구성하여 제공하고 있다. 국가정보통신서비스 'C'그룹 사업자는 인터넷전화 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가정보통신서비스 'C'그룹 사업자의 국내통화, 국제통화, 이동통화 등의 기본 통화 서비스와 문자메시지, 영상통화, IP-Centrex 서비스 등 7개의 부가서비스를 연구한다. 또한 국가정보통신 서비스 사업자의 사업 현황을 분석을 토대로 국가정보통신 인터넷전화망의 인터넷전화 이용 유형을 분석한다. 본 연구는 국가정보통신서비스 산업발전을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

영화를 본다는 것은 극장처럼 대형화된 스크린 혹은 대형화를 추구하는 TV를 통해 시청하는 것이 일반적이었지만 현재에는 모바일 디바이스 같은 소형 플렛폼을 이용하여 시청하는 빈도수가 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 인터넷 기반 동영상 스트리밍 서비스 플랫폼인 OTT(Over The Top)의 등장과 깊은 연관이 있다. OTT의 개발은 케이블 TV 시청의 필수 디바이스인 세톱박스를 이용하지 않고 시간과 공간의 제약에서 벗어난 자유로운 영상 시청을 제공하게 되었고 이 시장의 선두엔 인터넷 기반 DVD대여 서비스로 사업을 시작한 넷플릭스(NETFLIX)가1) 있다. 모바일 시장과 비례하여 동반 성장 중인 넷플릭스는 2018년 말 기준 1억3926만명의2) 회원을 보유하고 있으며 그 외 OTT 참여 회사로 콘텐츠 기반의 Pooq, TVing, 플랫폼 기반의 올레TV모바일, 옥수수, LTE비디오포털 등이 있다. 이와 같은 신 성장 사업의 규모는 점차적으로 증가하여 현재 스마트폰 전체 이용자의 25.4%가 스마트폰 같은 소형 모바일 디바이스를 이용 하여 영상콘텐츠를 시청하고 있다. 따라서 탈 대형화 중심 즉, OTT 서비스가 가능한 소형 모바일 디바이스 시청을 위해 차별화된 영상 문법이 대두되어야 판단된다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 대중적 영상콘텐츠를 소형 모바일 디바이스로 시청함에 있어 그 문제점을 파악하고 시청자에게 미치는 영향을 설문을 이용하여 조사 연구하겠다.

스마트폰의 사용은 모바일 인터넷 비즈니스 성장의 큰 영향을 주었다. 커머스와 광고, 결제와 게임, 영상콘텐츠, 미디어, 헬스케어와 최근의 소셜과 함께 일어나는 O2O 비즈니스까지 그리고 헬스케어 분야에서도 많은 성장을 보이고 있다. 미국의 경우 2015년 스마트폰 기기용 헬스케어 앱규제를 완화하고, 같은 해 중국은 웨어러블등 모바일 기기를 활용해 부족한 의료진과 병상문제 해결을 위한 5개년 로드맵을 마련하기도 하였다. 국내에서도 웨어러블 기기를 의료분야에 활용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 여기에 반드시 해결해야 할 선과제가 있다면 바로 보안문제이다. ICT 활용 증가로 금융, 의료등 비 ICT 분야에서도 보안사고가 해마다 증가하고 있다. 또한 금융사기, 불법 판촉, 보험 제약 회사 악용 등 2차 피해 발생 가능성이 높은 금융, 의료 분야에서 개인정보 유출 사고 등의 위험이 증가 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일의 위협요소인 악성코드와 스마트폰의 5대 위험, 국내외 모바일 헬스케어 활용사례와 헬스케어를 위한 모바일 위협 대응 방안을 분석한다.

지난 10년간 인터넷 트래픽의 기하급수적인 증가는 IP 프로토콜 프레임워크를 가장 중요한 네트워크 기술로 만들었다. 더욱이, 인터넷 서비스는 최선형 서비스 제공 위주에서 인터넷 폰, 비디오 컨퍼런스, 가상 현실, 인터넷 게임과 같은 새로운 형태의 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스들을 QoS보장과 함께 지원하기 위해서 차등화된 서비스 형태로 발전하고 있다. 최근, QoS 보장과 함께 광 대역폭의 요구 해결을 위해 다중 기가비트 파장을 제공하는 WDM 기술이 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망의 중심 기술로 부상하고 있다. WDM 기반의 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크는 QoS 보장형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 과제 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 IP 서브망과 WDM 광 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크와 관련된 성능 요구사항을 분석하고, GMPLS 제어 프로토콜을 이용하여 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망을 통해 종단간 QoS를 보장하기 위한 차등화된 광 QoS 서비스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

근래 휴대 단말기용 모뎀 칩셋이나 멀티미디어 프로세서의 CPU성능은 노트북PC에 버금가는 수준으로 향상되면서 휴대단말기가 전자기기의 컨버전스화를 주도하는 아이콘으로 떠오르고 있다. 더불어 DMB, 디지털 카메라, 화상통화, 인터넷 검색 등이 기본적으로 제공되면서 소형크기의 휴대 단말기용 디스플레이에서도 화질에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 휴대단말기의 경우 야외에서 태양광과 같은 주변광원의 변화로 동일한 영상이 열화 또는 과도하게 밝아져 보이는 야외 시인성 문제를 해결해야 하며, 더구나 최근 터치방식 패널이 휴대단말기 디스플레이 장치에 사용되면서 ITO 필름에 의한 투과율 손실로 디스플레이 화면의 컨트라스트 저하가 더해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대 단말기용 영상개선 SoC를 위해 영상 개선 알고리즘을 개발하였고 이에 대한 성능 비교를 수행하였다. 컨트라스트 개선을 위해 적응형 기법으로 Clipped Histogram Stretching을, 정적 기법으로 S형 곡선조정과 Gain 조정 기법을 사용하였고 야외 시인성 개선을 위해서는 CIELCh 색공간에서 외부 조도센서의 정보에 따라 명도(Lightness)와 채도(Chroma)가 조절될 수 있도록 하였다. 개발한 알고리즘에 대한 성능평가는 결과영상의 히스토그램, RGB 화소값 분포도, 엔트로피 그리고 동적영역 확장비 등을 통해 분석을 진행하였다.

The appropriate use of color and light can increase psychological stress or feelings of mental stability. As such, many people currently use color therapy, which provides relaxation and stability through color stimulation. The smartphone-based psychological color therapy system that is to be developed through the study is a method for relieving stress. This study examines a method of using smartphones to understand user's emotional information such as types of stress and to provide color therapy information regarding these emotions. The goal of this study is to use the user's smart phone to provide color therapy that employs the user's emotional information. The intelligent emotion system, which uses platforms such as mobile devices and the PC, was designed considering the user's context, and it provides the user with various data formats such as images, video, text, audio, to send results to the user. The system was developed in the form of a service-based mobile application. The study designed an emotional color therapy system that uses a smartphone to measure the user's stress and provides appropriate color therapy.

운전 중 내비게이션을 조작하는 것은 집중력이 분산되어 교통사고로 이어질 수 있으며, 특히 고령자나 초보 운전자에게는 더욱 위험하다. 최근에는 도로교통법 개정으로 운전 중 영상표시장치를 시청하거나 조작하는 것이 금지되어 현실적으로 자동차 내비게이션의 사용이 어려워졌다. 본 논문은 이러한 불편을 보완하기 위해 운전자가 아닌 다른 사람이 내비게이션을 대신 조작할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 인터넷 연결이 불가능한 내비게이션을 원격에서 제어할 수 있도록 운전자의 스마트폰을 중계 장치로 활용하는 방안을 제안하고, 여기에 필요한 단말 애플리케이션 및 서버를 설계하고 구현한다.
