글로벌 CP들로 인해 인터넷의 트래픽이 급증하면서 망 투자비용을 분담하여야 한다는 주장이 업계에서 대두하였다. 이로 인해 망 중립성의 원칙이 접근성에서 비용 부담으로 논점이 크게 바뀌었다. 유료화된 트래픽의 우선처리가 각국에서 인정을 받았음에도 불구하고, 학계의 일부에서는 인터넷 공간에서 망 사용료 지불에 대한 부정적인 시각이 있었다. 그러나 업계에서는 사업자들 사이에 분쟁이 다수 발생하였고, 일부는 법정 다툼으로 비화되면서 법원의 판결에 관심이 쏠렸다. 법원이 망 중립성 하에서 유상성을 인정하기 시작하였고, 정부도 이에 대응하여 규제를 정비하는 등 우리나라는 빠르게 대처해 왔다. 그러나 여전히 서비스 안정에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 직접적으로 망 이용대가의 지불을 규정한 규제는 아직 없다. 본 연구에서는 망 중립성에 대한 사업자간 분쟁 및 법원의 판결, 규제의 개선 사례를 분석하여 망 중립성의 변화를 고찰하였으며, 공유지의 비극 사례를 참고하여 수익자 부담의 원칙에 입각한 올바른 가격신호의 복원이 가장 중요한 해결책임을 제시하였다. CP의 망 사용료 지급도 그 방안의 하나이다.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

Recent researches of network structure are moving to high-level networks because there are already many research results of low-level network. Especially, current network services has been changed to the multimedia service using multicast routing such as IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) service. And then previous multicast services were provider oriented. So previous multicast structures were organized server/client model. But future multicast services will make user oriented services. Therefore there will be many service providers in the future. At this point, we study P2P network for supporting multi provider. So we research load balancing and contents lookup protocols in P2P network. In this paper, we propose network protocol and system based on super peer P2P for load balancing and efficiently service search. And we considered mobile environment for mobile IPTV.

Lately, influence of information rises and interest about satisfaction estimation of information providing service is risin. According to rapid change in information environment, information-providing service is being changed in various form, in which center development is made in relation to the effort for customer satisfaction intended to enhance user's satisfaction level through providing more convenient and higher service centered on information service user rather than information service provider. Organizations providing information service is also changing their service from traditional one centered on service provider to that for user's satisfaction and service quality, and evaluation of information service quality and measurement of user's satisfaction as the result of using information service are regarded important. In this respect, it is needed to measure user's satisfaction level for environmental factors of information service and analyze what kind of influence they have to enhance user's satisfaction level of information service. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information-providing service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. In this paper, we propose a model of the user satisfaction index for information-providing services and present the user satisfaction index is measured to the model. Also we this study suggest qualitative improvements of information-providing service required for change to user-centric information-providing service through measuring user satisfaction index of ITFIND system and schemes to improve information quality

Cyberloafing is activity deviation at the workplace where employees intentionally avoid doing their job during working hours that results in a decrease in productivity. Particularly in the context of this study, cyberloafing activity is the usage of the Internet while working. Yet, studies on the antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 have not been conducted. This research used a purposive convenient sampling of 280 employees in the business services branches in Indonesia, particularly the representative business service branches located in some cities and regencies, including Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, and Bantul Regency (Special Region of Yogyakarta) and its surroundings. The results show 3 antecedents of cyberloafing and 1 consequence of cyberloafing which influence each other. Furthermore, these findings have filled the existing gaps regarding the antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing in service provider industries in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the five hypotheses proposed in this study are supported. The antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing have been tested and proven in this study as a contribution to science and technology.

Identity authentication sharing technologies which allow many service providers to share the result of identity authentication of an identity provider receive high attention as alternatives for current problematic identity authentications in the next-generation Internet environment, since they can provide crucial advantages including high usability, cost effectiveness of service providers, and privacy protection. However, in order for the identity authentication sharing technologies to be widely deployed in global Internet scale, the interoperability problem among different identity authentication sharing protocols and the trustworthiness issue among the participating identity providers, service providers, and users should be resolved in advance. This paper firstly analyzes current status of the protocol interoperability issue and existing trust frameworks for identity authentication sharing. And then, based on the result of analysis, this paper proposes a next generation identity authentication sharing architecture for global Internet.

Due to rapid developments of IT technologies, convergence services like IPTV (Internet protocol television) are shown up. Even though expert and customer had great expectations for this innovative service, commercialization was delayed for years by the legal dispute between industry players. One of the biggest problems was that whether internet backbone providers have to share their internet network backbone with IPTV service providers (which don't have network backbone) or not. As other countries, Korean government set the rules that ISP have to offer indiscriminate access to other IPTV service provider. At the same time, internet backbone providers can charge access charge based on cost by way of compensation. Thus access charge is very critical to the IPTV industry players. The objective of this paper is to provide model that can calculate the reasonable access charge by system dynamics, based upon real data in Korean telecommunication industry.

Recently, due to the rapid development of the internet, the production and demand of high capacity contents are rapidly increasing. In order to accommodate the changing trend of internet usage, researches on CCN, the future internet architecture, are actively being conducted. Mobility support is an important challenge in CCN real-time services, given that today's internet environment is changing to mobile and real-time services are increasing. In CCN real-time services, the mobility problem can be largely divided into consumer mobility, provider mobility, and intermediate-node mobility. Among them, when the intermediate-node moves in the CCN real-time services, the service disconnection occurs and the QoS degradation is caused. In this paper. we propose Intermediate-Node Mobility Support(INMS) to support the intermediate-node mobility in CCN real-time services. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme shows better performance than CCN in terms of service disconnection time and packet loss.

This paper presents a new concept of IP-based wireless sensor networks and also introduces a routing protocol that is based on clustering for global healthcare information system. Low-power wireless personal area networks (LoWPANs) conform the standard by IEEE 802.15.4-2003 to IPv6 that makes 6lowpan. It characterized by low bit rate, low power, and low cost as well as protocol for wireless connections. The 6lowpan node with biomedical sensor devices fixed on the patient body area network that should be connected to the gateway in personal area network. Each 6lowpan nodes have IP-addresses that would be directly connected to the internet. With the help of IP-address service provider can recognize or analysis patient biomedical data from anywhere on globe by internet service provider equipments such as cell phone, PDA, note book. The system has been evaluated by technical verification, clinical test, user survey and current status of patient. We used NS-2.33 simulator for our prototype and also simulate the routing protocols. The result shows the performance of biomedical data packets in multi-hope routing as well as represents the topology of the networks.

This study is to identify quality factors having influence upon mobile internet service performance theoretically, derive the research model and the hypotheses concerning the cause and effect relationship between these factors and service performance and then analyze them empirically. In order to enhance the model's explanation power, trust and cognitive engagement as interviewing variables are included in the model. The theoretical background of this study was brought from relevant literature in the areas of the theory of reasoned action(TRA). technology acceptance model(TAM), product selection model, cognitive absorption theory and etc. The research model and hypotheses were statistically investigated and analysed through convergent and discriminant validity test, reliability test, and path analyses by means of statistical packages SPSS(12.0) and LISREL(8.72). For these empirical analyses. data were collected through the field survey of 373 users who were willing to continuously use the mobile internet services. Based on the results of the analyses, theoretical and practical significance and future study direction were suggested. The results of this study will be helpful to giving a guideline to companies such as mobile telecom, mobile contents provider and mobile handset manufactures when they have to establish the mobile Internet service marketing strategies.
