Recently, the popularization of personal mobility(PM) has made it possible to see many electric scooters. The energy source of personal transportation used by the general public and the disabled can be seen as environmentally friendly as electricity. Personal transportation means are divided into small electric vehicles because they use electric energy, and they are being treated as new models by automobile manufacturers in each country and spurring development. On the other hand, personal transportation means may cause various types of traffic accidents as they travel between roads and a human walk. In order to prevent such accidents, it is judged that the enactment of laws on the establishment of specifications for electric scooters, which are personal transportation means, and the method of restricting road operation should be given priority. The electric scooter is basically different from the conventional vehicle. The steering shaft of the steering system applied to the electric scooter one to two is possible. 1 to 2 the front-wheel under the steering column is used. It is classified according to the number of wheel installed at the electric scooter is the vehicle body into 2 wheel - electric scooter, and 3 wheel - electric scooter and 4 wheel - electric scooter. In this study, we propose a steering shaft design model that can be applied to an electric scooter, one of personal transportation means. A design model for 1-shaft steering and 2-shafts steering that can be applied to electric scooters is proposed. In addition, we have produced the prototypes for the commercialization of the proposed models, and reviewed the pros and cons of the manufactured prototypes and models.

Purpose - O2O (online to off-line) is a new economic concept being emerged in the 4^th industrial age. Automobile distribution is also undergoing a change to the O2O system. In overseas, vehicles are already being sold through various online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign automobile distribution structure and intends to suggest the desirable direction of automobile sales in the 4th industrial age. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the investigation of previous studies and the actual cases, the advantages and disadvantages and trends of different types of automobile distribution structures. Result - It can be seen that domestic and foreign automobile brands have quite diverse distribution structures such as direct managed system, agency system, dealer system, direct sales system, online system and online/offline parallel system. Each type has its own characteristics. Conclusion - The distribution structure of automobiles is very diverse, and in particular, it is rapidly changing to an online sales system thanks to the development of information and communication technology and Internet technology and the popularization of smartphones. Due to the restriction of movement caused by the Corona epidemic and the expansion of the "big face" through human distance, the "unmanned system" based on artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things has been widely used in modern life. "Self-driving," one of the transportation systems based on artificial technology, has taken the initiative in the transportation system as the spread of Corona has begun. Self-driving technology eliminates unnecessary contact and saves time and manpower, which can significantly impact current and future transportation. Accidents may occur, however, due to the performance of self-driving technology during transportation albeit the U.S. allows ordinary people to drive automatically through experimental operations, and the product liability law will resolve the dispute. Self-driving has become popular in the U.S. after the experimental stage, and in the event of a self-driving accident, product liability should be applied to protect drivers from complicated self-driving disputes. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether disputes caused by defects in ordinary cars can be resolved through arbitration through U.S. precedents and to investigate whether disputes caused by defects in autonomous cars can be arbitrated.

운영체제는 컴퓨터 하드웨어와 컴퓨터 사용자간의 매개체 역할을 수행하는 것으로 사용자가 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 따라서, 운영체제의 주된 목적은 컴퓨터를 편리하게 이용하는 것에 있고, 컴퓨터 하드웨어를 효율적으로 관리하는 데 있다. 컴퓨터를 이용하는 계층의 대중화, 하드웨어의 성능적 향상, 인터넷의 등장, 무선 네트워크의 활성화, 스마트폰 및 태블릿(Tablet) PC 등장, 가상화 기술 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등장 등은 운영체제 분야에도 변화를 주기 시작하였다. 특히 서버 가상화 기술을 기반으로 하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경과 다양한 유무선기기를 활용한 인터넷 접속환경으로 인해 웹 기반 운영체제가 탄생하였다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 운영체제의 정의, 종류와 특징, 장단점에 대해 분석하고, 앞으로의 전망에 대해 알아본다.

하이패스 단말기를 이용한 교통정보수집 및 전달 시스템에 관하여 기술하였다. 최근 하이패스 이용자들이 급격히 증가하면서 차량단말기(OBU)의 보급도 증가하여 현재는 100만대에 육박하고 있다. 이미 보급되어 사용 중인 하이패스 시스템을 가지고 효율적인 교통정보를 수집하기 위해서는 하이패스 시스템의 프로토콜과 송수신되는 명령 및 데이터들을 심도 있게 연구해 볼 필요가 있기 때문이다. 현재까지 하이패스 단말기를 이용한 교통정보수집 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 통신의 중장거리 확보 기술과 주파수 문제, 프라이버시에 관한 법적인 문제 등 해결되어야 할 사항이 남아 있지만 조속한 시일 내에 해결할 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구에서는 하이패스 시스템과 연동하여 교통정보를 수집할 수 있는 방안과 운전자에게 도로상황을 전달할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

최근 초고속 통신망을 이용한 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래가 활발해지고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 전자 소프트웨어 유통 (ESD: Electronic Software Distribution)은 많은 연구의 대상이 되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 모델들은 실질적인 불법복제방지와 저작권보호에 미흡하고 익명성의 보장이 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반 구조(PKI: Public Key Infrastructure) [l,2,3]에 기초하여 실질적인 저작권보호와 익명성을 보장하는 ESD 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 익명을 원하는 구매자에 대한 정보를 판매자에게 제공하지 않으면서도 불법적인 복제와 유통을 억제하고 불법 복제와 유통이 발생할 시에 추적할 수 있는 장치를 제공함으로써 저작권을 보호한다. 또한 기존의 시리얼넘버(Serial Number)입력방식과 별도로 사용권을 설치해야하는 방식을 지양함으로써 사용자에게 보다 편리한 환경을 제공한다.

현대 사회는 ICT 기술의 급속한 성장으로 모바일 기기의 대중화와 사회 전반이 네트워크화 됨으로써 사람과 사람, 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간에 언제 어디서든 연결할 수 있는 시대가 되었다. 또한 모든 전자기기가 인터넷에 연결됨으로써 사물의 특성이 더 지능화되고 자동화되면서 기기들의 연결을 통한 정보의 융합 및 가공이 가능해져 더 좋은 품질의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 이런 기기들은 유 무선 네트워크를 통해 상호간에 정보를 전달하기 때문에 많은 보안 위협에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 통신 관련 기술인 ZigBee, CoAP, MQTT, XMPP에 대해 분석하여 이런 통신기술들이 가지고 있는 보안 위협들을 도출하고, 사물인터넷을 구성하는 요소들이 가져야하는 보안요구사항을 제안한다. 그리고 사물인터넷에 존재하는 보안 위협에 대해 실제 사례들을 살펴보고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 제시하여 향후 사물인터넷을 보다 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 토대를 구축하는데 기여한다.

현재 많은 정보들이 비디오 데이터로 전송 또는 저장되고 있으며 고성능 PC의 보급과 internet과 같은 통신망의 대중화로 이런 비디오 데이터는 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 비디오 데이터의 검색을 위하여 비디오 스트립을 분석하여 shot을 찾아내고 이들 중 key frame을 찾는 방법에 대하여 연구하고 이로서 사용자의 질의에 부합하는 비디오를 검색한다. 본 논문에서는 shot 경계 검출을 위해 객체의 움직임에 강인하면서 shot 내에서의 칼라의 변화에 둔감한 새로운 feature를 제안하고, shot frame에서 구한 각 feature들의 통계적 특성을 이용하여 스트립의 특징에 따라 weight를 부가하여 구해진 characterizing value의 시간 변화량을 구한다. 구해진 변화량의 local maxima와 local minima는 비디오 스트림에서 각각 가장 특정적인 frame과 평균적인 frame을 나타낸다. 이 순간의 short frame을 구함으로서 효과적이고 빠른 시간 내에 key frame을 추출한다. 추출되어진 key frame에 대하여 원 영상을 복원한 후, 색인을 위하여 다수의 parameter를 구하고, 사용자가 질의한 영상에 대해서 이들 parameter를 구하여 key frame들과 가장 유사한 대표영상들을 검색한다. 실험결과 일반적인 방법보다 더 나은 결과를 보였고, 높은 검색율을 보였다.

PDA, 휴대폰 등 무선 기기의 발달과 대중화와 더불어 무선 인터넷의 사용이 활성화되고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 PC 브라우저뿐만 아니라 PDA등에서 검색할 수 있는 웹 컨텐츠의 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 풍부한 양질의 컨텐츠 제공을 위해 이미 제작된 유선 인터넷용 컨텐츠를 무선 인터넷에도 제공하기 위해 컨텐츠 변환 솔루션과 마크업 언어 통합 등의 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 단말기를 지원하는 웹 컨텐츠 제작을 위해서 XSLT 엔진으로서 공개 소프트웨어를 사용하기 때문에 고비용의 부담이 없고, 사용하기에도 간편하여 기존 HTML을 사용하는 웹 프로그래머들도 DTD와 XSL에 대한 기본적인 사항만 학습하면 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 XML 기반의 웹 컨텐츠 제작 기법을 사례 개발을 통해 제안한다.
