With the development of cloud computing, internet technology and Internet of Things(IoT), most of applications are being smarter and changing from native application to SaaS (Software as a Service) application. New versatile SaaS applications are being released through various app portals (e.g. appstore, googleplay, T-Store, and so on). However, a user has a difficulty in searching, choosing an suitable application to him. It is also hard for him to know what functions of each SaaS application are useful. He wants to be recommended something inter-operated SaaS service according to his personality and his situation. Therefore, this paper presents a way of making mash-up of SaaS applications in order to provide the most convenient inter-operated SaaS service to user. This paper also presents SaaS Application Mash-up Framework (SAMF), complex context and rule matrix. The proposed SAMF is a main system that totally manage SaaS application mash-up service. Complex context and rule matrix are key components in order to recommend what SaaS applications are needed and how those SaaS applications are inter-operated. The SAMF collects complex contexts (User Description, Status Description, SaaS Service Description) in order to choose which SaaS applications are useful, analyze what functions to use, how to mash-up.

It has been well proved that shiphandling simulators are efficient and useful facilities for training and education of cadets and seafarers. Most of the maritime universities and many maritime training institutes all over the world have installed shiphandling simulators, which play important roles in maritime education and training. However, most of the Shiphandling simulators are standalone facilities with diversities on system architectures, layouts and functions. STCW78/95 requires simulators used for simulator-based training shall be suitable for the selected objectives and training tasks. To ensure the shiphandling simulator facilities meet the requirements of STCW convention and other expanded applications, collaborated research and coordination are needed in development and application of shiphandling simulators. Performance standard should be established for shiphandling simulator systems considering the advanced research needs as well as the needs in education, training, and assessment of competence. Standardizing and exchanging shiphandling mathematical models will improve critical performance of the system. Cooperated research on model course and training assessment approaches will enhance the training standard. In addition, the rapid spread of the internet technology has shown a promising future of application of shiphandling simulators through internet. Research has been carried out on internet based integration of multiple shiphandling simulators. A multi-agent based system, including necessary hardware, has been developed. Collaborated operation of the system can be of benefit in filling the gaps of the technical and operational level and methodology between maritime universities, enhancing mutual understanding of the navigation customs and culture background among cadets and seafarers from different countries, facilitating communication and maritime English training, and extending the functions of shiphandling simulators.

As digital contents are widely used and require increasingly high quality, the data storage services over Internet also become more and more important. One of popular services, web-hard, provides lots of users with web-based functions for data storage, management and sharing but such storage utilization requires quite high cost compared to using portable storage devices. Moreover, some users may avoid putting their important data into open Internet area. On the other hand, portable storage devices are cheaper but can be used only when they are physically connected to host devices such as PC. Also additional management and security functions should be equipped to support data sharing among users. In this paper, we propose a web-based data storage system combining those advantages of aforementioned two approaches. The proposed system immediately provides web-based services for data management and sharing when a portable device such as SDD is connected to the server.

The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile commerce takes much weight among them. Even though current mobile commerce service has serious problems which check its development, such as limited contents, expensive charge system and hardware restriction of mobile device, it is strongly expected as one of the next generation Internet services. In this paper, we summarize the problems like above and provide some total solution to meet them as follows: a function for automatic gathering of product information on online Internet and automatic translation it to data for mobile commerce, a middlelet application which provides functions for product search and order on the mobile device through off-line processing, and a function of user adaptive recommendation. We have actually designed and implemented the proposed system and verified the functions and effectiveness of the system.

SNS has recently reached the level of providing financial services to customers through a mobile payment system that goes beyond the existing payment system using Fintech, which is a fusion of financial industry and information technology. These mobile payment systems are increasing in scale as time goes by, and their functions are reaching the same level as general financial services. This study is an empirical study to examine what is the most important factor in Internet banking by targeting users who use WeChat Pay among Chinese Internet bank users with the highest Fintech Adoption rate. SNS has recently reached the level of providing financial services to customers through a mobile payment system that goes beyond the existing payment system using Fintech, which is a fusion of financial industry and information technology. As a results, 2 factors positive influence on Acceptance intention and Customer satisfaction. These mobile payment systems are increasing in scale as time goes by, and their functions are reaching the same level as general financial services.

We researched economic efficiency and possibility of game portal service based PDA/Smart phone by popularize of next generation portable internet WiBro. PDA/Smart phone are difficult to equal level content service with PC, because of it has low CPU and memory than PC. This paper are implemented paper of integrated server of Cable or Wireless for WiBro contents. In this research, we implemented and show test result of CP killer contents in PDA. It can apply to WiBro portable internet and has required many functions in integrated server for cable or wireless. CP Killer contents for WiBro portable internet is developed by PC server base on Window XP. It can accept next generation wireless LAN, portable internet and ubiquitous issues. We expect activation of commercial use that WiBro contents and server trading.

Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. Recently, the introduction of smart phones has led to a growth in social networking services and thus, the research and development of Internet telephony has been actively progressed and has the potential to become a replacement for the telephone service that is currently being used. In this paper we designed and implemented an Internet telephony network system which is developed by using Asterisk and open source softwares. It is developed on the linux system and has some features such as VoIP telephony service between SIP phones, voice mail, and call recording. It also supports web-based functions such as SIP users and server system management that is implemented by Apache web server and PHP programs. Afterwards, this system will be applied as VoIP network base technology for small sized companies and organizations. It will paly a role for encouraging companies to use open source softwares.

This study was focused on the development of greenhouse management and environmental control system using internet. The essence of this system were remote automatic control unit connected with greenhouse environmental control according to the growth stages of crops, The specific objectives of the study were; 1) to analyze need of greenhouse environmental remote control system, 2) to investigate the important functions related to greenhouse management program, 3) to explore the possibility of diffusing the system using internet.The study was carried out through review of related literature and need assessment from the research and extension workers in charge of greenhouse management using questionnaire survey, interview and field study. The results of the study were summarized as fallows: 1) About 89% of respondents responded positively on the need to establish automatic control system using internet. 2) The greenhouse management and environmental control system using internet was possible to control the greenhouse in remote, automatic, and simultaneous manner, and additionally by cellular phone in emergent situation. 3) The system was possible to precisely control the greenhouse environment, and it was able to connect the environmental control data with information on growth of crops. 4) By networking the farmer, extension educator of agricultural technology center and researcher, web based farm consulting was possible through the system. Based on the results of the study recommendations were suggested as follows: 1) Thorough spot inspections and field trials should be performed before the diffusion of this system. 2) The costs of the system installation and maintenance should be moderate. 3) The operation of the system should be simple and easy for tamers to adopt. 4) National support should be made to build better internet infrastructure in rural areas.

Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. Recently, the introduction of smart phones has led to a growth in social networking services and thus, the research and development of Internet telephony has been actively progressed and has the potential to become a replacement for the telephone service that is currently being used. In this paper we designed and implemented a recording system which records voice data of SIP-based Internet telephone's voice calls. It is developed on the linux system and has some features such as audio mixing of two in/out voice channels, live packet sniffing, and the ability to transfer mixed audio files to the log file server. These functions are implemented using various open source softwares. Afterwards, this VoIP recording system will be applied as a base technology to advanced services like a VoIP-based call center system.

Recently, the infrastructure to be connected to the internet is much provided, there is more and more need to connect electric or electronic products to the internet to monitor or control them remotely. However, most of the existing products lack the network interface, so it was very inconvenient to be connected to the internet. Therefore, this article designs and realizes the internet outlet allowing real-time scheduling that can control the power remotely on the internet by using the hardware TCP/IP processor. The realized product consumes low production cost because it can be realized by using the hardware TCP/IP processor and the 8-bit small microprocessor. In addition, the product can be used widely in both wired and wireless environments with a variety of user interface, including the dedicated control program which provides the environment configuration functions; embedded web service that enables the webpage to be saved on the external flash memory; Android smartphone application; motion recognition control environment that uses the OpenCV computer vision library, etc.
