중국 온라인 관광업 비즈니스 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Business Model of China's Online Tourism Industry)

  • 사회적경제의 급속한 발전과 지속적인 생활수준 향상으로 관광산업의 급속한 발전을 위해 유리한 환경이 마련되었다. 고도로 발달된 인터넷 기술은 사람들에게 더 편리한 온라인 여행을 제공했다. 온라인 관광이 빠르게 발전하면서 관광 관련 인터넷 사업도 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 우선 연구 배경과 연구 의의를 소개하고, 온라인 관광 개발 핫스팟, 비즈니스 모델 연구 이슈 등 사회적경제의 발전을 바탕으로 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 연구의 필요성을 제시한다. 씨트립은 온라인 여행 산업 및 비즈니스 모델 내·외 연구 현황을 설명하고, 온라인 여행, OTA 비즈니스 모델 등 관련 개념과 이론을 심층적으로 소개·분석하고, 전문가 연구를 기반으로 확대한다. 씨트립의 기존 사업모델의 미흡, 높은 경상운영비, 공급업체의 큰 영향요인, 신사업 개발이 더딘 등 여러 측면이 제시되었고, 이를 해결하기 위한 대안이 제시되었다. 씨트립은 가치 창출과 혁신을 위한 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략과 고객 가치사슬을 위한 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략 등 지속 가능한 경쟁 우위를 유지했다.

  • Internet business is transforming the current structure and way of shopping behaviors. As a frontier area of internet business, internet shopping mall industry is influenced by this trend. In this shopping situation, shopping objects and information on the object are separated, which makes consumers to decide on the contents and marketing function offered by the shopping mall. This study proposes an integrated model including the influencing factors on customer royalty in Internet shopping environments. Eight hypotheses are proposed based on previous research in Internet marketing and information systems. The results are quite supporting the model and hypotheses. The contents structure, marketing activities, and customer satisfaction in the internet shopping environment influence shopping experience, next purchases and reference to other people. The proposed model and empirical results would contribute to setting up strategy of Internet shopping mall industry, and also to future research in information systems and Internet marketing.

Factors Affecting User's Repurchase Intention towards Chinese Internet Shopping Malls

  • More and more researchers and practitioners in the field of e-commerce are paying attentions to the retention of online customers. However, only a few researches can be addressed in the context of internet shopping mall repurchase intention. This study aims at investigating and delineating the important characteristic factors which affect consumers' repurchase intentions by conducting an empirical analysis. In order to fulfill this purpose effectively, a comprehensive review of previous studies regarding information system success model was performed in order to render a stronger theoretical foundation for our study. Finally, based on the DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success model, information quality, system quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention were employed as five constructs in the research model and hypotheses on mutual relationships between these constructs were established accordingly. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data collected from 204 internet shopping mall consumers in China. Our theoretical model exhibited a good fit with the observed data. The empirical results showed particularly strong support for the effects of information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The findings of this research contributed to the extension of repurchase intention study in the context of Internet shopping malls. Our research also offered implications for practitioners in regards to devising internet shopping malls so as to increase consumers' repurchase intention to use these services.

Metadata model-centered cost management app for small business owners in the restaurant business in O2O environment

  • In this paper, we propose a system that allows small business owners focusing on the restaurant business to easily understand the management situation, and to manage the operation and management centering on the cost of food materials and profits and losses. In general, the metadata structure is different depending on the POS system, so it is necessary to first develop a standardized metadata model for a food material cost management system for small business owners in various industries. For that reason, the system proposed in this paper was applied to the cost management app by referring to the development of a data model using the metadata standard. In addition, in order to implement a cost profit/loss management system for small business owners in the restaurant industry, it was designed to support standardized metadata models from various types of POS systems, and is a hybrid app that can support a smart environment.   • 본 연구는 인터넷 서비스의 비시장 속성에 대한 경제적 가치측정의 모형에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 인터넷 거래의 활성화를 측면에서 서비스의 속성들에 대해 제시하고 이러한 속성들과 고객만족, 지불가치간의 관련성을 살펴보고 이와 더불어 경제적 가치 측정에 대한 방안을 검토하였다. 이러한 측정 방안으로 제시한 것은 환경재의 가치측정에 대한 기법인 조건부가치 측정법으로서 이를 보다 확장하여 인터넷 서비스에 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구목적에 부합될 수 있도록 지불의사 액수를 추정하는 계량경제적 모델을 정립하여 제시하였다. 그러나 실제 설문지 분석시 나타날 수 있는 여러 문제점이 나타날 수 있으므로 이를 보완하는 작업이 차후에 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

The Role Effect Loyalty of Internet: A Causal Model

  • The Internet can provide benefits obtained from changing the structure of a business, such as emphasizing the importance of different types of personnel. In addition, the Internet alters the process for business activity, both within and outside the organization. Using structural equation modeling, I empirically test a number of hypothesized relationship based on a sample of 126 Internet Community users. The results are as follows: loyalty is significantly influenced by trust and relationship, repeat purchase is significantly influenced bye-loyalty. In addition, word of mouth is significantly influenced by e-loyalty.

  • Understanding characteristics of Internet businesses from a cross-cultural perspective could offer valuable insights on developing business strategies and policies. This work is concerned with revealing divergence and convergence of Internet businesses in their financial performance, given organizational conditions and cultural context. For this, we studied the association between static organizational attributes (core activity, origination, firm age, and industry type) and a firms financial performance (gross revenue and net income). Relevant data was gathered from representative Internet firms in Korea and U.S. Data analysis indicated that, besides industry type, overall connection between selected organizational variables and financial performance was weak. Cross-national comparison showed that Korean firms financial performance was comparable to U.S firms during the period of economic turbulence. A noticeable difference was that Korean Internet firms and their business models were more service-oriented than U.S. counterparts.

The Effect of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Adoption of Internet Banking in Indonesia: Islamic Bank and Conventional Bank

  • This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), trust (TR), subjective norm (SN), and attitude (AT) on customer's Intention to Adopt Internet Banking (IAIB) at Islamic banks and conventional banks before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research model is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study involves 213 respondents for Islamic banks and 410 respondents for conventional banks from 25 provinces in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using partial least square (PLS) regression with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The result of data analysis confirms several hypotheses taken from the literature. The results before the Covid-19 pandemic showed that AT and SN influence IAIB in Islamic banks. Whereas in conventional banks, AT, PU, SN, and TR influence IAIB. While during the Covid-19 pandemic, it shows that the AT, PU, IB, SN, and customer TR influence IAIB in Islamic banks and conventional banks. From the analysis, it was found that the PEU variable did not have a significant effect on the intention of customers of Islamic banks and conventional banks to use Internet banking.

중국의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 품질이 고객 만족 및 재구매 의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and the Intention to Repurchase in Chinese Internet Shopping Mall)

  • In this study, there are two research objectives. First, we identified the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. Second, we tried to analyze the mediating effects of the customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase. Based on past research and theoretical discussions, we developed a research model in terms of service quality and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. In order to verify our research model, we analyzed 492 survey data of consumers who had experiences in the Internet shopping mall in China. We found that sub-factors of the service quality in the Internet shopping mall have positive effects on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the survey data analysis. Among the five factors of service quality in the Internet shopping mall, except assurance, the positive effects of tangibility, responsiveness, empathy and reliability on repurchase intention are statistically significant. In addition, we found mediating effects of customer satisfaction in the Internet shopping mall on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase.
