BMO 평가모형을 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 비즈니스모델 자가평가 방법론에 관한 사례 연구 (A Series of Rearch for the Theory of Self-estimating Internet Shopping-mall, Business model which uses BMO Estimating Model)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 창업 시 활용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델 사전 자가 평가 방법론을 개발하는 것이다. 자가 평가 방법론은 Bruce Merrifield 박사가 제안한 BMO 모형을 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 맞도록 재구성하였으며, 평가 항목이 변형을 위해 인터넷 비즈니스의 특징, 인터넷 비즈니스 모델의 사업성 평가에 관한 이론, e-business의 성공 실패요인, 벤처기업의 성공 실패요인, 기술가치 평가 요인, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공 실패요인 등에 관한 선행연구들을 고찰하였다. 재구성된 사업매력도 평가항목은 매출규모, 시장성장성, 경쟁력, 위험분산도, 업계 재구축 가능성, 특별한 사회적 상황이며, 자사회의 적합성 평가항목은 경영자특성, 컨텐츠제공력, 상호작용성 구현 및 운영, Commerce, Fulfillment, 마케팅력이다. 재구성된 BMO모형으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업을 진출하고자 하는 I사, D사, G사를 대상으로 사례연구를 하였다. 본 연구는 자가평가를 통한 부적격한 인터넷 쇼핑미로 비즈니스 모델의 사업화 방지, 인터넷쇼핑몰 비즈니스 모델의 평가를 통해 사업을 점검하고 실행할 수 있는 지침 제공, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 비즈니스 모델이 실행에 필요한 자원의 수준과 확보의 용이성 평가에 활용될 수 있다.

  • To facilitate a better understanding of the benefits, problems, and issues associated with the use of Internet and (World Wide) Web in business, we conducted an exploratory study on the use of Internet and Web by Small and Medium Enterprise(SME) using the Action-Audience Model. The Action-Audience model categorizes business use of the Web: to provide information (Informational Web), to carry out business transactions (Transactional Web), and to support business activities (Operational Web). The model also recognizes different audiences of the Web. The study shows that SMEs are in the early stage of Web use.

  • Currently, the nano economy threatens the mass economy. This is based on the internet business models. In the nano business models based on internet, the diversely personalized services are needed. Many researches of the personalization on the web have been studied. The web usage mining using click stream data is a tool for personalization model. In this paper, we propose an internet business model using evolutionary support vector machine and web response survey as a web usage mining. After analyzing click stream data for web usage mining, a personalized service model is constructed in our work. Also, using an approach of web response survey, we improve the performance of the customers' satisfaction. From the experimental results, we verify the performance of proposed model using two data sets from KDD Cup 2000 and our web server.

  • 인터넷 환경은 화훼 유통 서비스를 급격히 변화 시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 화원의 경쟁 방식 자체를 변화시켰다. 이러한 변화의 중심에는 ROSEWeb 솔루션이 있었다. 사용자 환경이 모바일 인터넷으로 전환되고 있고, 온라인 서비스 업체들은 비즈니스 컨버전스를 통해 새로운 서비스를 제공하고 상황이다. 이에 본 사례연구는 (주)뉴런의 ROSEWeb 사례를 통해 유통과 정보기술이 결합한 비즈니스 모델을 이해하고 이와 관련된 주요 이슈를 파악하여 기업들이 새로운 비즈니스 가치를 창출하기 위한 비즈니스 모델과 화훼 유통 서비스 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 좋은 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 본 사례연구는 인터넷 화훼 유통 서비스뿐만 아니라 인터넷 비즈니스의 다양한 서비스 영역에서 창업이후 단계별 사업 전략수립을 위한 기본 모델로 폭 넓게 적용 할 수 있을 것이다. 사례 내용은 외부환경 측면(화훼 유통서비스 시장, 협회-화원간 전략적 파트너십 관계)과 내부환경 측면(ROSEWeb 솔루션, 비즈니스 모델, 수익원)으로 나누어 구성되어 있다. 각 장의 내용들을 이 두 관점에서 살펴본다면 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 새로운 서비스를 준비하는 기업들에게 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 이 사례를 읽고 두 가지 의문을 가지고 토의를 했으면 한다. "인터넷 포탈업체들이 화훼 유통서비스에 진입했을 때 ROSEWeb은 지속적으로 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는가?"와 "(주)뉴런의 다음 비즈니스 모델은 무엇인가?"

  • This article attempts to examine the well-known law that the increasing returns to scale(IRS) is effective in the Internet business. The effect of IRS is one of the hottest issues in the Internet business sector. Many cases and survey studies support the fact that the IRS phenomenon exists in the Internet business. Executives in Internet business generally give a deep trust on this theory. As the Internet business grows, however, the boundary of the business becomes widened and complicated. And each category of Internet business is characterized with a different business style and economic behavior. It may, therefore, be dangerous to accept that the phenomenon of IRS is applied to all areas of Internet business. For this reason, the research for the close look into the IRS phenomenon should provide significant implications for the managers in the Internet business industry. This article divides the internet business into four sub-areas, and analyzes the IRS phenomenon using AHP/DEA-based full ordering technique. Interpretations are given, based upon the research results, for each sub-area of Internet business, as a guideline of setting business strategies for practical managers.

The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.

  • As the growth of Internet business, many web sites have been developed their own Internet business strategies. Yet, many web sites have difficulties to make profit. In this paper, an economic model is developed to analyze web sites' quality and pricing strategies when they initiate their services as free services and develop advertising services and other charged services. By analyzing the economic model, optimal quality and prices was found. And by analyzing the optimal strategy, I found that web sites should properly decide their market share on initial customer. Finally, the importance of web sites' productivity to make profit is emphasized.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Nest Labs (Nest)'s business strategy. The activities based on strategic choices for monetizing connected product are investigated. Nest's capacity and functionality is to offer a seamless integration of devices, platforms, and services and the "Works with Nest" offers an ecosystem fulfilling the needs of different partners. For monetizing customer data, Nest provides a seamless customer experience supported by product incentives. Nest introduces open APIs to connect its connected products to the wider Internet of things (IoT) and open to "If This, Then That." The Nest app controls them from one single place. Nest partners with 32 energy providers as of 2017 and they provide energy from renewable and non-renewable energy sources. Nest also creates a sales channels in direct and indirect route and expands is business model to other industries such as home-rental service, 'AirBnB' to help consumers become more energy-efficient at home.

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

We define the functions of Internet business networker and discuss its characteristics such as network effect, lock-in effect, and increasing returns etc. Through reviewing the business models, strategies, and implemented technologies of the oneQ.com, we investigate the applicability and effectiveness of the Internet business networker as well as its research implications.
