대만과 한국 중소벤처기업의 외국비용이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Medium and Small-sized Venture Firms' Liability of Foreignness on Business Performance - Comparison of Taiwanese and Korean Firms -)

  • 중소벤처기업도 대기업인 다국적기업과 마찬가지로 해외진출시에는 비용이 수반된다. 이러한 외국비용을 해외진출시 당면하는 시간부족, 자금부족, 경험부족, 재무위험증가 등 장애요인과 정보획득비용, 네트워크구축비용, 마케팅비용, 유통비용, 모니터링비용 등 해외진출비용요인, 그리고 현지시장 예측과 조사, 현지기업과의 사전적 공조 등 국제화준비활동으로 정의하고, 이들 요인간 관계와 이들 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석결과 대만과 한국기업 모두 장애요인이 중요하다고 지각할수록 해외진출비용이 크다고 지각하였다(H1). 그러나 가설과는 반대로 해외진출비용을 중요시할수록 국제화준비활동에 더욱 집중하였으며(H4), 경영성과의 향상에도 유의적인 것으로 나타났다(H5). 한국기업은 장애요인이 중요할수록 국제화준비활동에 박차를 가하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 대만기업은 정반대로 장애요인이 중요하면 국제화준비활동에 소극적인 것으로 나타났다(H2). 또한 대만과 한국기업 모두 해외진출장애요인과 국제화준비활동요인 모두 경영성과에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다(H3, H6).

  • 벤처기업이 내부자원의 부족함에도 불구하고 신속한 국제화를 이루는 현상에 대해, 벤처기업의 국제화 전략을 유형화하고 이러한 유형과 국제화 성과 간에 유의한 관계가 있는지를 검토하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 유형화의 기준으로서 국제화를 수행하는 벤처기업의 글로벌 창업가정신과 실현화역량을 설정하고, 이를 기준으로 세 가지 유형이 존재하는 모델이 구성되었다. 그에 대한 유형별 특성과 국제화 전략의 내용에 대해서 설명하며 그에 대한 실증적 분석으로서 군집분석이 행해졌다. 각 유형별로 국제화 성과에서의 유의한 차이가 있는지에 대해서도 실증분석 하였다. 군집분석의 결과 개척자형과 신중한 준비형, 그리고 소극적 반응형의 세 가지 유의한 유형이 존재하는 것으로 결론을 내렸다. 또한 해외지명도와 지식·경험의 제고라는 국제화 성과에서는 각 유형 간에 부분적으로 혹은 완전한 정도로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 국제화 전략포지션에 따른 유형별 차이와 성과 차이가 존재함을 의미하며, 벤처기업의 국제화 전략과 지원정책의 수립에서 이를 감안해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on Improving Aircraft Maintenance Licensing System of South Korea for Mutual Recognition Between Countries

  • The purpose of this study is to present the internationalization of South Korea's aircraft maintenance certificate for mutual recognition of aircraft maintenance license qualifications among various countries in preparation for an internationalization of the work conducted by the aviation industry. To achieve this objective, this study reviews the aircraft maintenance license training system and compares the standards for aircraft maintenance certification established by the Convention on International Civil Aviation with the standards for issuing domestic aircraft maintenance licenses. This comparative analysis shows that the domestic curriculum of aircraft maintenance licenses differs from international standards. As a result of this study, an improvement plan of the education content was proposed to enable the licensing qualifications of domestic aircraft maintenance licenses to be mutually recognized among different countries.

1900년대 이전 문헌에 기록된 전 조리법의 문헌적 고찰 (A Bibliographical Study of Korean Fan Fried Side dishes(Jeon) in Korean Literatures before the 1900s)

  • Jeon refers to a type of Korean cuisine used as a side dish, made with various ingredients such as meat, vegetables, or fish, mixed with flour batter and coated with egg batter and then pan-fried on both sides with oil so that heat spreads through them well. The aim of this study was to provide a cornerstone of further research on Korean dietary life, by reviewing types, recipes and names of Jeon recorded in ancient cookbooks (Korean literatures) and by analyzing changes in recipes to make Jeon, which our ancestors used wisely as one type of side dish. Considering developments and changes recorded in old documents, the Jeon recipe appeared relatively later than the recipes for grilling, steaming et al, which had been developed much earlier, and it had not been recorded until the 1600s. Changes of Jeon recipes by time period are as follows. In the 1600s, there were three recipes: frying only with grain batter after preparation of ingredients, frying right after preparation of ingredients, and putting ingredients on already fried watery batter. These three recipes were still used in the 1700s, in addition to a new recipe, in which ingredients were oil-fried to be skewered. Today's recipe in which prepared ingredients are fried after getting coated with flour and egg only appeared in 1800s. This has been the main recipe for Jeon ever since. In that time period, there was more variety of recipes and ingredients than before. For instance, Jeon was used for soup or steamed dishes instead of being served as a dish itself. Buchimgae with mixed ingredients was also considered Jeon. In the 1900s, there appeared more names for Jeon as more sorts of ingredients got used, even though there were no new recipes for Jeon. The above-mentioned historical records show that traditional recipes for Jeon have been applied to various dishes, using diverse ingredients, and it might be a smart solution to today's problematic dietary habits involving excessive intake of nutrients, in that it provides a healthy way to add fat. In the same sense, the recipe for Jeon can play an active role in internationalization of Korean foods, in which healthiness is a main feature. According to ancient documents, the recipes for Jeon were used even for meals that were not side dishes, such as Jun-Gwa (Jung-Gwa), Jun-Yak and fried rice-cake. Also, there were dishes using the same recipes even without carrying the name of Jeon, like Buchim or Jijim. This might be worthy of further examination in culinary science.

병원서비스코디네이터 교육과정이 교육만족과 의료서비스 품질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Service Coordinator Education Curriculum on the Education Satisfaction and the Quality of Medical Service)

  • The increase of the supply of medical service and the increase of hospitals have intensified the competition of hospitals, and the advancement towards internationalization in the opening of medical industry has triggered the infinite competition of medical profession. In addition, the high expectation of customers and quality improvement in the medical care in accordance with the improvement of overall income, and the change of active role of medical consumers according to the popularization and the improvement of rights awareness reflect the customer needs and choice in the medical service. Customers wanted to receive the kind and pleasant service under the up-to-date medical service. Therefore, as a solution, hospital coordinators were emerged for the purpose of smooth treatment and customer satisfaction by generalizing all service of hospital. Accordingly, this thesis attempted to investigate the effect of hospital coordinator education curriculum on the education satisfaction and the quality of medical service. In order to solve the purpose of this study, I, author reviewed the existing literatures, established hypothesis, and verified hypothesis by using the variety of statistics techniques such as reliability, validity, frequency analysis, and regression analysis. The verification of hypothesis is as followings: First, among education training factors of hospital coordinators, the quality of instructor significantly affects the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training. Second, among training factors of hospital coordinator, the attitude of trainee significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator. Third, among education training factors of hospital coordinator, education course significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator education. As the qualities of instructor are better equipped, the satisfaction of education becomes higher. It indicates that the education method of instructors is important as an index to represent the qualities of instructor such as the appropriateness of education method, preparation, passion, visual materials, the adequacy of education procession, and specialized knowledge, and it has important effect on the satisfaction of education. In order to enhance the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education, the creation of education environment, making trainee concentrate on the education, is required by appropriately allocating programs, arousing interest in education, based on the attitude of trainee, discussion, and preliminary programs, preparation, ahead of enforcement of education. Fourth, the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects the reliability among the qualities of medical service. Fifth, satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects hospitality I kindness among the qualities of medical service. If the education satisfaction of trainee is high, it is effective in the practical application such as dealing with complaints, the duty performance for the patients, and so on in offering the medical service, related to reliability and furthermore, we can find the positive change in the attitude change of medical professions related to the reliability of hospital coordinator. In addition, in the process of offering medical services such as the kind explanation on the duty, rapid response to the customers inquiry, and tidy uniform, practical effect was verified. Sixth, the education training factor of hospital coordinator significantly affects the reliability among the quality of medical service. Seventh, the education training factors of hospital coordinator significantly affect hospitality/kindness. In the education of hospital coordinator, the methods to attract the interest of trainee by emphasizing reliability should be sought and for gaining the practical effect of hospital coordinator education, the sufficient preparation and investigation on the education curriculum should be prerequisite and under this condition, intensified discussion on the instructor and education course is needed. In the design of education course, more education hours and subjects should be allocated in the part of hospitality in order to improve the practical application of hospitality. Therefore, it is meaningful in a sense that this study newly approached the components of hospital coordinator education and the need to modify the quality components of medical service in accordance with the study subjects was raised. This study also finds its meaning in that it provides basic materials for the study of future hospital coordinator education by suggesting the system development model of hospital coordinator education through preliminary study of education training. In addition, this study is meaningful in the aspect that it suggested the direction of education training by showing how the hospital coordinator education training would applied to the hospital coordinator course of the Continuing Education Center at Pusan and Kyungnam National University to some extent. Since all investigation of this study was approached from the side of hospital coordinator, the thoughts of patients who are beneficiaries of medical service, and care givers cannot be identified. Therefore, the satisfaction of patients and care givers through the experience of medical service, which is the essential prerequisite of medical service, should be importantly considered and investigated. Accordingly, The study of comparing and analyzing the views of both patients and care givers should be carried out in the future.

국제화에 따른 한국내 자생테러 발생 가능성과 대응전략 (A Study on the Possibility of Homegrown Terrorism in Korea Depending on Internalization and Strategy to Cope with the Terrorism)

  • 테러 조직은 비밀스럽고 점조직으로 전환하는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 테러의 불예측성으로 테러대응은 점점 어려워지고 있다. 자생테러는 자연적으로 생성된 테러리즘으로 테러의 준비, 시행, 효과 등 국내에 국한된 테러리즘이다. 한편 최근들어 세계적인 경제침체와 자유화의 열기로 인하여 중동, 아프리카의 정치혁명, 유럽의 반사회적 저항, 미국의 월가점령 등 폭력과 과격시위가 가열, 확산추세를 보이고 있다. 미국은 물론 영국, 스페인 등 다수의 국가에서 자생적 테러가 발생하고 있으며, 한국에서도 자생적 테러의 가능성에 대한 경고가 전문가들에 의해서 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서의 국제화의 진전에 따른 다양한 형태의 외국인 국내 유입으로 급속하게 다문화 사회로 전환되어 가는 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 자생테러 가능성을 전망하고, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 한국이 처해 있는 자생테러 환경과 위협을 분석하였다. 자생테러에 대한 대응방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷을 통한 자생테러 급진주의 전파 차단. 둘째, 테러조직과 잠재 자생테러주의자의 연계 차단. 셋째, 정부와 시민, 종교단체간의 자생 테러 예방 협력. 넷째, 다문화 사회에 대한 열린 접근. 다섯째, 새로운 갈등원인에 대한 체계적 관리 마지막으로 자생테러에 대한 장기적 접근이다. 우리가 이러한 노력을 게을리 한다면 국내의 테러 환경은 새로운 국면을 맞이할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 국가적, 사회적 비용도 커질 수밖에 없을 것이다.

벤처기업의 해외진출동기가 국제화준비활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 대만과 한국기업의 비교 - (The Influences of Venture Firms' Motives of Foreign Market Entry on International Preparing Activities and Business Performances - Comparison of Taiwanese and Korean Firms -)

  • 본 논문은 먼저 벤처기업이 해외진출동기에 대한 중요성을 크게 인식하면 할수록 국제화준비활동에 박차를 가하거나, 현지에서의 성과(경쟁성과, 전략적 제휴성과)와 기업의 경영성과를 높이는 데 영향을 미치는 지 검증하였다. 또한 벤처기업이 해외진출하면서 필수적으로 수반되는 국제화준비활동을 강화하면 할수록 현지성과와 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 지 검증하였다. 마지막으로 벤처기업의 현지진출동기, 국제화준비활동, 현지성과와 경영성과간에 이루어지는 일곱가지의 관계가 기업의 국적에 따라 상이한 지를 검증하기 위해 대만 신죽과기원구내 벤처기업과 한국 대덕밸리 벤처기업을 대상으로 관계검증결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 대만의 벤처기업은 비록 해외진출동기 현지성과를 설명하진 못했으나 해외진출동기(1) 즉 해외지향성동기는 국제화준비활동, 경영성과에 유의적이었다. 또한 대만 벤처기업의 국제화준비활동 역시 경영성과와 현지성과에 유의적이었으며, 경영성과와 현지성과간에는 상호 유의적인 관계를 보였다. 이와는 달리 한국의 대덕밸리 벤처기업은 국제화준비활동(1)요인 즉 사전적 예측 조사만이 경영성과와 유의적인 관계에 있음을 밝혔을 뿐 다른 해외진출동기와 경영성과 또는 현지성과, 경영성과와 현지성과간의 어느 관계도 유의적이지 않았다. 결론적으로 대만과 한국 기업은 매우 차별적인 검증결과를 보여, 기업의 국적성 효과를 극명하게 드러냈다고 할 수 있다.
