The concept of CoVaR introduced by Adrian and Brunnermeier (2009) is a useful tool to measure the risk spillover effect. It can capture the risk contribution of each institution to overall systemic risk. While Adrian and Brunnermeier rely on the quantile regression method in the estimation of CoVaR, we propose a new estimation method using parametric distribution functions such as bivariate normal and $S_U$-normal distribution functions. Based on our estimates of CoVaR for Korean banking industry, we investigate the practical usefulness of CoVaR for a systemic risk measure, and compare the estimation performance of each model. Empirical results show that bank makes a positive contribution to system risk. We also find that quantile regression and normal distribution models tend to considerably underestimate the CoVaR (in absolute value) compared to $S_U$-normal distribution model, and this underestimation becomes serious when the crisis in a financial system is assumed.

Given the expansion of globalization and international trade, the number of apparel consumers is growing every year, making it difficult to estimate the amount of handling needed from the logistics industry. To determine which management factors are important and which ones require improvement, fuzzy AHP was used. Using this method, the factors were ranked in the final analysis as follows: The first and most important factor was training employees (0.17), while the second was fire hazard management (0.169); the third-highest factor was inbound and outbound goods (0.142), and the fourth was the warehouse management system. Barcode management was ranked fifth. By these results, we were able to analyze the processes of clothing warehouses, noting that although the factors appear independent, they are actually connected while proceeding with full management control. Moreover, because of the special characteristics of garments, employee management is crucial. Due to the vulnerability of these goods to fire hazards, this factor must be well managed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of PSM on job satisfaction (JS) and perceived job performance (PJP) in public institutions and to identify indirect effects of the mediator. In particular, we define the person-organization fit (POF) used as the mediator as the fitness of the personnel system and identify the influence of POF in the relationship between PSM, JS, and PJP. The questionnaires used in this study were conducted for the members of Changwon Public Health Center and empirical analysis using structural equation modeling was conducted and the following results were obtained. First, PSM in the integrated public service organization has a positive effect on JS and PJP. Second, PSM shows that JS and PJP of organization members are improved through mediating effect of POF. It can be concluded that PSM can improve JS and PJP through institutional fit between members and organizations.

This study analyzes the influence of the four components of authentic leadership on employees' OCB and job performance to suggest the implications behind the developing of authentic leadership. A survey was conducted on employees of various business areas in Korea, and 448 responses were used in statistical analysis. The results are as follow: First, self-awareness has not shown significantly effective on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. Second, internalized moral perspective has shown significantly effective toward organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. Third, relational transparency has shown significantly effective for organizational citizenship behavior, but not effective for job performance. Forth, balanced processing of information has not shown significantly effective on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. This paper makes significant contribution by considering the supervisor's relational transparency and internalized moral perspective, because these authentic leadership dimensions improve employees' OCB and job performance.

As generation of Web 2.0 comes in, enormous information of corporation from various platform are being produced. However, corporations should understand features of each platform and appropriate strategies in order to attract the public in the midst of such flood of information. Numerous studies have been conducted regarding SNS which has grown rapidly in recent but a study relating a specific medium is relatively in short. So this study analyzed how information of Instagram bulletin board is accepted in perspective of consumer in Korean and America, We examined the relationship between intention of acceptance and Word Of Mouth effect through meditating effect of information usefulness. To answer the research question, we conducted online survey with Korean and USA college students. The result showed that usefulness of the information was shown to the major intermediary variable between the information characteristics of bulletin board and the intention of acceptance intention and Word Of Mouth(WOM).

This study was analyzed to relate between business performance and leadership types for global corporations practically. Also, in this study for research, Have developed a research model to analyze comprehensively using the business performance and leadership theory. One of the important things are leader's characteristics or contingency factors at global corporations, but leadership is being re-evaluated through how it enable to perceive and to evaluate at the organization. Therefore, this study had been analyzed to relationship with the type of global readers between the employee's perception and business performance focusing on research model The research results had shown that job satisfaction, performance variables like sales amount, and productivity to be impact on the leadership type of global enterprises. Therefore, this study concluded that the efficiency and performance of the Company may increase when assigned a leadership professional to be able to consider the nature of the global enterprise. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for control of business performance at global corporation in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to find the priority of tourist destination remodeling among tourists, residents, sellers for Incheon's Chinatown. Our questionnaire is included satisfaction of convenience, accommodation and cultural facility and development direction of Incheon's Chinatown for all stakeholder. We also surveyed building control, satisfaction of implemented public service, demand of facility both resident and seller, except for tourist. The results represent each of stakeholder is different opinion about remodeling of Incheon's Chinatown. The tourist importantly considered tourism development. The resident and seller importantly considered historical, cultural development. However, all stakeholder commonly regarded convenience and cultural facility as priority for developing chinatown.

With the rapid development of global economic and trade, the ports in the North-east Asia region have developed greatly. In such a fierce competition, how to ascertain right evaluation methods to assess the competitiveness of the ports, and make scientific and rational development strategy for upgrading the overall level of competitiveness of ports in North-east Asia, has become the first task for all the ports for coping with the challenges. As China's sustained economic growth of more than 30 years, the economic power and comprehensive national strength has been changed, China's international status has been greatly improved. Also China has achieved remarkable new results in the construction of peripheral diplomacy, and further has consolidated the relationship of countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. The strong position of RMB in foreign exchange market and the implementation of the strategy of "area" opening to the outside world accelerated economic belt along the silk road in China to the west open pace. On the basis of the SWOT analysis of the Lianyungang Port, combined with the comprehensive and practical port competitiveness evaluation indicators system and competitiveness evaluation method, calculate the competitiveness level of Lianyungang port in East China, and find out the problems must be solved. The development strategies for Lianyungang port under One Belt One Road were suggested.

Recently more and more shortened of corporation's sustainable longevity at the enterprise, and enterprise environment is also changing drastically. In this study, we wanted to obtain a solution that enable to continue the company's corporate longevity through critical factor analysis of the Japan Shinise. In the analysis results of Japan corporation as Doraya, Deicoko, Shinise longevity, we can explain about critical factors like that credit, tradition, customization, products development, changes of management methods and finding a global new markets. Also, In this study, analyzed a significance of critical factors for focusing on each cases and theories using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and did prediction and analysis about critical longevity factors. However, it need to collect sufficient data and a lots of variables for input. because the sample may be it insufficient. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for analysis of longevity factors at the company in the future.

Export-led policies, FTA signed and economics of scale through a variety of market-oriented policies, such as regulations to improve market grew constantly. Accordingly, the correct decision making accurately analyze the economics market for decision, a problem has been an important issue in predicting. For accurate analysis and decision-making of the most common indicators of the stock market by proposing a number of indicators of economic transformation techniques were applied to the convergence model combining estimation and forecasts problem confirmed its effectiveness. Experimental result, gave the model estimation method to apply a transform to show the valid combinations proposed model state estimation result was confirmed in a very similar exercise aspect of the physical problem and the KOSPI index prediction.
