The objective of this study is to explore differential effects of the sustainability perceived by domestic and international participants in the MICE (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Convention, and Exhibition) held in the Republic of Korea and to examine the relationship between customer loyalty and perception of the sustainable MICE. In this study, 30 sustainability variables for the MICE were extracted and tested by the factor analysis, representing four underlying dimensions: economic sustainability, social sustainability, environmental sustainability and event sustainability. The results revealed that significant differences in these four dimensions of the sustainable MICE were perceived by domestic and international participants. The largest difference were perceived by domestic and international participants with respect to the environmental sustainability factor. The mean scores indicated that international participants tended to give higher evaluations than domestic participants. Second, there were statistically significant relationships among economic, environmental, and event sustainability factors and customer loyalty from the perspective of international participants. For domestic participants, only event sustainability had a vital relationship with customer loyalty. The study implied how policy makers and the MICE managers should adopt four dimensions of sustainability to establish a harmonious and sustainable MICE practices.

Based on the perspective of international trade and cross-border e-commerce development, this paper explores the impact of cross-border e-commerce on international trade. This paper first describes the current situation of China's cross-border e-commerce and proposes a theoretical model of the influence of China's cross-border e-commerce on its international trade based on the research and summary of a large number of relevant documents. This paper establishes an extended gravity model based on the proposed theoretical model. Relevant data of 13 trading partner countries were used as sample data, and OLS regression analysis and heterogeneity analysis were conducted on gravity model by using Eviews 11.0. Then, in order to study the influence of each variable on import and export trade volume, import and export trade volume were respectively taken as explained variables and further studied by OLS regression analysis. To test the robustness of the model, the empirical analysis results show that cross-border e-commerce does promote the volume of China's international trade.

고객관계관리(CRM)의 전략적 중요성이 증대함에 따라 CRM에 대한 성과평가가 최근 중요한 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CRM 성과평가를 위한 개념적인 모델을 제시하고, 모델 내에 포함된 평가 관점과 평가요소들간의 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 전략적 우선순위를 제시하였다. 성공적인 CRM 전략 수행을 위해 필요한 성공요인들을 광범위한 문헌연구와 각 계의 CRM 전문가들과의 인터뷰를 통해 도출하고, CRM 성과평가를 위한 네 가지 평가 관점으로 분류하였다. 그리고, 28명의 CRM 전문가들에게 평가 항목들에 대한 이원비교 설문을 실시하였고, AHP 기법을 이용하여 평가 항목들간의 가중치를 산출하였다. AHP 분석 결과, 평가 관점들간의 상대적 중요도는 고객 관점, 재무적 성과 관점, 프로세스 관점, 그리고 인프라 관점 순으로 나타났고, 평가 요소들 간의 상대적 중요도는 재무적 성과 관점에서 고객 순자산 가치 (customer equity)가, 고객 관점에서는 고객 충성도(loyalty)가, CRM 프로세스 관점에서는 고객 관계 강화(expansion)가, 그리고 인프라 관점에서는 최고경영자의 태도와 CRM 목표의 명확성이 비슷한 수준으로 가장 중요한 요소임이 확인되었다.

Since Environmental Education in Elementary School is taught separately in various subject area, a well-founded and organized curriculum in integrated Environmental Education is needed to educate teachers for professional development. In this research, a curriculum for elementary teacher in-service training program was developed in order to improve both environmental and educational competencies of elementary school teachers. The curriculum was based on the needs analysis on Environmental Education training for elementary school teachers. Also it was based on international and updated perspectives on Environmental Education, Education for Sustainable Development. The curriculum consists of the introduction and the particular perspectives. The particular is made of 60 hours, which covers 6 perspectives on environment. They are ecological perspective, environmental ethics perspective, social-cultural perspective, economic perspective, environmental hygienic perspective, and environmental policy. Environmental policies of Korea and the world were included so that teachers will understand efforts made at national level and participate more to environmental action in their schools. Lesson objectives were specified for teachers to apply this curriculum to their classroom easily. Related elementary curriculum and textbook were indicated at the end of each lesson so teachers can link their training setting with their classroom setting. Especially, in this curriculum various teaching and teaming methods for each lesson are introduced. Thus, this re- search is very practical for elementary school teachers who are planning to teach environment in their classroom.

We report about the international cooperative activities for the engineering education between a German University and a Japanese University. After the experiences for 15 years of cooperation, both in research and student exchange, we learned a lot about the differences between these two educational systems. This report summarizes the differences and the future perspective for the improvement of engineering education based on the understanding of the differences, including advantages and disadvantages, between two educational systems.

International construction contracts to Korean construction companies have been dramatically increased over the 48 years (Contract received worth 65.2 billion dollars in 2013). Especially, the plant construction sector has achieved about 61% among the 65.2 billion dollars. Under this trend, in order to ensure plant construction's competitiveness, 'standard classification' is an important area for systematic management. However, these standards in the plant construction are not widely utilized yet, in comparison with civil and building sectors. Therefore, in this research, a higher level of standard classifications is proposed for various types of power plants from a PMO's (Project Management Office) perspective. This study also provides a comparative analysis outlining different features and common components based on various types of power plants.

In a rapidly changing environment of international trade, the purpose of this study is to examine economic benefits and losses of each country involved in the negotiation on the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in Northeast Asia and to prepare strategies for the negotiation in the FTA between Korea and China. Previous researches on FTA have been made mainly from the macroeconomic perspective. The approach in this study is a combination of regulatory, reviewing regulations, and economic making quantitative analysis of the economic effects of FTA, which are the basic background of FTA. In economic analysis, I estimated the macroscopic economic effects of FTA by examining the effects of FTA on the trade balance, GDP and production of focal countries through the Computable General Equilibrium(CGE) model using GTAP data set.

A signalling system generally designates electrical conditions and transmissionㆍreceiving programs of exchange control use signals concerning the establishmentㆍreleaseㆍtariff etc of calls between telephone subscribers and an exchange office or inter-exchange offices. In signalling system, different systems are being used according as communication service for control. With the development of exchange and transmission technique and higher functional advance, there exist many kinds of signalling systems. Cross-border supply chains undergone complexity in the global trade process, unpredictability and continually evolving regulations and information requirements. Under these circumstances, longer lead time inhibiting quick response to market demands, unanticipated supply chain costs eroding product cost savings, compliance and documentation errors causing delays and fines are challenging global trade companies when they execute global business. These problems are mainly caused by unautomated, unintegrated process which lead to longer and more unpredictable lead times, slower cash flow, cost overruns, and ultimately lower profits and less satisfied customers. Complex and unpredictable global trade environment requires global trade companies of global trade management functions to automate and control this complex environment for driving out cost, time and risk from their business. Global trade management allows cost savings, supply chain efficiencies and improved compliance through improving global supply chain visibility, facilitating cash flow by supply chain financing, enhancing supply chain security and risk management.

Purpose Usability is an important factor in our life. This paper presents an approach to design the clinical work-flow for ultrasound system. And, we tried to apply this work-flow in diagnosis ultrasound system. Materials and Methods For user learnability, we follow international standard IEC 60601-1-1 and IEC 62366 which describes usability of medical instrument. User requirement are applied by 10 clinicians who are well aware of usability. We considered user environment and designed clinical work-flow into two types: general use and emergency use. The designed clinical work-flow was evaluated by 10 clinicians and results derived from the evaluation were analyzed. Results We could successfully design optimized clinical workflow of ultrasound system. Conclusion This paper suggests usability testing for optimized ultrasound clinical workflow. Using this clinical work flow, users can enhance their clinical performance and reduce operation time.
