This study analyzed backward and forward linkage effects among Korea, China and Japan by International Input-Output(I-O) tables. Index of dispersion power and sensitivity degrees were measured after making 'Korea, China and Japan International Input-Output(I-O) Table'. The study showed that the inter-dependency between Korea and China was increased while the influences of Japanese was decreased among the 3 countries. Under the de-industrialization, the 3 countries decreased influences over their domestic industry but increased the inter-dependency over the other countries. In addition, backward and forward linkage effects was significantly high in some industrial sectors such as petroleum, transportation, machinery equipment, service and public administration in 3 countries. In the case of service, the linkage effects among the 3 countries increased which means that the roles and inter-dependency of service was also gradually increasing in 3 countries.

With the continuous development and application of Internet technology, in recent years, new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and AI are becoming more and more familiar to the general public. The development of a digital society has entered a new period of development. In this paper, we used on the 2018 annual data of 50 listed companies with blockchain concept stocks in China. Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to study and analyze the input-output efficiency, it can be concluded that the input-output efficiency of 50 listed companies is very different. Inefficient companies are as high as 62%. Most companies have a large room for improvement in input-output efficiency due to uneconomical scale or inefficient technology. In order to better improve the company's input-output efficiency, one must improve the efficiency of resource utilization, optimize the company's research and development costs and the input and management of technical personnel; the second is to increase technological innovation and business innovation.

In this paper, robust adaptive control design problem is addressed for a class of parametrically uncertain aeroelastic systems. A full-state robust adaptive controller was designed to suppress aeroelastic vibrations of a nonlinear wing section. The design used leading and trailing edge control actuations. The full state feedback (FSFB) control yielded a global uniformly ultimately bounded result for two-axis vibration suppression. The pitching and plunging displacements were measurable; however, the pitching and plunging rates were not measurable. Thus, a high gain observer was used to modify the FSFB control design to become an output feedback (OFB) design while the stability analysis for the OFB control law was presented. Simulation results demonstrate the efficacy of the multi-input multi-output control toward suppressing aeroelastic vibrations and limit cycle oscillations occurring in pre- and post-flutter velocity regimes.
In this study, we attempt to examine the economic impacts of the CCS marine geological storage demonstration project in Korea using Input-Output analysis utilizing the inter-industry relation table issued in 2013. In particular, this study defines the $CO_2$ ocean storage industry and then added the inter-industry relation table and treated the $CO_2$ ocean storage industry as exogenous. In addition, this study assumed two scenarios based on the means of $CO_2$ transport, which are pipe and ship. After defining the industry and scenarios, this study investigates the production-inducing effect, value added inducing effect, and employment-inducing effect of the industries associated with the $CO_2$ ocean storage industry based on a demand-driven model. The results pertaining to the scenarios are estimated as follows: total production-inducing effects, value added inducing effects, and employment-inducing effects are calculated as 1.9044 won, 1.2487 won and 16.7224 people/billion won, respectively. In addition, compared to other industries, the indirect economic impacts of the $CO_2$ ocean storage industry are ranked high: the rankings of production-inducing effects, value added inducing effects, and employment-inducing effects are fourth, second, and fifth, respectively.

This paper deals with the estimation of efficiency of Telecommunication Operators(TOs) using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The measure of efficiency using DEA accomplishes next two steps. First, the efficient frontier is derived using the data of input and output. And then the efficiency of the decision making units are measured by the distances from this frontier To measure efficiency, we consider a one-output, three-input production function. We use the tangible assets, investment cost, the number of employees for input data and measure the output by the revenue. After measuring the efficiency, We can compare the domestic TOs with the international TOs and the wire TOs with wireless ones by average efficiency. After accomplishing the analysis of efficiency, the internal/external efficiency is measured simultaneously through correlation between efficiency and profitability, quality level.
The evaluation of aid effectiveness at the national level has mostly focused on qualitative evaluation. This paper attempts to quantitatively evaluate EDCF 's support for Vietnam in 1995 ~ 2016 on the economy. First, we compare the strengths and weaknesses of various methodologies that can be used for quantitative assessment: panel analysis based on growth theory, input-output analysis, social account matrix analysis, CGE model, DSGE model, and time series analysis. Using the input-output analysis, we estimate that total output and value added have been generated about $5.9 billion and $1.7 billion in Vietnam, respectively. The increase in income per capita from the support was estimated to have contributed to a 0.21%p reduction in the poverty rate in Vietnam.
Former South Korean President Moon Jae-in implemented a project called the Peace Initiative, which prioritized a "peaceful and prosperous Korean Peninsula" as the core national agenda and involved using a peace-based frame instead of a unification approach to address inter-Korean relations from a different perspective. This initiative was evaluated in this study using a revised version of the pyramid model to assess the input-output-result process underlying the project and determine whether it generated results that differed from those achieved by the previous administration. To these ends, this research compared Moon's key presidential speeches with those of his predecessor, Park Geun-hye, as input, news commentaries and responses from major players as output, and the trend of perceptional and attitudinal changes in public opinion as results. Although Moon failed to accomplish significant policy effects on inter-Korean relations because of geopolitical challenges and the transfer of power to the conservative party, the analysis revealed that the input, output, and partial results of inter-Korean dialogue reflect some progress.
Purpose - This study analyzes economic relations and mutual influence in the global equipment manufacturing industry (EMI) and China's influence. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from the World Input-Output Database (WIOT), looking at 16 countries. The sample time period was 2002-2011. Influence and motivation coefficients were calculated. Results - 1) China's EMI showed a very strong influence coefficient, even surpassing world industrial powers like Japan, the USA, Germany, and Korea. 2) As for influence on added-value, China's EMI motivation coefficient was ranked third in 2011, which meant it had a negligible effect on added-value. 3) From 2002 to 2011, both the influence and motivation coefficients of China's EMI rose. Conclusions - China's EMI has strong influence and motivation coefficients. It has a significant impact on the world EMI, especially on the total output of the global EMI. Additionally, during 2002 to 2011, the ranking of China's EMI motivation coefficient improved year over year, and its economic efficiency obviously improved. By 2011, China's EMI's international influence was second only to the US and Japan.

Motivated by the fact that in many industrial robots the joint velocity is estimated from position measurements, the trajectory tracking of robot manipulators with output feedback is addressed in this paper. The fact that robot actuators have limited power is also taken into account. Let us notice that few solutions for the torque-bounded output feedback tracking control problem have been proposed. In this paper we contribute to this subject by presenting a theoretical reexamination of a known controller, by using the theory of singularly perturbed systems. Motivated by this analysis, a redesign of that controller is introduced. As another contribution, we present an experimental evaluation in a two degrees-of-freedom revolute-joint direct-drive robot, confirming the practical feasibility of the proposed approach.
The purpose of this study is to analysis the economic impacts of regional cultural festival via using the regional input-output model. In order to achieve this purpose, calculate output, value added and employment multiplier impacts of the Jeonju International Film Festival. The impacts of the JIFF on regional economic follow as ; Output is 112 hundred million won, value added is 53 hundred million won and employes is 254 labors. We need a new following strategies to obtain highly positive impacts from regional cultural festival. It needs to made networks among sight-seeing places, cultural remains, restaurants, hotels and entertainment institutions, in order to made visitors and customers expend much.
