The Application of User-based Sports Matching System using Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Analysis for Sports Event Contents

  • As the perception of sports activities changes positively, the desire and popularity for sports activities are rapidly increasing. Therefore, the popularity of sporting events is also increasing. Previous studies on sporting events have focused only on research in the field of social sciences. Therefore, in this study, in order to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of sports event visitors, they were classified into challenge factors, competition factors, achievement factors, and relationship factors, and their effects on satisfaction and loyalty were studied and analyzed. And based on the research design model and empirical analysis, a user-based sports event matching system was proposed.

  • There are unimaginable possibilities ahead of us. As a result, it is difficult to predict the future, but the prediction itself is not meaningless. This is because it can have the flexibility to cope with contingencies by predicting various possibilities. This study was conducted to explore extreme events (X-event) in the Korean population sector. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts from the Korea Army Research Center for Future & Innovation and the Army College, and based on this, significant research results were derived that population problems such as population decline and aging can affect various fields such as economy. With this study, we hope that discussions on extreme events (X-event) that can occur in our society will be further activated.

스포츠이벤트 기능(FA) 프로세스에 따른 이해관계자 분석 (Analysis of Stakeholder through Function Area(FA) in Sports Event)

  • 스포츠이벤트는 스포츠산업의 핵심 상품이며, 스포츠이벤트 산업은 계속적으로 발전하고 있다. 스포츠이벤트의 성공적 운영을 위해서 유치/준비/운영 과정에서의 업무의 기능에 따른 단계별 이해관계자에 대한 분석이 이루어져야한다. 이 연구는 스포츠이벤트의 핵심 프로세스를 수직, 수평적 관점에서 분석하고 각 단계별 업무기능을 정의하여 이해관계자를 분석하는 연구이다. 연구는 1)조사 2)핵심프로세스의 특성화 및 체계화 분석, 3)핵심기능 프로세스 및 이해관계자 분석의 세 범주로 구성하여 진행하였다. 분석결과 유치단계의 핵심 이해관계자는 유치추진 TF팀을 포함한 지방자체단체 및 위원회, 정부조직, 국내외경기연맹 등 유관단체, 국내외스포츠기구(위원회), 유치위원회로 분석되었다. 준비/운영단계의 이해관계자는 조직위원회, 각종 스포츠 위원회, 국제기구 및 국제조직, 정부 및 지방정부, 관련기업 및 업체, 미디어, 스폰서, 기부자 또는 자원봉사자, 선수, 팀, 관중의 이해관계자 집단으로 분석되었다.

대학생의 이벤트 식단에 대한 선호도 조사 (A survey on Preference of the Event Menus in the Foodservice Operations for University Students)

  • The purpose of this study of was to provide basic data for preparing event menus to increase customer's satisfaction by investigating university students' participation and preference for the event menus in the foodservice operations. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 customers from August 1 to 31, 2005. 88.0% of the questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analysis of data was performed using SAS package program(version 8.2) for descriptive analysis and $χ^2$-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan multiple range test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 50.4% of the students have participated in foodservice operation's event and the average degree of the satisfaction was 2.67 out of 5. The type of the events customers have most frequently participated in were the national holiday·subdivisions of the season event(47.3%), the day event(34.1%), environment event(26.9%) and so on. In large classification, preferred were season event(85.2%), international food event(76.9%), and healthy food event(73.1%) and so on. In small classification, orgarnic food event(53.0%), summer fruits festival(41.3%), midsummer event(36.6%) and christmas event(34.4%) and so on. From now on, the event reflecting customers' expectation and requirement should be planned and implemented.

An Efficient Complex Event Processing Algorithm based on Multipattern Sharing for Massive Manufacturing Event Streams

  • Quickly picking up some valuable information from massive manufacturing event stream usually faces with the problem of long detection time, high memory consumption and low detection efficiency due to its stream characteristics of large volume, high velocity, many variety and small value. Aiming to solve the problem above for the current complex event processing methods because of not sharing detection during the detecting process for massive manufacturing event streams, an efficient complex event processing method based on multipattern sharing is presented in this paper. The achievement of this paper lies that a multipattern sharing technology is successfully used to realize the quick detection of complex event for massive manufacturing event streams. Specially, in our scheme, we firstly use pattern sharing technology to merge all the same prefix, suffix, or subpattern that existed in single pattern complex event detection models into a multiple pattern complex event detection model, then we use the new detection model to realize the quick detection for complex events from massive manufacturing event streams, as a result, our scheme can effectively solve the problems above by reducing lots of redundant building, storing, searching and calculating operations with pattern sharing technology. At the end of this paper, we use some simulation experiments to prove that our proposed multiple pattern processing scheme outperforms some general processing methods in current as a whole.

대규모 국제행사장의 경호경비계획에 관한 연구: 인천 아시안게임 K경기장의 피난안전성 평가를 중심으로 (A Study on Security Plans At Large-Scale International Event Halls: Focusing on Assessment of Escape Safety of K Stadium for The Incheon Asian Games)

  • 한국은 2014년 인천 아시안게임, 2018년 평창 동계올림픽 개최를 앞두고 있다. 국제행사 경기장은 다중이 운집하는 장소로 다양한 원인에 의한 위기 발생 시 관람객의 대규모 피난은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 경기장의 안전시스템 붕괴로 인한 대규모 피난 시 관람객의 피난행동 예측 및 피난안전성 평가를 실시하기 위하여, 3개의 시나리오를 상정하여, 피난시뮬레이션을 실행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과 및 제안사항을 요약 할 수 있다. 첫째, 경기장에 대한 경호경비계획에서 위기 발생 시를 상정하여 관람객의 대규모 피난에 대한 구체적인 방안이 세워져야만 피해를 최소화 할 수 있다고 판단된다. 둘째, 경기장에 대한 경호경비계획에서 피난출구의 감소는 비상시 피난에 있어 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 재확인이 되었으며, 이는 피난출구 확보의 중요성을 나타낸다. 셋째, 차단된 피난출구로 인하여 피난인원의 분산, 집중되는 과정에서 체류지역이 발생하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 시설물의 특성을 고려한 경호경비계획의 필요성이 확인되었다.

  • [ $K\ddot{o}ln$ ] IMM (International Mobel Messe Koln) is traditionally one of the advanced Exhibitions with International Expo of Furniture in Milan. IMM is not only the furniture exhibition but also well known international event that shows novel idea and the newest trend of interior design field. This event displays from the traditional style reaches to the newest trend, and also presents the world various Interior design spectrum with the forecast of interior design industry. This study analyze out the trend of the nm in year 2004, 2005 and 2006. It analyzed each year's design with form, material, color and general feature. Thus, it suggests demanding and persistent design of modern society, This chart shows the characteristics of the furniture design from 2004 to 2006 Result of the study shows that the trend of the furniture design would be process with the relationship of simple design, multi-cultural character, and practical paradigm.

의료기기 이상사례 보고에 대한 국내 이해관계자의 관점 차이 (Perspective Diversity of Domestic Stakeholders on Medical Device Adverse Event Reporting)

  • This study was conducted to observe the differences in perspective of medical device adverse events and report exchange for domestic stakeholders. The post-market surveillance of medical device not only improves the usability and functionality of the device but also identifies new or growing risks caused by the device. APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) have established and operated post-market surveillance systems for medical devices based on IMDRF (International Medical Device Regulators Forum) and GHTF (Global Harmonization Task Force) guidelines. However, there are significant gaps in many aspects. It is essential to apply harmonized guidelines internationally but also to interpret and apply the guidelines consistently to report and exchange medical device adverse event in domestic. This study retrospectively analyzed the results of surveys conducted by providing examples of the adverse events and guidelines for post-market surveillance. The results of the study showed that there was a considerable difference in the judgment on the phase of using medical device for patient. In the case of medical device adverse event, different opinions shown according to knowledge and experience. Education and training are needed to have a harmonized perspective on the reporting and exchanging international guidelines of the adverse event for domestic stakeholders.

  • Discrete event systems interact with the external environment to decide which action plan is adequate. Some of these interactions are not predictable in the modelling phase and require consequently an adaptation of the system to the metamorphosed behavior of the environment. One of the challenging issues is to guarantee safety behavior when failures tend to derive the system from normal status. In this paper we propose a framework to combine diagnose technique with adaptive control to avoid unsafe sate an maintain the normal behavior as long as possible.

Real Time Arabic Communities Attack Detection on Online Social Networks

  • The dynamic nature of Online Social Networks (OSNs), especially on platforms like Twitter, presents challenges in identifying and responding to community attacks, particularly within Arabic content. The proposed integrated system addresses these challenges by achieving 91% accuracy in detecting real-time community event attacks while efficiently managing computational costs. This is accomplished through the use of specialized integrated approach clustering to detect both major and minor attacks. Additionally, the system leverages clustering algorithms, temporal modules, and social network graphs to identify events, map communities, and analyze online dynamics. An extensive parameter sensitivity analysis was conducted to fine-tune the algorithm, and the system's effectiveness was validated using a benchmark dataset, demonstrating substantial improvements in event detection.
