Under the Korean Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, all high story apartment houses more than 5 stories high are mandated to install a fire evacuation system to ensure safe evacuation from fire accidents and providing quick and easy bidirectional escape route when main entrance is blocked by flame or toxic smoke. However, the current fire evacuation system shows a lack of understanding from residents and thus is widely ignored for having insufficient safety functions, especially vis-à-vis fire emergencies. Studies have found that an alternative evacuation method, the escapable fire evacuation system, has been analyzed for safety evaluation compared with the conventional passive fire escape system and can bring efficient and safer solutions, providing high rise residents escape from fire accidents. Evaluation for safety evacuation has been performed by the Fire Dynamics Simulation and applying Pathfinder simulation. This resulted in providing appropriate escape routes within the safety escape time and allowed for people in high rise building fires to get to safety.

Quantity Surveying Profession is a new breed with a history of only less than seven years in S. Korea' s Construction Industry. In this paper, the research aims to investigate the background of the market entrance of this profession in Korean Construction Industry, and the current market direction and future market demands. The research concludes that climate changes in Real Estate markets in relation to Project Financing practices caused by economic crisis of late 1997's, enabled the UK originated QSP sustainable in S. Korea. Moreover it was pointed out that the services of QSP current available in S. Korea's market attributed the different aspect compared to traditional quantity surveying services prevailed in UK. Finally it was apparent that the evolutional direction of the future quantity surveying market in S. Korea is most likely toward multidisciplinary skilled services profession processing not only broader architectural knowledges but cost consciousness, specialty in construction costs and construction contract aspects and transparency in ethical manner.

A common approach to the problem of predicting student test scores is based on the student's previous educational history. In this study, high school transcripts of about two thousand candidates, who took the High-school Student Assessment (HSA) were collected. The data were estimated through building a regression model - Random Forest and optimizing the model's parameters based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) to predict the HSA scores. The RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) measure of the predictive models was used to evaluate the model's performance.

This study analyzes the various roles of social value in the consumption value model in China's mobile e-commerce environment. This is because customers in the Confucian culture area are highly influenced by others in their consumption behavior. However, there has been no consideration of these opinions in the consumption value model. In particular, it was analyzed whether social value has a moderated mediation effects in the path of economic value on customer loyalty. As a result of analyzing 228 pieces of data collected in China, it was found that the economic value is increasing customer loyalty through the entrance of shopping malls, and this indirect effect is affected by social value, and there was a moderated mediation effect. This study is theoretically meaningful in that it is newly elucidating the role of social value in the consumption value model.

본 연구는 1986년도에 한국과학기술대학 조기진학을 위해 1학년 과학영재들에게 초고속 속진학습을 동년 4월 1일부터 9월 26일까지 약 170여 일 동안 791 시간의 특별 프로그램을 투여하고 9월 입학시험에 응시한 8명의 대상자 중 설문에 응답한 6명의 학생들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 조기진학 특별 프로그램을 받은 과학영재들이 지난 17년 동안 어떤 과정을 거쳐 현재에 와 있는지를 알아보고, 17년 후 현재의 성취 정도를 파악하며, 자신이 받은 속진학습에 대해서 어떻게 평가하고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 그들은 자신의 성취의 요인을 무엇으로 보는지에 대해 알아보고, 이를 통하여 고교 과학영재의 초고속 속진학습의 가능성을 확인해보고 앞으로의 과학영재교육의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 연구 결과 3명은 박사학위를 받고 연구소의 연구원, 교수로 성취하였고 나머지 3명은 석사학위를 받은 후 연구소의 연구원으로 근무하고 있었다. 이들의 연구업적은 분야에 따라 편차가 크나 연구업적이 큰 3명의 경우에는 25-28세에 SCI급 국제 저널에 논문을 낼 정도로 성취하였다. 특히 두 사람의 경우는 삼성그룹 기술논문경진대회 기게 화학분야 최우수상 수상, 국내 최초 IMT2000 상용 모뎀 칩 개발 등 두드러진 성과를 거두기도 하였다. 또한 한 명은 하버드 대학으로 대학을 옮겨 물리학을 전공하고, UCLA에서 법학을 전공하여 법대교수로 재직하고 있다. 자신이 받은 초고속 속진학습에 대한 평가에서 김덕영은 선행연구에서 고교과정 2년을 단축하는 특별 프로그램 운영은 필요한 것이고, 학습 성취는 물론 정서적 적응상태의 확인을 통해서 초고속 속진학습이 성공적이라고 주장하였다. 그러나 17년이 지난 지금 연구 대상자들의 반응은 긍정적인 면 보다는 부정적 시각이 많았다. 특히 조기진학을 위한 특별프로그램 참여자 중에서 첫 해에 합격한 학생들은 프로그램 참여가 자신감을 비롯한 인생에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 생각하나 불 합격생은 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 여기고 그 중에 한 명은 지금까지도 많이 후회하고 있다고 언급했다. 따라서 세심한 판별과정을 거쳐 능력 있는 과학영재를 조기에 발굴하여 체계적으로 속진교육을 한다면 과학영재들의 성취를 위해서 초고속 속진학습이 아닌 한속진학습은 반드시 필요하다. 앞으로 17년이 지난 후에 이들 과학영재들에 관한 종단연구는 다시 진행될 것이다.

본 연구는 인천의 디자인 현황을 분석하여, 인천의 특성을 살린 인천산업디자인의 발전방안을 연구하고, 다음으로 인천광역시가 처음으로 시행하고자하는 ‘인천국제디자인공모전’ 행사에 본 연구를 적용하고자 하는 것이 최종목적이다. 인천은 약260만의 인구를 가진 광역시로서, 수도권의 관문으로 수출산업의 중심지인 국내 최대의 산업도시이자, 인천국제공항개항 및 송도 신도시 개발로 인한 21세기 국제교역도시의 중추기지로 성장하고 있다. 인천의 산업구조는 대부분 중소기업 중심으로 업체 자체의 디자인 개발 능력이 부족하고, 디자인 관련 인력양성기관도 타 광역시에 비해 4년제 대학 2개교, 전문대학 6개교의 열악한 형편이다. 특히, 서울과 인접하여 디자인 관련 학회 및 공모전은 거의 전무한 상태이다. 이러한 인천이 산업적 특성과 디자인의 필요성을 우선 ‘인천국제디자인공모전’의 필요성에 대한 연구를 통하여, 그동안 타 지역에 비해 낙후된 디자인 산업 및 인천경제 활성화에 이바지하도록 할 것이다. 그리고 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 토대로 인천에 걸 맞는 수준 높은 ‘인천국제디자인공모전’을 시행하는데 기초 자료로 활용하고, 나아가 우수한 디자인 전문가 양성 및 인재 발굴로 지자체, 기업, 학교가 서로 협동하여 새로운 국제도시 인천의 이미지 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

International capital movement has made progress at global liberalization of finance and foreign exchange, international monetary norm changing into floating exchange rate system, easiness of collection of information and trade at improvement of information communication technology from early of 1970's. Results of empirical test for relation between foreign exchange rate or various determination factors of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. First, according to relation between foreign exchange rate and interest rate, correlation for each of variables after OECD entrance is increased. 'But, long-term & short-term interest rate is affected by Hanbo & Kia's bankruptcy, continuous large scale coporates bankruptcy and crisis of foreign exchange. Therefore, financial instability is occured. If portfolio investment fund has been inflow as it is mollified by continuous shortage of foreign exchange and fall of country's credit rating, it is expected to have positive effect for long-term & short-term interest rate from appreciation of won against dollar. Second, results from relation between determination factor of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. If surplus of current account and goods account is continued, yield of corporate bond is to be stable. But, margin of surplus is expected to diminish after second quarter 98, and difference between external and domestic interest (after adjusting foreign exchange rate) is to be diminished. And if net inflows of foreign investor's fund (stock and bond) is diminished, it is to have negative effect for yield of corporate bond. According to foreign investor's investment movement of previous years, hedge fund were stayed at least during two years in Mexico. It means that sudden capital outflow is not to be happened at Korea.

이 연구에서는 저자들이 개발한 비정질 셀레늄층과 비정질 실리콘TFT배열을 사용하는 직접방식 디지털 X-선 영상 검출기에 대해 IEC (international electrotechnical commission)와 같은 국제표준으로 권고된 측정방법에 따라 특성을 평가하였다. 영상 성능 묘사에 사용되는 측정은 응답특성(response characteristic), 변조전달함수(MTF, modulation transfer function), 잡음전력스펙트럼(NPS, noise power spectrum), 양자검출효율(DQE, detective quantum efficiency), 양자제한 성능을 포함하고 있다. 영상특성평가 결과, 개발된 검출기의 DQE 값은 최저주파수와 최고주파수에서 각각 40%와 25%이었다. 해외 타사의 제품과 비교해서도 우월한 값을 나타내었다. 또한 MTF는 간접방식 DR, CR과 비교하면 매우 우월한 성능을 보이고 있다. 또한 양자 제한된 특성을 평가한 결과, 0.023 mR 이하에서만 제한된 특성을 보여 일반촬영용도로서 적합성을 확인할 수 있었다.

It is expected to have continuous stability from short-term interest rate to long-term interest rate in this empirical test.

This study analyzed the impact of leisure activities on school life satisfaction in the cultural rights and self-determination of teenagers who spend most of their time in school in the college entrance exam-oriented climate, and examined the effects of happiness and life satisfaction on the school life satisfaction through a process macro applying Bias Corrected Bootstrapping in these relationships. For research purposes, 2,590 cohorts in the first year of the 2018 Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey were analyzed through process macros. The result was that leisure life had a significant effect on school life satisfaction. It was also found that happiness and satisfaction in life affect satisfaction, and happiness and satisfaction in life affect satisfaction in school life and serve as a medium. This study confirmed that teenagers' participation in leisure activities greatly affects school life satisfaction and that happiness and life satisfaction have a mediating effect on school life satisfaction. In addition, we could recognize the importance of leisure activities to the satisfaction of school life of teenagers, and find it necessary to develop and provide various program graphs of schools and communities for happiness and satisfaction in life. This study verified that the participation of leisure activities of adolescents has a significant effect on school life satisfaction, and that happiness and life satisfaction have a mediating effect on school life satisfaction. In addition, we could recognize the importance of leisure activities to the satisfaction of school life of teenagers, and find it necessary to develop and provide various program graphs of schools and communities for happiness and satisfaction in life. Therefore, this research is believed to be possible to contribute to academic and practical programs for youth leisure activities and school life relationships, and to make policy suggestions for the development and participation of various leisure activities in order to fully enjoy and protect youth's rights to culture and self-determination of leisure activities.
