The article examines one of the most important means of visualization of mass information on the Internet - information graphics in the broadest sense of the term as a visual technology for presenting mass information. The main objectives of the article are to determine the genre-typological features of infographics and basic technological principles; identification of features of creation and use of information graphics in modern network. Certain benefits of online infographic editors include savings in resources and time. They allow the user, who has basic PC skills, to create standardized infographics based on their own data. In addition, the use of online services develops visual thinking, allows you to get an idea of quality criteria and current trends in infographics, as well as to gain initial experience in the visual presentation of data.

This article proposes to consider the experience of using information and communication technologies in educational processes and social practices of Ukrainian universities. The history of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system is considered, the system of organizing the information space of universities is investigated. The distinctive features of the structure of a single information space, as well as distance e-learning technologies are highlighted. Empirical material obtained in the course of sociological research is used to discuss specific examples of the use of ICT in universities.

A propeller-based seesaw system is a system that can represent one of axis of four propeller drones and its stabilization has been replaced by intelligent control system instead of often used control methods such as PID and state space. Today, robots are increasingly use machine learning methods to adapt to their environment and learn to perform the right actions. In this article, we propose a Q-learning-based approach to control the stability of a seesaw system with a propeller. From the experimental results that it is possible to fully learn the balance control of a seesaw system by correctly defining the state of the system, the actions to be performed, and the reward functions. Our proposed method solves the seesaw stabilization.

The paper focuses on Device-to-device (D2D) Architectures evaluation frameworks. D2D communication and discovery can improve spectrum usage efficiency and optimize the tradeoffs between throughput and energy consumption. The target operation modes involve both indirect communication between two nodes via a base station or the direct communication among proximal nodes, enabling use cases that can support communications out of cellular coverage, as well as low end-end delay requirements. The paper will present the architectural evolution of D2D networks within 3GPP standardization and will highlight key network functionalities and signaling protocols. It will also identify key analytical and simulation models that can be used to assess the performance and energy efficiency of resource allocation strategies, and it will present a suitable cross-layer integrated framework.

The Internet of Things (IoT) applications are quickly spread in many fields. Blockchain methods (BC), defined as a distributed sharing mechanism, offer excellent support for IoT evolution. The BC provides a secure way for communication between IoT devices. However, the IoT environments are threatened by hacker attacks and malicious intrusions. The IoT applications security are faced with three challenges: intrusions and attacks detection, secure communication, and compressed storage information. This paper proposed a system based on double-blockchain to improve the communication transactions' safety and enhance the information compression method for the stored data. Information security is enhanced by using an Ellipse Curve Cryptography (ECC) considered in a double-blockchain case. The data compression is ensured by the Compressed Sensing (CS) method. The conducted experimentation reveals that the proposed method is more accurate in security and storage performance than previous related works.

In modern times, text has become an image, and typography is a style that is a combination of image and text that can be easily encountered in everyday life. It is developing not only for the purpose of conveying meaningful communication, but also to bring joy and beauty to our lives as a medium with aesthetic format. This study shows through case analysis that typography is a tool for expressing human emotions, and investigates its characteristics that change along with the media. In particular, interactive communication tools and methods used by interactive typography to express viewers' emotions are described in detail. We created interactive typography using the inputted text, the selected music by the viewer and the viewer's movement. As a result of applying it to the exhibition, we could confirm that interactive typography can function as an effective communication medium that shows the utility of both the iconography of letter signs and the cognitive function when combined with the audience's intentional motion.

The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development.
