이 글은 국제교육교류의 성격을 밝히고, 그 가능성을 살펴본 것이다. 이 목적 달성을 위해 우선 국제교육교류라는 것은 국가 간 교육에 대한 교류를 함으로써 경제적으로 낙후한 지역에 대한 지원과 더불어 국가들 간의 상호이해에 기반해 전 세계의 발달에 기여하는 것에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있는 것이다. 다음으로 국제교육교류에 대한 현황을 교육부, 국립국제교육원, 경남교육청 국제교육교류센터의 내용을 살펴보았다. 이들 세 주체에 나타난 국제교육교류에 대한 현황에서는 실천적인 측면에서 활동을 하고 있지만, 이들을 이론화하여 설명이나 예측을 행하는 것에는 한계가 보이기도 하였다. 이러한 것을 토대로 국제교육교류의 가능성은 정부나 교육청의 실천력 강화는 교육의 타율성을 가져올 수 있고, 자원이 부족한 나라에 대한 지원을 통해 해당 국가의 성장에 기여할 수 있으며, 개발도상국에 개발 원조에 대한 제한성이 있고, 우리나라 학문적 발전에 대한 저조한 노력이 있고, 연구방법론의 활성화를 통한 학문 정체성의 확립에 대해 논의하였다.

This study was carried out to strengthen institution of international youth change in rural area. References, in the field of international cooperation international youth exchange and youth's volunteer service were reviewed. Considering rural situation, poor human resources in terms of foreign languages and globalization are major problems for international youth exchange. Such problems as poor network among relevant organizations for international youth change, low level of rural internationalization and lacking of development plan for exchange program were pointed out. For effective international youth exchange, the following strategies were suggested : 1) networking among youth, local government, industries and community, 2) youth education for global citizenship, 3) globalization of local industries, local government, and rural community, et.c.

본 연구는 지방자치단체의 국제화 역량을 강화하고, 민관협력 기반의 국제교류협력을 보다 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 지역혁신거점으로서 과학단지 조성 사업의 수요를 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 개발도상국 도시를 대상으로 i)국제교류협력에 대한 주요 관심분야와 기대효과, ii)주요 사업에 대한 선호도, iii)개발협력 사업에 대한 수요 등을 파악하고, iv)세부사업들 간의 네트워크 분석을 통해 핵심 프로그램은 무엇인지 파악해 보았다. 이러한 분석을 통해 개도국 도시는 산업 및 경제 분야의 발전을 위해 교류협력 사업을 원하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 특히 지역의 전략산업 육성을 위해 산업인프라 개발 및 선진시스템 전수를 원하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 지역개발을 위한 개발협력 사업으로써 과학단지 개발에 관한 요구가 크게 나타나고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 통해 개도국 도시는 개발협력 사업을 통해 지역개발과 산업발전을 위한 플랫폼 구축으로서 과학단지를 개발하고, 지속적인 교류협력을 통해 선진 도시의 발전경험을 습득하기 원하고 있음을 유추해볼 수 있었다.

The article sets forth a problem on international exchange and cooperation In the field of library and information science in the People's Republic of China from engles of academic and publication's exchange, It points out international exchange and cooperation between China and Korea should be developed from international exchange of publications and interlibrary loan to openning up standard, authority and current database on publications step by step. China and Korea should supply the database to all of the world, In order to come up to shared resources, the author has compared the Descriptive Cataloguing Rules for Western Language Materials, and the Bibliographical Description for Monographes with the Korean Cataloguing Rules for Description, and analyzed their different. In the end, the article presents the result that the documentation standardzation is the only way of accomplishing shared resources in the world from indentity of description for publications and materials, and unity of cataloguing rules.

In this study, the Inter-Korea Fisheries Cooperation Project was divided into four categories: North Korea's Fisheries Infrastructure Development Project, Fisheries Cooperation Project, Human Exchange Project, and North Korea Fisheries Investment Project. First, North Korea's fisheries infrastructure development projects include North Korea's fisheries resource research project, it's fisheries resource development project, and joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships. Second, fisheries cooperation projects include the operation of the North-South common fish area in the West Sea, the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and the import of North Korean seafood. Third, human exchange projects include training of aquaculture technicians in North Korea, technology transfer and training of fishing vessels, and boarding of North Korea's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels. Fourth, North Korea's fisheries investment projects include aquaculture facilities and aquaculture feed support, aquatic product processing facilities and technology transfer, and fishery equipment support. However, as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea, Inter-Korea Fisheries cooperation, however, should be promoted according to the level of easing of international sanctions as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea. First, North Korea's fisheries resource research project, North Korea's fisheries resource creation project, joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships, and operation of the common fish area in the West Sea can be promoted if international sanctions are maintained at present, promote North Korea's fisheries resource research project. Second, boarding of North Korean's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels, conducting the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and importing North Korean seafood can be aided if commercial transactions are possible with North Korea. Third, South Korea will support aquaculture facilities and aquatic feed, fisheries processing facilities and technology transfer, fishery equipment support, training of fisheries and aquaculture technicians, fishery fishing technology transfer, and training of fisherman when a comprehensive economic cooperation project is possible with North Korea.

2032년 남북공동올림픽 개최 추진은 한반도의 새로운 남북관계 개선과 함께 새로운 남북공동 번영의 한반도 시대를 청사진으로 천명하며 문제인 정부에 의해 주도적으로 제안되고 추진되고 있는 정책 사안이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2032년 남북공동올림픽 개최와 관련한 상징적 및 현실적 의제 제시를 통한 추진방안 논의를 목적으로 문헌연구 방법에 의해 전개하였다. 이와 관련한 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, '서울-평양 축구교류전'인 가칭 '신경평전'의 추진을 제안한다. 둘째, 가칭 '국제평화컵 역전경주(마라톤)대회'의 추진을 제안한다. 셋째, 가칭 '코리아 평화컵 국제 남녀복식 및 혼합복식 탁구선수권대회'의 추진을 제안한다. 넷째, 가칭 '코리아(한반도) 스포츠 과학 포럼' 추진을 제안한다. 다섯째, 2032년 남북공동올림픽 개최와 관련하여 북한 공동개최 종목으로 약 16-17개 종목의 선정방안을 제안한다. 여섯째, 2032년 하계올림픽 개최지 결정 관련 예상 사나리오로 2022년부터 2023년 내 결정된다는 1차 예상을 전망한다. 일곱째, 민·관·학으로 구성된 전문가 중심의 특별위원회인 가칭 '남북사회회 문화교류협력위원회' 또는 가칭 '남북체육교류협력 추진특별위원회'의 설치 방안 추진을 제안한다. 여덟째, 가칭 '남북체육교류협력활성화 5개년 계획' 또는 가칭 '남북교류협력5개년계획'의 추진을 제안한다. 아홉째, 가칭 '남한 k-1리그 북한 선수 정원 외 등록선수 제도' 시범운영 방안 추진을 제안한다. 열번째, '선이후난(先易後難) 및 선제적 제의 원칙' 천명이 요청된다. 열한 번째, 북한 체육 및 교류협력 관련 전문가 풀 구성 및 양성 방안 추진을 제안한다. 마지막으로 남북 당사자 간 가칭 '남북체육교류협정(약)서' 채결과 남한 내부적으로 가칭 '남북체육교류 협력지원법' 제정을 추진한다.

This study investigated the relationship between business-to-business service quality and loyalty by applying the IMP (International/Industrial Marketing and Purchasing Group) model. The study found that six dimensions of service quality which were product exchange, financial exchange, information exchange, social exchange, cooperation, and adaptation explained B2B service quality very well. More specifically, the study found that service quality dimensions of social exchange, cooperation, and adaptation were more important than those of product exchange, financial exchange, and information exchange. The study also found a positive relationship between service quality and loyalty. In fact, organizational buyers appeared to show greater loyalty as they perceived service quality better.

Purpose: This study aims to find the impact of international trade cooperation and distribution on foreign direct investment (FDI). The study also tests the impact of lag variables of trade cooperation and distribution on FDI in the future. Research design, data, and methodology: Autoregressive Distributed Lag model is applied to analyze the impact of chosen variables such as total trade (TRADE), trade openness (OPEN), the exchange rate (EXR), inflation (INF), and gross domestic growth (GDP) on FDI. Quarterly data is collected from Vietnam General Statistic Office, Vietnam General Department of Customs, International Monetary Fund, and The World Bank from 2006 to 2020. Stata 14 software is used to analyze the regression and test variables. Results: The findings indicate that TRADE, OPEN, INF, GDP, and their lags affect both positively and negatively on FDI in different periods. While OPEN still expresses an unclear impact on FDI. Moreover, this study proves that the FDI of a nation is influenced by international cooperation. Conclusions: This study indicates the importance of international trade cooperation and distribution in not only attracting foreign investment sources but also developing the economy. Findings are necessary bases for governments or authorities in signing international trade agreements in the future.

Science and technology is the power of impelling the economic and social development. Promoting the international sci-tech communication and cooperation is one of the important ways of pulling the economic development of Northeast Asia area. Sci-tech communication and cooperation between the government and the folk are two wings of international sci-tech communication and cooperation. Both are supplemented mutually and indispensable. In order to promote the economic and social development of Northeast Asia area and further strength, some suggestions are put forward, i.e.fully exerting university the main roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area and fully exerting Liaoning province the important roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area.

We report about the international cooperative activities for the engineering education between a German University and a Japanese University. After the experiences for 15 years of cooperation, both in research and student exchange, we learned a lot about the differences between these two educational systems. This report summarizes the differences and the future perspective for the improvement of engineering education based on the understanding of the differences, including advantages and disadvantages, between two educational systems.
