  • A imput buffer typed ATM switch and an appropriate cell-scheduling algorithm are necessary for avoiding output blocking and internal blocking respectively. The algorithm determining a set of non-blocking data cells from the queues can greatly affect on the switch's throughput as well as the behavior of the queues. In this paper bit pattern optimization combined with the Token method in presented in order to improve the performance of ATM switch. The digital Hopfield neural cell scheduler is designed and used for the maximum numbers of cells in real-time

  • In this paper, we propose a new approach to determination of environment forces acting on a rigid body. To estimate the output of disturbance observer due to internal torque, the disturbance observer output estimator using functional link neural network (FLANN) is designed. It is also shown by simulation results that the precise estimation of contact force is achieved for a 2-link SCARA robot performing position/force control.

  • The requirements for the high quality service is increased according to the changing of the internal environment. But, the computer system can not satisfy the requirement because of the limitation of the computer's own problem. This paper describes the network storage accelerator which can perform the high quality streaming service. We also show the implementation result of the streaming accelerator.

  • To design a ATM Switch which ahs advantages in high sped packet switching, it is essential to set multiple paths between input ports and output ports and to design a new packet transfer technique on that paths for decreasing Packet Loss by conflicts in internal Switch Plane. We propose new packet transfer method, Alternate Path Transfer Mechanism by Dynamic Bypass Transfer Method which can solve conflict problem in Banyan network easily. Proposed ATM Switch consists of Banyan networks, Input/Ouput Port, Bypass Link, and Bypass Link Controller. Packets caused conflicts in SEs have another chances of packet transfer over alternate switching planes by using this mechanism.

  • AP 접속을 통한 인터넷 사용시에 인가되지 않은 AP의 경우 모바일 단말로부터 무선랜 연결을 유도하여 피해자가 주고 받는 패킷 정보를 도청한다. 특히 피해자가 무선랜 자동 연결 설정을 활성화한 경우 의도하지 않게 공격에 노출 될 수 있다. 따라서 이를 보안하기 위해 연결할 AP의 내부 네트워크 정보를 비교하여 정상적인 AP 인지 구별할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • This study proposes a monitoring system that effectively watches surroundings by cooperating the various sensor information including image information on a sensor network system. The monitoring system proposed in this paper is developed to watch certain intruders to the internal spaces through the interested region for exceptional time by installing cameras, PIR(Pyroelectric Infrared Ray) sensor and body detectors in such interested regions. Moreover the monitering system is implemented based on the SenWeaver plateform which is a integrated development tools for building wireless sensor network system. In the results of the test that was applied to a practically experimental environment by implementing some interfaces for the proposed system, it was considered that it is possible to watch surroundings effectively using the image information obtained from cameras and multiple sensor information acquisited from sensor nodes.

  • Due to natural oligopolistic industry characteristics and huge influences on national and home economy, Telco Industry is regarded as a regulated industry. Thus, telco companies, including CATV, prepare not only management accounting reports for internal use but also regulatory accounting reports to be submitted to the regulatory agency. For telco companies, smooth integration of these financial, managerial and regulatory reporting requirements with legacies such as billing system, network operating systems is important to achieve operational efficiency and overall competency. This research studies telco ERP cost module implementation in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for integrated information system. Especially, case analysis focuses on cost reduction and network costing implementation that involves Building Block Costing methodologies.

  • The conventional network security solutions for manufacturing or factory automation devices are concentrated on protecting the internal networks from the attacks of external networks. Recently, however, so called Day-zero attacks are increased; the threat from internal devices such as notebooks, USB devices are as critical as attacks from external networks. Thus a new security solution is needed to protect manufacturing devices from both external and internal threat. To this purpose, we propose an edge-security system to provide cost effective, integrated, and simple end-point security solution specialized for automated manufacturing devices, which may avoid the shortcomings of NAC.

Development of A High-Speed Digital Maximum Selector Circuit With Internal Trigger-Signal Generator (내부 트리거 발생회로를 이용한 고속의 디지털 Maximum Selector 회로의 설계)

  • Most of neural network chips use an analog-type maximum selector circuit (MS). As the increase of integration level, the analog MS has difficulties in achieving sufficient resolution. Contrary, the digital-type MS is easy to get high resolution but slower than its analog counterparts. A new high-speed digital MS circuit called MSIT (Maximum Selector with Internal Trigger-signal) is presented in this paper. The MSIT has been designed to achieves both the high reliability by using trigger-signals and high speed by removing the unnecessary waiting times. The response time of MSIT is 3.4ns for 32 data with 10-bit resolution in the simulation with 1.2V, $0.13{\mu}m$-process model parameters, which is much faster than its analog counterparts. It shows that digital MS circuits like MSIT can achieve higher speed as well as higher resolution than analog MS circuits.

  • Depending on the transportation, information and communication technology development, urban such as the superficial spreading and the changing structure of internal space of the organism has various shape and speed of the changes. In particular, the main cause of these changes is the development of the traffic and this transport system is having a close connection with land use. This study presents the results about characteristics and changes of noise on each land use zoning. Therefore the result shows that the measured data could be used to evaluate noise distributions on urban land use and then make up the basis process for producing noise maps of land use zoning.
