This study aims to analyze the regulations and actual operation status related to IR operations for eight institutions participating in the OAK project to examine the need to establish an IR operation policy and the components of an operation policy. The results showed that IR management policies need to include collection and disclosure of research results, copyright management, whether to support APC, and management plans for each type of research result. In particular, clear regulations on the collection and disclosure of research outputs are essential to ensure consistency and efficiency in IR operations. In addition, it is necessary to create an institutional foundation for researchers to share research outputs through OA publication by converting the publication fee support policy of many institutions to a support policy for OA publication. In addition, there are differences in IR management methods depending on the characteristics of each institution, and it is necessary to establish customized IR management policies that fit the characteristics of each institution. In this regard, OAK should provide standardized guidelines and technical support to facilitate the development of IR management policies for each institution. This study can be used as a basis for establishing IR management policies for domestic organizations.

Purpose - The study aims to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming a model of social and labor relations adequate to the modern conditions of economic development. Research design, data, and methodology - The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market of Kazakhstan; describes the current model of labor relations and its basic parameters; determines the external and internal factors; specifically, the influence of the new labor law on its further development in the direction of democratization and the establishment of social partnership as a regulatory institution in the labor relations field. Result - Result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies. Conclusion - The creation of an effective model of social and labor relations should proceed from the multifaceted nature of their manifestation. This means that the theoretical and methodological basis for their formation should be a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of transformation and interaction of social and economic components.

The purpose of this paper is to explore how the Confucius Institute Chinese international promotion could better promote the development of China's foreign trade, by analyzing the distribution of the Confucius Institute worldwide, based on the theory of language economics, using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment, opportunities and challenges of the external environment of Chinese international promotion of Confucius Institute. The following findings were gathered: as a language teaching institution and information exchange platform, Confucius Institute has the ability to share trade information and increase trade opportunities; to improve cultural identity and reduce transaction costs; to promote cultural communication and integration, and drive the development of related industries. The internal disadvantages were mainly reflected in the mismatch between the global regional distribution structure of Confucius Institutes, and the economic and trade structure, such as, the asymmetry between language, culture output, and demand. In addition, the management mechanism was not perfect. External opportunities were mainly new opportunities brought by economic globalization, cultural diversity, and the development of the Belt and Road initiative. External challenges were mainly influenced by the China threat theory and the fierce cultural competition among countries. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on the advantages of the platform and grasping the external opportunities: improving the quality of operation and speeding up the localization process; respecting cultural differences and realizing cultural common learning; seeking multilateral cooperation and enhancing the capacity for independent development.

In this paper, we propose a "Safe Web Using Scrapable Headless Browse" Because in a network separation environment for security, It does not allow the Internet. The reason is to physically block malicious code. Many accidents occurred, including the 3.20 hacking incident, personal information leakage at credit card companies, and the leakage of personal information at "Interpark"(Internet shopping mall). As a result, the separation of the network separate the Internet network from the internal network, that was made mandatory for public institutions, and the policy-introduction institution for network separation was expanded to the government, local governments and the financial sector. In terms of information security, network separation is an effective defense system. Because building a network that is not attacked from the outside, internal information can be kept safe. therefore, "the separation of the network" is inefficient. because it is important to use the Internet's information to search for it and to use it as data directly inside. Using a capture method using a Headless Web browser can solve these conflicting problems. We would like to suggest a way to protect both safety and efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to discuss how traditional construction practices could be applied to school buildings. The spatial arrangement and constituents of Seoweon and Hyanggyo buildings were analyzed, and the spatial arrangement and ground plans of current schools were analyzed as well. As a result, it's found that how the characteristics of traditional architecture should be reflected in today's school design is one of critical matters that need an immediate attention. Based on the case study, there are some suggestions about the application of traditional construction techniques to school buildings: (1) The link between internal and external spaces should be stressed. The type of spatial configuration the could ensure nature accessibility is required. (2) The use of environment-friendly materials is recommended, and classrooms should be arranged in a way to let them function as multipurpose educational spaces. (3) It's not advisable to construct school buildings according to the sung-Confucianistic construction techniques of traditional educational institutions, but there should evidently be a change in tasteless school buildings, They should be built in small size and in consideration of harmony with nature and ecosystem, and boarding schools should be constructed in a more careful and discreet manner.

Though polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds (PAHs) in marine sediment has been produced by many colleges and institution in Korea, it is difficult to compare PAHs data in a study area with those in other areas due to the lack of confidence for the quality of data from the other organization. Therefore, we suggested the protocol for PAHs analysis in marine sediment through examining the method of PAHs analysis described in over twenty scientific papers and reports. When a known amount of 23 PAHs were spiked into a sediment and anlyzed following this new protocol, very good recoveries were obtained. In addition, for college and institution with their own method to analyze PAHs can keep producing PAHs data without exchanging to this new PAHs protocol, the method to get a full confidence through the QA/QC for the PAHs data produced by these organization is included to the protocol.

Recently, the intelligent service robot is applied for the purpose of guiding the building or providing information to the visitors of the public institution. The intelligent robot which is on development has a sensor to recognize its location at the bottom of it. Four wheels which are arranged in the form of a lozenge support the weight of the components and structures of the robot. The operating environment of this robot is restricted at the uneven place because the driving part and internal structure is designed in one united body. The impact from the ground is transferred to the internal equipments and structures of the robot. This continuous impact can cause the unusual state of the precise components and weaken the connection between each structural part. In this paper, a suspension system which can be applied to the intelligent robot is designed. The dynamic model of the robot is created, and the driving characteristics of the actual robot and the robot with suspension are compared. The road condition which the robot can operate is expanded by the application of the suspension system. Additionally, the suspension system is optimized to reduce the impact to the robot components.

In this paper, the interaction between two neighboring tunnel has been investigated using PFC2D. For this purpose, firstly calibration of PFC was performed using Brazilian experimental test. Secondly, various configuration of two neighboring tunnel was prepared and tested by biaxial test. The maximum and minimum principle stresses were 0.2 and 30 MPa respectively. The modeling results show that in most cases, the tensile cracks are dominant mode of cracks that occurred in the model. With increasing the diameter of internal circle, number of cracks decreases in rock pillar also number of total cracks decreases in the model. The rock pillar was heavily broken when its width was too small. In fixed quarter size of tunnel, the crack initiation stress decreases with increasing the central tunnel diameter. In fixed central tunnel size, the crack initiation stress decreases with increasing the quarter size of tunnel.

The emergence of Internal has established a huge virtual exchange market, and the innovative e-commerce has changed a way of distributing goods and services. This paper concerns the issues of customer's loyalty to maintain the customer retention between individual and Internet shopping mall. We use the concept of customer's perceived value, satisfaction, and trust, in order to explore and explain the formation process of customer loyalty. A survey data has been collected through the hep of internet research institution. A statistical analysis shows that a subset of customer's perceived value has positive Impact on satisfaction, which in turn has also positive influence on trust, Increasing the level of customer's loyalty. We also provide a brief discussion of strategic guidelines about analytic results.

Ensuring national security in cyberspace is becoming an increasingly important issue, given the growing number of cybercrimes due to adaptation to new security and protection technologies. The purpose of this article is to study the features of counteracting, preventing, and detecting crimes in the virtual space of Ukraine on the example of cases and analysis of the State Center for Cyber Defense and Countering Cyber Threats CERT-UA and the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine. The research methodology is based on the method of analysis and study of cases of crime detection in the virtual environment of the State Center for Cyber Defense and Countering Cyber Threats CERT-UA and the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine. The results show that the consistent development of the legal framework in 2016-2020 and the development of a cyber-defense strategy for 2021-2025 had a positive impact on the institution-building and detection of cybercrime in Ukraine. Establishing cooperation with developed countries (USA) has helped to combat cybercrime by facilitating investigations by US law enforcement agencies. This means that international experience is effective for developing countries as a way to quickly understand the threats and risks of cybercrime. In Ukraine, the main number of incidents concerns the distribution of malicious software in the public sector. In the private sector, cyber police are largely confronted with the misappropriation of citizens' income through Internet technology. The practical value of this study is to systematize the experience of overcoming cybercrime on the example of cases of crime detection in a virtual environment.
