건축 가설공사의 COST DOWN 기법 연구 (A Developmental Study on the Cost Down of the Architectural Temporary Work)

  • This study is to find out the betterment way of cost down in the architectural temporary work. To do so, it is more important to check every case above all and find and choice optimum way fitting a scene of a construction field. In addition, in case that the way to apply in proportion to a given condition is complicated, the way to find out cost down way is to adopt the individual peculiarity instead of the generality. Hereupon this study is rather to find out the better way to reduce such as material and manpower cost than to leave matters not to be settled to get the best way in the existing temporary work. So this study is composed with finding the existing problems, fixing the focus about the developmental way to reduce cost in the exterior and interior temporary work, presenting the new construction way and describing the merits and attentions of an improved exterior and interior temporary work.

  • With the ever-increasing important of high-speed information in society as we move towards the 21 st century. Interior design and it's working condition has been changed a great deal included a sort of each special character and make a difference against the others. It used to be find a great poles asunder of worker's safety and project quality according to the environmental dimension of interior construction field as if they should be a pleasantness or poor condition. This research aimed to improvement of environmental construction field of interior with construction engineers and particular interior labors in 4 phases as : ⅠThe preparatory phase : -Secure a Budget, Environmental safety supervisor -Fix of Design quality, Construction period. -Choice of Construction method, Sub constructing Ⅱ. Starting work phase ; -Capacity , Safety of temporary power line. -Carriage, Stock of Material -Safety of Electronic tools, -Personal protector. Ⅲ. Working period ; -Ventilation, I illumination of working place. -Measurement of environmental working condition Ⅳ.Finish working phase ; -Analysis of measurement data. -Evaluation and making up for the weak point. -Keeping data.

메가스포츠시설의 사후 활용을 위한 임시주거 계획 - 2018평창동계올림픽을 중심으로 - (The Planning of Temporary Housing for Post Application of Mega Sports Facilities - Focused on the 2018 Winter Olympics -)

  • Purpose: This is a study on the planning of temporary housing for post application of Mega Sports facilities. The subject of the study is 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which is to suggest building an alternative temporary housing using shipping containers(high cube), which solve the lack of accommodations and recycle temporary housing after Olympics, save money and be eco-friendly in Olympics. Method: This study includes this ; research on the a fact-finding survey about Mega sports facilities post application and demand survey on 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics accomodations and an analysis about temporary housing plan. Furthermore we decided temporary housing building plan by analyzing residents' needs and traits of the housing etc. Through this, we made a schematic design for household units. Result: As a result, this study is a plan of making space, forms, and structure. The planned size is $38.4m^2$(L:12m, W:3.2m) except balcony, and indoor height is 2.5m. The space consists of entrance, bathroom, bedroom and living room with folding furniture system. Also there's a detailed floor plan of the ceiling, wall, and floor we drew up. The ceiling and wall consist of dampproof film, noncombustible board, fire proof urethane form, and color-designed sheet. The floor is composed of floor tile, cement mortar, light concrete(with heat coil), insulation, and dampproof film. Additionally, this study is a plan of interior dry wall with detail using modular construction method for work efficiency and quality improvement.

학교시설 건설공사의 작업분류체계 구축 및 단위작업별 선후행 관계 분석 (Development of Work Breakdown Structure and Analysis of Precedence Relations by Activity in School Facilities Construction Work)

  • The work breakdown structure and the precedence relations by work activity are very important because they are the basic data for estimating the construction duration in the construction work. However, there is no standard to accurately estimate the construction duration since the size of the school facilities construction is smaller than the general construction work. Therefore, some schools are unable to open in March or September and the delay of the construction duration can cause damage to the students. To solve this problem, this study developed a work breakdown structure of school facilities construction work and analyzed the precedence relations by work activities. The work breakdown structure of the school facilities construction is composed of three steps. The operations corresponding to level 1 and level 2 are as follows. (1) 2 preparatory work categories; preparation period and temporary construction. (2) 17 architectural work categories; temporary construction, foundation & pile work, reinforced concrete work, steel roof work, brick work, plaster work, tile work, stone work, waterproof construction, wood work, interior construction, floor work, metal work, roof work, windows construction, glazing work and paint construction. (3) 7 mechanic and fire work categories; outside trunk line work, plumbing work, air-conditioning equipment work, machine room work, city gas plumbing work, sanitation facilities and inspection & test working. (4) 4 civil work categories; wastewater work, drainage work, pavement work and other work. (5) 1 landscaping work categories; planting work. The work breakdown structure was derived from interviews with experts based on the milestones and detailed statements of existing school facilities. The analysis of precedence relations by school facilities work activity utilized PDM(Precedence Diagramming Method)which does not need a dummy and the relations were applied using FS(Finish to Start), FF(Finish to Finish), SS(Start to Start), SF(Start to Finish). The analysis of this study shows that if one work activity is delayed, the entire construction duration may be delayed because the majority of the works are FS relations. Therefore, it is necessary to use the Lag at the appropriate time to estimate the standard construction duration of the school facility construction. Lag is a term used only in the PDM method and it is used to define the relationship between the predecessor and the successor in creating the network milestone. And it means the delay time applied to the two work activities. The results of this study can reasonably estimate the standard construction duration of school facilities and it will contribute to the quality of the school facilities construction.

아파트 후면 베란다의 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Utilization of Apartment Rear Veranda)

  • An Apartment Veranda is a transitive space which is being used for many different purpose. A Rear Veranda which is connected to the kitchen is an important space for the housekeeping work and it should be planned carefully to reflect the rational and functional designs. Therefore the objective of this research is to suggest a systematic basis for the practical space planning of the Rear veranda that meets the varied needs of consumers by examining its usage pattern through the analysis of the apartment occupant's behavior pattern stored item the degree of satisfaction and consumer requirements. The research was conducted mainly on apartments built after 1990. The following are the conclusions from the research : 1. Most of the research respondents were aware of the absolute need for the Rear veranda. But they expressed dissatisfaction with the space usage. This indicates that the Rear Veranda planning does not reflect the functionality of the space and concentrates on the idea of providing consumers a service space based on the size of the apartment instead. 2. Although the Rear veranda is used as the multipurpose housework space it is mainly used as the laundry and storage space. This shows a big deviation from the concept of the utility space. Because the behavior pattern associated with the Rear Veranda is largely influenced by the traditional life pattern the development of the Rear Veranda as an exclusive space for the housekeeping work. 3. According to a high frequency of the storage of the laundry related item in the Rear Veranda indicated by the research the Rear veranda is used as the laundry room as well as a auxiliary storage space by most people. The installation of gas range is expected to increase due to the expansion of the usage function of the Rear Veranda space. The installation of a specialized refrigerator to store the traditional food is demanded. 4. Consumers need more efficient and functional storage device because the temporary shelves are often being used as the storage device. The perception of the storage device is assumed to have been influence by the traditional life style.

렘 콜하스 공간의 음악현상학적 시간성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Temporality of 'Phenomenology of music' in Rem Koolhaas's space)

  • Today, the views on Temporality of space have been changed not only to be based on the concept of time, but also to identify the space with a body adapted to the new circumstances. The study suggests that the actions of performers in space have been important by changes of views and are connected to the music phenomenology mixed with music whose tempo is the phenomenology related with of human consciousness itself, and derives the temporal property by putting them into Rem Koolhaas space with the fluid quality. According to Clifton's Phenomenology of Music, an understanding of music is made in both human body and consciousness as two ways to listen to sounds and enjoy music. Though a correlation between the characteristics of Clifton's Phenomenology of Music and one of resulted from uncertainty and immateriality of modern space Temporality, we could work out four kinds of characters which are the continuity of the fluidity from temporal programs, contrasting changes or synchronicity, the multidimensionality from synesthesia of line and face, ventilation by quality of the material and immaterial circumstances of sound effects, the implication in events resulted from cognition for information and unexpected actions, and the autonomy of the route of a variety of experiences including intimate connection of inter-related events and temporary and diverse external conditions. Hereby Temporality of musical phenomenology in Rem Koolhaas's space can be experienced by systems base oh the importance of host's motion, changes of programs according to the motion as well as uncertainty and immaterial changes. Due to the changes user's emotion and motion is undergone as Temporality that changes automatically.

석션압을 이용한 원형강관 가물막이 현장설치 실험 (Field Installation Test of the Circular Steel Cofferdam Using Suction Pressure)

  • 해상(또는 수상) 구조물 시공수요가 증가됨에 따라 해양구조물 시공을 용이하게 하는 임시구조물 수요가 증가하고 있다. 가물막이(cofferdam)는 임시구조물로 해상 작업 시 외부로부터 물을 막아 육상과 동일한 작업환경을 제공한다. 하지만, 물 유입을 차단하기 위한 별도의 시공공정이 필요하기 때문에 공사지연과 건설비 증가의 주원인이 되고 있다. 최근 재래식 가물막이의 문제점을 해결하고 경제성을 높이기 위해 석션압(suction pressure)을 이용해 신속하고 경제적으로 시공이 가능한 대구경 원형강관 가물막이 공법이 제안되었다. 본 공법은 원형강관 가물막이 상부가 수면위로 노출된 상태에서 석션압을 이용해 해저면에 관입되고, 시공 후 내부의 물을 외부로 배출하여 강관자체를 가물막이로 활용한다. 본 연구에서는 원형강관 가물막이 공법을 검증하기 위해 직경 5m인 원형강관 가물막이를 제작하고 새만금 지역에서 실증실험을 실시하였다. 실험 중 원형 강관에 작용하는 석션압, 연결부 누수유무, 수직도(경사도), 구조체의 변형을 각각 계측하였으며 실험결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 석션압을 이용한 원형강관 가물막이 공법을 검증하였으며, 석션 설치공법이 다양한 해양 구조물 시공에 활용 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
