Changing of paradigm at 21Century is changing a part of routine lives and it affects speculation system of recognizing the world. In this society, human is demanded changing of a part and new learning continuously. Like this, a role of individual and a part of various lives by changing of social environment have a close connection each other. In this society, they would need new circumstance of space by method of work. However, what show not necessity improving of work space but changing is the realities of our society. This thesis examine non-territorialization characteristics by focusing on the openness, composition, and flexibility. The working space on 21c head for a non-territorialization and be summarize. decenterial arrangement, increasing of public space and unification of personal work-station. The purpose of this study is to examine the non-territorialization by analysis of 21c working space.

As the population of the elderly has increased and the nuclear family has become popular, the demands of long-term care services for the elderly have arisen. However, a lot of patients, who need long-term care services, are in general hospitals because existing facilities for the elderly are not sufficient in terms of both quality and quantity. In this study, it is considered a good alternative to set geriatric wards, offering long-term care services for the elderly, in general hospitals. This study shows an analysis of geriatric wards in general hospitals, especially, based on the case of N hospital, and suggests the spacial elements of geriatric wards, which is different from other wards in the aspects of space program and operating system.

The lounge space in the fashion shopping mall such as footpath and resting place is attained not only a routine life for a pedestrian ,but also a simple meeting for association and amusement. In comparison with the current advancement of a shopping mall, however the lounge-a resting place for customers who make a visit for shopping and need for resting has changed into being commercial and non commercial -real meaning for resting space has disappeared. Consequently, the purpose of a research is to investigate on the actual condition for noncommercial resting spaces in the shopping mall and to suggest a reform measure through an analysis on the satisfaction percept of users in accordance with the result.

It is predicted that the greatest change in the 21st century arises from the digital environment that has been rapidly transforming. The convergence of computer and telecommunication technologies will be encroached into the social realm. Also the digital technology produces digitally equipped homes, and daily life will be substantially influenced by such information appliances. The main purpose of this research was to find out the recent trends of development of digital information appliances, and to explore the outlook in the forseeable future. The findings showed that a variety of digital functions in the market made users confused, and they found it difficult to use. The participants pointed out that the digital functions should be more user-friendly. Therefore, the development of digital information appliances need to consider it.

The present time this country is faced with general hospital building remodeling time from the constructing age. In architecture, one of the reconstruction of consciousness, remodeling significance Is restoration of capacity a generally structure. Through this research we acquire concluding remarks. 1) In hospital extension and reconstruction works set a different counterplot proportionately with part that are the ward areas, the outpatient areas, the diagnosis/treatment areas, the supply areas, the administration areas, the education/research areas, the miscellaneous areas etc. According to department's character and use various purposes take proper measures. Then it estimation that remodeling study shall be need. 2) It is advisable the way of connection the existing facilities if it extended case. The case of K hospital has been extended outskirts the main building. As this an enlargement of a outhouse has an advantage that secure construction area at a stretch and no exert Influence on both nature lighting and construction matter. On the contrary caused [defect that is repeatedly occur a faculty relocation and the inner part alteration because of it\`s post transfer.

This study is to research on the condition of safe environment of kindergartens. This study is to supplement the preceding study which was based only on survey to show the result and analyze the condition and problems of the safety of kindergartens to suggest the basic database of indoor environment that cause accident. First as a theoretical study, we analyze the preceding studies according to the related regulations. And we made checklist based on this and visited and investigated two kindergartens where applied for the case study As the result, we could understand factors that can cause accidents from classroom, corridor, door, stairs, balustrade, toilet, kitchen, front door, and fire exit/shelter. Especially, in case of fire exit/shelter, the whole renewal of kindergarten was necessary which is difficult. But, though it can not be advanced right away, they should try to have facility expansion and repair works gradually. And for more study on this, active cooperation from kindergartens are in need.

The purpose of this study is to research on the actual condition for remodelling of front balcony In Apartment residence. It is analysed the theorical study, Question research and the point at issue of balcony space. The results were as follows : First, it has lowered the practical use of balcony space. The resolution at issue need the plan with demand of dwellers. Second, it is classified three categories about demand of dwellers : the space of nature ＆ ecology, utility and finally rest like living function. Third, it is needed the plan that these three categories are mixed properly than separated..

The purpose of this study is to suggest configuration methods of sensor according to user's behaviors in the ubiquitous house. Recently, with appearing the concept of 'Ubiquitous', the applications of ubiquitous technologies on the our environment adopt a new paradigm. This new paradigm leads to the possibility of creating more intellectual dwelling environment according to user's behaviors. This paper suggests to change our dwelling by considering both engineering technology and considering the character of dwelling, because the house should provide causes humans with comfortability. Therefore, we need to understand user's behaviors in the dwelling, towards user friendly environment.

Purpose : With a recently growing population of the disabled, the importance of creating the living environment for them has been emphasized, making the design guidelines to play more important role in this sense. This research aims to generalize the existing design guidelines for the housing for the disabled, diagnose their problems, and suggest a systematic and consistent milestone of the guidelines developed in the future. Method : The analysis objects of this research are 1910 categories of the design guidelines for the domestic housing for the disabled, and the research removed the redundancy and separated multi-complex categories. A total of 1424 independent categories were extracted, and been conducted content analysis from three aspects of redundancy, sub-categorization system and descriptive form based on the extracted categories. Results : Redundancy analysis figured out important characteristics by space. Moreover, the current guideline system can be integrated by analysis of sub-category system. Lastly, the research found that the guidelines need to be understood more easily and suggested under accurate criteria by analyzing the descriptive forms. Implication : This research holds significance as a fundamental data to improve the design guidelines for the disabled in the future, ultimately contributing to a better quality of life of the disabled.

This study is for achievement of the expected aim on establish principle colour scheme of exterior and interior school facilities. Also this study aims to utilization of the data which is need for educational colour scheme of school facilities basically. The result of this study is as follows; 1) Domestic case study in primary school colour value distributed middle and high level between 5R and 6Y, the case study of foreign colour scheme distributed low and middle level. 2) Domestic case study in middle school facilities colour scheme distributed same colour of R, YR and the chroma distributed between 1 to 4. 3) The case study of domestic and foreign high school colour scheme distributed that in cases of domestic the colour scheme distributed very loose style and foreign cases distributed same colour of RP to YR with middle and high level of value and low chroma. 4) Exterior school facilities colour scheme distributed in Busan is that N~5GY(value 8~9 and chroma 0~8) in main school building skin material colour, 0~4 value and 7.5~9 chroma in assistant skin material colour. 5) Interior school facilities colour scheme distributed same colour of B, BF, PB, RP, N, YR in class room and open classroom in school mainly.
