Social housing has a long history in Germany from the first still existing social housing ever, the "Fuggerei" in Augsburg (founded in 1521), over the last 100 years from the end of World War I to today's situation where the need in social housing has increased while the number of housing projects and the number of existing apartments in this program has decreased or ended. Socio-economic changes like demographic evolution, more single households, greater working abilities in bigger cities and an unforeseen highly increased number of migrants within Europe mostly but also from other countries led to the need of affordable housing for a growing number of people who are not able to care for their housing needs in their own responsibility. This is especially true for bigger cities, where the offer of affordable housing is nearly non-existing any more. The family Fugger, a trade and banking dynasty at their time, established a very modern housing concept, providing good and healthy living space for their workers. In 2018 now some trade companies, discounters (ALDI, LIDL, Norma) and IKEA announce to combine their interest in sales in the inner cities with the municipal interest of redensification of existing housing areas and conversion to ecological urban reconstructuring.

This study aims to examine the factors that determine bond yields in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used 31 bonds issued by the company during the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis method to estimate the determinant of bond yield uses multiple regression models. The results prove that the increase in the coupon rate causes bond yields to increase, while the inflation rate has the opposite effect of decreasing bond yield. Interest rate, exchange rate, duration, and bond rating variables cannot affect the bond yield. The results of this study imply that investors will be interested in investing in bonds with better yields if the company has to set a higher coupon rate, especially in economic conditions that experience low inflation rates. Interest rates and exchange rates as macroeconomic variables have not been considered by investors in purchasing bonds. Bond characteristic factors, namely, the duration and rating of the bonds, are considered less important factors in bond investment decisions because they are more oriented towards getting higher yields. Therefore, further research needs to be explored further related to the behavior of Indonesian bond investors who may have different characters from investors in other countries.

This presentation highlights the IAHR book, recently published last April, of which the author is the editor-in-chief, on the historical water projects and traditional water technologies of international interest in the Asian region, addressing information on past water projects (mostly before the 20th century) in the regions that are technically and culturally of interest and educationally valuable. The book explores historical water projects in these regions, presenting technologies used at the time, including calculation and forecasting methods, measurement, material, labor, methodologies, and even water culture. Through this book, it is expected that the old Asian wisdom of "reviewing the old and learning the new" would be realized to a certain extent in modern planning and practice of water projects. The book comprises a lead article that the presenter authored and five Parts representing China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, respectively, followed by an invited one from Uzbekistan. Throughout the book, it is found that historically the Asian monsoon, affecting the Indian subcontinent and Southeast and East Asian regions, induced rice cultivation. It fundamentally needs proper irrigation systems, including reservoirs (dams) and canals, water wheels, and even rain gauges. Flood risks have been more common in Asia than Europe under this climate condition, as recognized in history. To utilize and sometimes overcome these climate conditions, people built and managed many historical and grandiose water projects and invented and used localized but sophisticated water-related technologies in the Asian region.

Purpose Recently, as a new business marketing tool, short form content focused on fun and interest has been shared as hashtags. By extracting positive and negative keywords from media audiences through comment analysis of social media news, various stakeholders aim to quickly and easily grasp users' opinions on major news. Design/methodology/approach YouTube videos were searched using the YouTube Data API and the results were collected. Video comments were crawled and implemented as HTML elements, and the collection results were checked on the web page. The collected data consisted of video thumbnails, titles, contents, and comments. Comments were word tokenized with the R program, comparing positive and negative dictionaries, and then quantifying polarity. In addition, social network analysis was conducted using divided positive and negative comments, and the results of centrality analysis and visualization were confirmed. Findings Social media users' opinions on issue news were confirmed by analyzing and visualizing the centrality of keywords through social network analysis by dividing comments into positive and negative. As a result of the analysis, it was found that negative objective reviews had the highest effect on information usefulness. In this way, previous studies have been reaffirmed that online negative information has a strong effect on personal decision-making. Corporate marketers will analyze user comments on social network services (SNS) to detect negative opinions about products or corporate images, which will serve as an opportunity to satisfy customers' needs.

This study was conducted to investigate effective ways to meet social and cultural interest in and needs of gardens and gardening. A total of 191 respondents who answered they were living in Gyeongnam region in the questionnaire were selected: 102 (53.4%) were males and 89 (46.6%) were females. In frequency of garden visits, 45% of the respondents answered they visited gardens once a year. Their preferred companion was family (43.6%), followed by friends/colleagues (24.3%). Their important motives of garden visits included admiration of gardens' scenery and ambience, pleasure in being outdoors, relaxing mentally and physically, and appreciation of plants. Relatively less important motives included understanding or educating about nature and environmental conservation, and interest in garden design and horticulture techniques. In the overall assessment of gardens and gardening, the quality of the establishment, management and operation of botanic gardens and arboreta in Gyeongnam region scored 3.32 scale, which was close to the level of 'fair.' Also, the respondents agreed at 3.91 scale that it was necessary to improve the garden creation, gardening, and garden culture. Meanwhile, many people in Gyeongnam region did not clearly understand differences between garden and public park, also had a very obscure perception of public garden. The results of importance-performance analysis (IPA) indicated that it is necessary to concentrate on directing and developing some programs such as admiration of beautiful and exotic plants, and education on garden culture including garden making and horticultural techniques.

It is the prime importance of the information and the reference-librarians to better understand the communication functions of the library since they are the ones to whom the library users come first with their informational needs. Reference librarians often have the problem of providing information to those who may have little experience with, or interest in the library. There is also a problem of finding out what the person really wants, not what he says he wants. Therefore, the interaction between the librarian and the user involves a highly complex activity of communication with each other even before the actual search begins. Reference librarians cannot perform to any degree of success without comprehension of the general patterns and processes of communication in information seeking. Nonverbal as well as verbal transmittal process on the part of both librarians and patrons should not be overlooked. Some of the difficulties and barriers of library communication are brought so that possible cures and improvement may be sought. The basic purpose of the reference interview through which this interpersonal communication takes place is for the reference specialist to enable to link the needs of the patron with potential resource of the library. The writer firmly believes that this importance of the process be taught as well as the materials in reference service regardless of the level of the course offered in library science department.

Currently many geriatric hospitals have been built in Korea because increasing aging rapidly. However the increasing geriatric hospitals make the increasing safety accidents. Therefore this study is conducted by survey and face-to-face talk with the fire safety managers for analyzing safety problem of geriatric hospitals which number is twelve among 15 geriatric hospitals in the north of Chung-buk area. The result of this study is that geriatric hospitals are very old. Fire safety managers holding the fire safety license are a level 2 issued by the Korea Fire Safety Association(KFSA). And the fire safety inspection ability of them is normal (58%). Furthermore a fire safety budget ratio is 83% (A little) in the company yearly budget. And ratio having the fire inspection equipment in the building is 42% (A little) and 33% (Nothing). Satisfaction ratio of their duty is 66% and they also get stress from heavy duty and heavy responsibility. In conclusion, CEO needs to invest and interest the improvement of job performance, satisfaction ratio and fire safety facility. Also government needs the improvement of system to support and supervise the fire safety of geriatric hospitals consistently.

Today, the research related to the robot is achieved in various part. With the high interest in means of transport, various researches about autonomous mobile robot and next generation transport is continuing. The unicycle robot among these needs much control technique like balance control model and driving model. For autonomous driving of this unicycle robot, from the basic balance control to direction switching control and velocity control are needed. But the environment elements like a gradient and frictional force or unbalanced elements from the structural feature. The unicycle needs the real time balance control so more complex, harder to control. And when functional addition is made, the problem that fall entire reaction velocity or accuracy would be happen. This paper introduces entire dynamics modeling of the unicycle robot and reduced model. And propose the new balance control algorithm using fuzzy controller. Also the evaluation about performance would be made through the test.

The interest and importance of the convergence services for healthcare expand more and more as the average life expectancy increases. Convergence of ICT and healthcare technology unfold efficient and quick health services. Recently, healthcare services provide to clients with apps over web. On-demand wireless data broadcast supports any number of clients to access their desired data items dynamically by responding the needs for data items from the clients. In this paper, we propose an on-demand system to broadcast FHIR bundles for efficient healthcare services. We use time-parameterized replacing policy for renewing the bundle items on the wireless broadcast channel. The policy lets the on-demand broadcasting dynamic by controlling the time duration for the bundles to reside over the wireless channel. With simulation studies using an implemented testbed, we evaluate the performances of the proposed system in access time and tuning time. For evaluation, we compare the time-parameterized replacing policy of the proposed system with regular-number replacing policy. The proposed time-parameterized replacing policy shows shorter access time than the regular-number replacing policy because the policy responds more actively and dynamically to the change of the needs of the clients for FHIR bundles.

This study explores various issues of appearance management behavior for plus-size women in Korea with a focus on clothing. In-depth interviews and focused group interviews were conducted with 24 plus-size women. The interviews were recorded and the transcripts were analyzed based on grounded theory. Discomfort was the main phenomenon involving the experience of plus-size women related to appearance management. Psychological as well as physiological/physical discomfort, unmet needs (regarding clothing) and inconvenient shopping experiences were frequently mentioned. Causal conditions for discomfort were obesity, social stigma, and an underdeveloped clothing market for plus-size consumers. Interviewees developed strategies to cope with discomfort (suppressing clothing need, loss of interest in clothing, diversion from clothing needs, sole focus on physical comfort, dress-up and increase in shopping channels, and change in shopping patterns) that depended on contextual conditions (such as duration of obesity and attitudes of people) close to the interviewees. The discomfort of interviewees decreased or continued depending on if they became ambivalent about their obese condition, lost weight, or utilized plus-size specialty stores.
