This study is a development of 245kV 40kA GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) with motor-drive mechanism. The Ultra high voltage GIS applicates an interception technology of hybrid arc extinguishing method and Motor-Direct-Drive-Mechanism for operation type. We will develope a compact GIS for construction of an intelligent substation by an applicated IT technology.

Transient in an electrical system are generated by lightning and switching. This paper presents analysis of switching and lightning surge, and means of limiting the voltage magnification transient for high voltage power systems by using EDSA's EMTAP software package. One means of limiting the voltage magnification transient is to convert the end-user power factor correction banks to harmonic filters. An inductance in series with the power factor correction bank was used to decrease the transient voltage at the customer bus to acceptable levees. The interception of the impulse from the phase wire is fairly straight forward by properly installed surge arresters. The simulation shows that the addition of the surge arrester at the customer location can achieve a substantial reduction of the transient magnitude.

최근에는 랜섬웨어의 일종인 '워너크라이' 등의 바이러스로 인한 피해도 기하급수적으로 증가하고, 그 수법도 사용자가 파일에 접근하면 감염되던 형태에서 인터넷에 접속되기만 하면 감염되는 형태로 진화하면서 사이버전에 사용되어질 수 있는 사이버 공격에 대응하는 방어 및 회복 방책에 대한 관심이 한층 더 증폭되고 있다. 하지만 일반적으로 방어, 회복 등의 대응 과정은 공격의 피해를 평가하여 결과로 산출된 피해 정도를 전제 조건으로 가지기 때문에 먼저 해킹 공격의 피해를 평가하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사이버전에서 사용되어질 수 있는 해킹 공격 및 위협의 피해를 공격의 종류별로 평가하기 위해, 피해 정도를 수치화할 수 있는지의 여부 등을 기준으로 하여 총 3가지 Interruption, Modification, Interception로 구성된 해킹 공격의 분류 체계를 제시한다.

The present study was carried out to investigate the P fractions of surfical sediment of Dongjin sea area. Furthermore, potential released loading of adsorbed and non-apatite inorganic phosphorus were investigated in the sediment of Dongjin sea area. The contents of phosphorus fractions of the surficial sediment in Dongjin sea area were adsorbed-P 0.06%, nonapatite inorganic-P 13.02%, apatite-P 60.22%, and residual-P 26.70%. The most abundant fraction was apatite-P, residual-P, nonapatite inorganic-P, and adsorbed-P followed it. Potential released loading of adsorbed and non-apatite inorganic phosphorus surveyed 2.6 and 597ton respectively. These results show that sediment-managing and interception from external pollution are needed for water environmental maintenance of Dongjin sea area.

In order to improve the function of a door seal, its section design technique is discussed in this study, Its roles are prevention of an inflow of dusts, noise interception, insulation, wateproof, and the vibroisolating action which reduces vibration between the body and the door of a car while running, and the buffer action which sustain the proper reacting force as the door is closed. In this study, the optimal cross section of a door seal is designed using nonlinear finite element analysis (commercial finete element analysis program EASi-SEAL) and tables of orthogonal arralys with respect to relations between door and door seal to secure the satisfactory airtight property with the minimum force to shut the door.

This paper describes the process of acidic precipitation from the atmosphere to the ground water, The net deposition of wet precipitation to the ground surface is obtained by subtracting the interception loss due to plant leaves and evaporation from the amount of total precipitation. As the water immerses through the vegetation and the different soil layers the various chemical reactions take place. The relationship between the acidic precipitation by increasing industrial emissions and the soil acidification mechanism is discussed. The report focuses on the buffering action that involves the proton budget in soil and rocks. Based on the soil constituents, the six buffer ranges of the soil are classified and each buffering process is illustrated. In addition, the Possibility of the contamination of drinking-water reservoirs by continuous acid burden is emphasized.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the climate change to the level of groundwater recharging. This research was conducted on the watershed of Bangga by using the Soil Water Balance of MockWyn-UB model. Input data compose of evapotranspiration, monthly rainfall, watershed area, canopy interception, heavy rain factor and the influence of climate change factors (rainfall and temperature). The conclusion of this study indicates that there is a decreasing trend in annual groundwater recharge observed from 1995 to 2011. The amount of groundwater recharge varied linearly with monthly rainfall and between 3% to 25% of the rainfall. This result implies that rain contributed more than groundwater recharge to runoff and evaporation and the groundwater recharge and Bangga River discharge depends largely on the rainfall. In order to increase the groundwater recharge in the study area, reforestation programmes should be intensified.

요즘 전자우편(E-mail) 서비스를 사용하게 되면서, 스팸 메일이라고 불리 우는 광고성 메일이 무분별하게 전자우편에 침입하고 있다. 요즘과 같이 정보의 중요성과 개인의 사생활이 강조되는 시점에서 다른 사람이 중간에 메일을 가로채어 읽거나 해킹 하여 전혀 다른 내용으로 바꾸어 배포하거나 바뀐 내용을 전송하거나 과도한 스팸메일 때문에 자신의 메일 계정에 부하가 걸려서 중용한 메일을 못 받게 된다면 보통 심각한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이것을 해결하기 위하여, PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)라는 기술과 문자열 처리를 이용하여 전자우편의 보안성 향상과 문자열 처리를 통해 스팸메일을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다.

This paper describes the operational concept of the Aegis ship's missile defense. Recently, North Korea conducted a fourth nuclear-weapon test that involved the launch of a long-range missile and the underwater launch of an SLBM. The ground-based BMD (Ballistic Missile Defense) system is very limited for the SLBM of a miniaturized nuclear warhead; therefore, it is necessary to build a reliable sea-based missile-defense system. The ROK Navy has, however, only utilized the Aegis ship that is designed with a search-and-tracking sensor but is without a ballistic-missile interception capability. Given this information, this work focuses on the operational concept of the Aegis BMD by comparing the BMD capabilities of the ROK with those of the U.S.
