Purpose: Various intervention strategies are needed to reduce the suicide rate among late adolescents. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the factors that can help overcome suicidal tendencies in late adolescents from the perspective of case managers. Methods: This qualitative study explored the reinforcing factors that can help overcome suicidal behaviors in late adolescents, by conducting focus group interviews with case managers from the local community. Interviews with 10 case managers were recorded and transcribed, and the data were analyzed using the content analysis method. Results: The main theme of this study was "a step in a new direction". Three categories were derived: "inner changes", "another possibility opened up by the interest of significant others", and "connecting with community resources to help overcome". Each category had subcategories that influenced the intention and course of action of behaviors to overcome the suicide crises. Conclusion: Our findings, from the exploration of the experiences of case managers, provide an in-depth understanding of the reinforcing factors for overcoming suicide among late adolescents. They provide useful preliminary data for the development of effective suicide prevention programs for the adolescents.

The behavior of walking involves our action of seeing things. It is the intention of this research that the cognitive process of perceiving things along the path can affect the way we sense the length of the journey. The theory generally accepted in this line of thought is the 'feature accumulation theory'. It assumes that if the journey includes many objects or memorable features, then our memory recalls that journey much farther than it really was. This study set up a real-life experiment by asking university students about their mental memory of the two different routes in the campus. One is a longer path that has not much to look at except trees and the other a shorter path yet with many buildings, sign boards and street furnitures. The subjects processed their mental image in the brain based on their experience. They showed a strong tendency that the path with more features were remembered longer while that with less features shorter. More interestingly, it was found that as their experience increases, they become more accurate about the exact length of the questioned paths. The result corroborates the theory that human perception of space is based on the topological understanding of surroundings rather than geometric understanding.

Excavators are construction machines used for digging soil, transporting soil, dismantling buildings and clearing the ground at construction sites. There are various attachments attached to the arm end of the excavator and used for various operations. There are the most common types of buckets attached for excavation and other types of attachments used for foresting, road cleaning, snow removal, and waste disposal. When multiple types of work are done at the same time, several attachments must be replaced and a device called a quick coupler is used to reduce replacement time. Although a quick coupler reduces the replacement time of the Attachment, it is necessary to attach safety devices to prevent unintentional detachment of attached attachments during the operation. To prevent the attachment from leaving or falling regardless of the operator's intention, support is installed in the hook of the bucket pin and controlled through a separate hydraulic cylinder to ensure safety. When attaching an attachment, it shall be attached without any action. This study is intended to verify the design validity of safety devices to prevent falls of attachments occurring at construction sites.

With recent advances in media technology, the creation of a relatively new service, N-screen, has been realized. N-screen provides seamless connections among various media and enables users to enjoy entertainment content at any time and any location. With such recent advances comes opportunity; therefore, for those N-screen service providers who have established an early edge in the ICT industry, it is imperative that they maintain this and stay ahead of the ensuing competition. In this context, the objective of this study is two-fold; first, we aim to find factors influencing the behavior of existing and potential N-screen service users, and then second, to examine the differences in how these factors operate within the two user types. The results of this study show that the perceived value and subjective norm are important influencers in both user types. However, price fairness and innovativeness are only influential on the attitude and intention of potential users, while some aspects of media usage have only significant influences on the behavior and loyalty of existing users. Based on these results, we provide some implications for both researchers and practitioners who wish to better understand the nature of N-screen users.

This article explored the bank's responsibilities in electronic payment system between Korea and U.S.A. In order to complete my research object, I used Article 4A of the U.C.C. and EFTA of 1978 and by Electronic Financial Transaction Act of Korea as a analytic instruments. I also adapted America's various regulations to regulate concerned parties(banks). The system of this article is going to display as fellows; First, I presented recent trend and legal stabilities of electronic payment in this article. Second, I focuses on the allocation of risk of loss caused by ambiguous term in payment orders that do not express the subjective intention of the senders. I also did analyze the solution procession of error occurring in course of send of payment order. Third, In any action which involves a customers's liability for an unauthorized electronic fund transfer, the burden of proof is upon the financial institution to show that the electronic fund transfer was authorized. Forth, Customers have to report the error and unauthorized electronic fund transfer after awaring of it. Then bank will be liable for such a unauthorized electronic fund transfer. But If customer's failure to report, the bank has exemptions. Lastly, In order to prevent or detect the unauthorized electronic fund transfer, bank will agree with custom to establish a commercially reasonable security procedure, while bank has duties to notify in order to decrease the loss resulted from unauthorized payment order in korea law.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the entropic measures could cause the organization to increase the entropy. The organization as an open system has a tendency to input new energy to adapt itself to the change in its surroundings. This intention of inputting energy into organization is based on the second law of thermodynamics, the laws of entropy.Entropy is a measure of disorder, or a measure of progressing towards thermodynamic equilibrium. The entropy of an isolated system increases. Organizations have to open to their environment, have to do something to reduce their entropy. But, this attempt to reduce entropy entails another entropy. This study shows the side effects by giving examples of illegal receipt of worker's compensation insurance. The implications through the cases of illegal receipt of workers' compensation are as follows. Firstly, organizational policy is that inaction in itself may be the best policy, unless we always think the action best. Secondly, public organization should be careful in substituting business management in the private sector such as customer satisfaction(CS) for the value in public sector. Thirdly, the setting the expiration date of organizational policy could be the way to slow down the degree of entropy.

The purpose of this study is about the influence of the Service quality on the customer loyalty depending on the customer value(social and psychological value, functional value) because of the dynamic business environment is react quickly and flexibly, many of today's companies are required to consult an expert. According to the circumstances, Service Firms(Hotel) should be provide a differentiated service for each customer. And this paper attempt to theoretical organize and take advantage of practical in Service industry. The questionaries of 154 from the companies which have received Service in 3 years in the metropolis and small and medium-sized cities were used to test hierarchical regression model with mediating effects of customer value between Service quality and Customer loyalty by SPSS(PASW) 18.0 version. From these analyses, the following results were obtained: First, social-psychological value have partially mediated effect on the tangibility, responsibility, assurance and customer loyalty. Second, functional value have partially mediated effects on the between tangibles, reliability and customer loyalty. The result suggests that 'tangibility', 'reliability', 'responsibility', 'assurance', 'empathy' are the most important factors to affect customer loyalty, and there are partially mediated effects of customer intention between Service quality and Customer loyalty. In conclusion, to improve the specific and actual meaning and value about the Hotel service quality and to give the suggestions on the Hotel's marketing communication by understanding the customer action.

Platform lending or online lending, sometimes called peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, arose due to the digital revolution to meet people's requirements for simple fund borrowing. It quickly became an alternative to other traditional lending techniques, for example, loans banks. Along with the growth of P2P lending, several academics have investigated how information technology is used in financial services, emphasizing extended application methods. This study proposes an enhanced technology acceptance model (TAM) that investigates how consumers embrace P2P lending platforms by using quality of service and perceived risk as drivers of trust, relative advantage and compatibility as drivers of perceived usefulness. For the purpose of this study, we created a questionnaire, distributed it to clients of P2P lending platforms and fintech services in general in cities in Java, Indonesia. We received 290 replies to our questionnaire. The data was analyzed to test the hypotheses using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings show that consumers' trust, relative advantage, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use in P2P lending platforms substantially affect their views toward adoption. The research's findings are useful for fine-tuning platform marketing strategies and putting strategic goals into action.

This paper explored the characters in spin-off works that are becoming a hot topic not only in Korea but also in the world. I would like to find out whether there are changes in the character in the original and the character's character and behavior in the spin-off work, and if there are changes, for what reason the changes occur. The subjects of the study were "Puss in Boots" and "Minions," which released a number of spin-off works based on the original. As analysis tools, we used the five-step theory of need by Abraham H. Maslow and the behavioral model of Greimas. As a result, in the spin-off work, Minions and Puss have shifted away from the role of facilitator in the original and become subjective characters. According to Maslow's theory of needs, the analysis also confirmed that this appears as an action to satisfy the needs of belonging, love, respect, and self-realization beyond basic physiological and safety needs. This change allowed him to develop a more independent and proactive personality and behavior, and be at the center of the story. This is the result of reflecting the production team's intention and audience expectations to provide audiences with deeper characters and richer stories. is analyzed.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the conceptual definition and attributes of 'Taeoom' (or workplace bullying) inflicted to newly employed nurses in Korea. Method: Walker & Avant(2011)'s eight-stage process was used to perform a conceptual analysis of 'Taeoom'. Literature review of 40 studies published between Jan. 2009 and March 2018 published in Korea was followed by the in-depth interview with nine newly employed hospital nurses and the ex-post review of results by nursing experts. Findings: 'Taeoom' was associated with five attributes: (1) bullying for no reason, (2) peer rejection for no reason, (3) decreased physical function and psychological withdrawal, and (4) verbal abuse, defamation and nagging, (5) impotent feeling due to power imbalance. Four antecedents found in this study include offensive action, distrust, power imbalance, and undue workload exceeding capacity. As consequences of Taeoom, negative physical and psychological symptoms and turnover intention were increased while nursing performance was decreased. Conclusion: This study suggests the need for more qualitative researches with more comprehensive approach on Taeoom and the development of effective program to improve the organizational culture in nursing field. This study is significant in that it provides a qualitative but comparative review on the attributes, antecedents and consequences of Taeoom through literature review accompanied by focus group interview and expert review.
