소비자의 페이스북 바이럴 광고 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing Consumer's Sharing Intent of Facebook Viral Advertising)

  • 온라인 동영상 광고 시장의 성장으로, 바이럴 광고가 주목받고 있다. 소비자, 기업, 콘텐츠, 네트워크는 바이럴 광고를 구성하는 네 가지 차원이다. 본 연구는 각 차원에 속한 세부요인들이 바이럴 광고 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 수집한 설문자료에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 바이럴 광고 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 콘텐츠 차원의 설득의도, 기업 차원의 기업-광고이미지 관련성, 소비자 차원의 인지된 자기표현, 그리고 네트워크차원의 교량적 사회 자본으로 나타났다. 콘텐츠 차원의 사회적가치와 네트워크 차원의 결속적사회자본은 유의미한 영향력을 보이지 않았다. 결과적으로 바이럴 광고가 설득의도를 적게 나타낼수록, 광고 이미지와 기업의 이미지 관련성이 높을수록, 소비자가 광고를 공유함으로써 자신의이미지를 원하는대로 표현할 수 있다고 인지할수록, 그리고 소비자가 교량적 사회자본을 많이가지고 있을수록 바이럴 광고에 대한 공유의도를 높게 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 바이럴 광고 구전의도를 주제로 진행한 첫 번째 실증적인 연구이며, 바이럴 광고의 정의와 특징을 체계적으로 정리하여 다양한 차원의 요인들이 바이럴 광고 구전의도에 미치는 영향력을 통합적으로 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 기존의 온라인 구전 관련 연구에서는 드물게 할당표집을 사용하였고, 설문 영상으로 현재 바이럴 광고 소재로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 감동 소재와유머 소재를 사용한 각각의 영상 두 개를 선정하여 결과의 일반화 가능성을 높였다.

군 병원 간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Influencing the Intent to Stay among Military Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effects of grit, nursing work environment, and job esteem on the intent to stay among military hospital nurses. Methods: This study employed a descriptive cross-sectional design. Data were collected from February 7 to 18, 2022 from 232 nurses working at four military hospitals under the Armed Forces Medical Command. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program, and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson coefficient correlations, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: Factors affecting the intent to stay included job esteem (β=.44, p<.001), total clinical experience of more than 10 years (β=.24, p=.001), and nursing work environment (β=.17, p=.009). Conclusion: The results can be used to ensure personnel quality at military medical institutions and can contribute to improving patient safety and medical services. Further, nursing managers need to formulate and implement strategies to foster a positive nursing work environment.

안드로이드 권한과 브로드캐스트 인텐트 매커니즘의 사용 현황 및 보안 취약성 분석 (Analysis of Usage Patterns and Security Vulnerabilities in Android Permissions and Broadcast Intent Mechanism)

  • 구글 안드로이드 플랫폼은 응용프로그램 권한을 이용해 시스템 자원이나 다른 응용프로그램의 컴포넌트 사용을 제어하는 보안 모델을 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 권한 기반 보안 모델에는 사용자의 이해 부족과 개발자의 과도한 권한 요청으로 인한 취약성이 존재한다. 또한 응용프로그램의 내부 컴포넌트간 통신수단인 브로드캐스트 인텐트 메시지의 경우도 시스템 내에서 광범위하게 사용되는 데 반해 이와 관련된 보안정책이 없다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 응용프로그램 권한과 브로드캐스트 인텐트 매커니즘과 관련된 보안 침해 시나리오를 제시하고, 실제 안드로이드 마켓의 일반 응용프로그램들과 악성 응용프로그램을 대상으로 권한과 브로드캐스트 인텐트의 사용 현황을 분석한다. 분석을 통해 기존 악성 프로그램의 권한 요구사항과 브로드캐스트 인텐트 리시버의 등록 사항에 관한 특성 집합을 추출할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이 결과를 바탕으로 설치 시점에 악성 프로그램의 특성 집합을 이용해 악성 프로그램일 가능성이 높은 프로그램들을 추출하여 사용자에게 공지할 수 있는 안드로이드 플랫폼 수정 방안을 제안한다.

The Relationship between Employees' General Characteristics, Workplace Harassment, and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel

  • This study investigated workplace harassment perceived by deluxe hotel employees, examined its effect on their turnover intent, and verified difference in workplace harassment perception according to demographics and job characteristics. Based on total 248 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and validity using SPSS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using regression analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, the disrespectful behavior(${\beta}=.362$), verbal aggression(${\beta}=.336$), and physical aggression(${\beta}=.135$) among workplace harassment have positive effect on turnover intent. Also, according to the result of examining differences in perception of workplace harassment in accordance with employees' demographics and job characteristics, the average values of those in their 20s and those whose working experience was five years or shorter were lowest and they were most exposed to workplace harassment. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

간호대학생의 테크노 스트레스가 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향: 스트레스 대처의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Technostress on Intent-to-persist in Nursing College Students: Focusing on the Stress Coping)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of technostress on intent-to-persist focusing on the stress coping in nursing college students. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was conducted with a survey of 153 nursing college students attending a university. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, hierarchical analysis, and sobel test were performed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 for Windows. Results: The factor mediating technostress and intent-to-persist in nursing college student was emotion-focused coping behavior. Moreover, this mediating factor had a complete mediating effect between technostress and intent-to-persist in nursing college students. Conclusion: Based on this result, it will be necessary to develop educational strategies about smart device use and environmental supports that help them communicate about problems.

조모의 손자녀 돌봄 의도에 미치는 돌봄 경험의 영향 : 동거여부에 따른 비교 (The Influence of the Caregiving Experience on Grandmothers' Caregiving Intent for Grandchildren, with Regard to Co-residence)

  • This study was conducted in order to understand grandmothers' intent of caring for working mothers' children and the influence of related variables with regard to living arrangements. The data was collected from 245 grandmothers who have been caring for their grandchildren for more than 6 months. The data was analyzed by mean, t-test, x2-test, and logistic regression analysis. The results were as follows: first, as to whether the grandmothers were willing to take care of their grandchildren again, 56.5% answered "yes", while 43.5% were not willing to do so. Those who were not living together with their grandchildren were more likely to answer positively. Second, it was found upon analysis that the significant variables of the experience differed according to grandmothers' residential status. In the case of co-residing grandmothers, the significant variables were the number and age of the grandchildren, their relationship, satisfaction, and feeling of burden, while only satisfaction was significant in non-co-residing grandmothers' cases. This implies that the more satisfaction the non-co-residing grandmothers experience, the more likely they are willing to take care of their grandchildren again. As for the co-residing grandmothers, it implies that the characteristics of the grandchildren, satisfaction, and feeling of burden, all influence their caregiving intent for the next time.

국립대학교병원의 환자만족도 및 재이용 의사 결정요인 (Determinants of Patient Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit at National University Hospitals in Korea)

  • This study purports to investigate the determinants of patient satisfaction and intent to revisit at national university hospitals in Korea. A total of 8 independent variables for outpatients, 9 independent variables for inpatients, and an intervening variable of overall patient satisfaction were selected through literature review. The independent variables for outpatients contain the level of satisfaction with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, administrative procedure, medical cost, physical environment, facility convenience. and health recovery. With regard to the independent variables for inpatients, the quality of ward services was added to those of outpatients. Each variable contains 3 to 8 items measuring the level of satisfaction with various aspects of the variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 879 outpatients and 821 inpatients. Data were collected with interview survey and analyzed using path analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1) The following variables have significantly positive effect on the intent to revisit of outpatients: health recovery, overall satisfaction, satisfaction with physicians, and ancillary staff. 2) The following variables have significantly positive effect on the intent to revisit of inpatients: health recovery, satisfaction with nurses and physicians, overall satisfaction, and administrative procedure. 3) The following variables of admission procedure, satisfaction with ancillary staff, facility convenience, quality of ward services were found to have significantly positive effect only on the level of overall satisfaction, even though they do not have significant total effect on the intent to revisit. The results of the study indicate that national university hospitals in Korea should make an effort to improve the satisfactory level of patients with clinical outcome, services provided by physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff, and the quality of administrative procedure for enhancing the intent to revisit of patients.

장애인복지시설 종사자의 인간관계가 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Human Relations of Employees in Welfare Facilities for the Disabled on Turnover Intent: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지시설 종사자의 인간관계가 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충남 및 대전시 소재 장애인복지관 종사자 367명의 설문조사 결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 장애인복지관 종사자의 이직의도에 대해 인간관계는 부적 방향으로, 직무만족은 부적 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 이 영향 관계에서 직무만족의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지관 종사자의 이직을 예방하거나 해결하기 위한 실천적·정책적인 방안을 제시하였다.

인유두종 바이러스와 관련된 낙인, 수치심과 검사의도의 영향요인 (Factors Associated with Human Papillomavirus related Stigma, Shame, and Intent of HPV Test)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors associated with HPV (Human Papillomavirus) related stigma, shame and intent to have HPV test among adult women. Methods: Data were collected from December 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010, and participants were 324 women who visited an obstetric gynecologic clinic. They anticipated testing positive for HPV. Then HPV related stigma, shame, intent to have HPV testing and HPV knowledge were measured. Descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test and multivariate adjusted logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results: The levels of stigma and shame were higher than average. Intent to have HPV test was high and HPV knowledge was low. Women who answered that HPV is not sexually transmitted had lower HPV stigma than did women who answered they didn't know (OR=0.20, 95%CI 0.06-0.68). Women with lower stigma showed lower intent to have HPV test than women with higher stigma (OR=0.46, 95%CI 0.26-0.82). Conclusion: Basic HPV information should be fully understood for women especially prior to HPV test. Normalizing HPV stigma is necessary for women who perceive HPV as sexually transmitted and women intending to have HPV test.

일개 대학병원 간호사의 무선정보기술 사용의도 영향 요인 (Determinants of the Intent to Use a Wireless Technology of a University Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate determinants of intent to use a wireless information technology(WIT) of University Hospital Nurses. The independent variables used in the study are usefulness, compatibility, social environment, perceived readiness, technical readiness, organizational readiness and socio-demographic characteristics. The dependent variable is the intent to use a wireless information technology(WIT). The sample used in this study consisted of 297 nurses selected from a university hospital located in Wonju, Gangwon-do, Korea Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that 5 independent variables of usefulness, compatibility, perceived readiness, technical readiness, and organizational readiness were found to have significant effects on the nurses' intent to use a WIT. As a conclusion, it is important to make organizational, clinical, and technical environment WIT-friendly prior to applying WIT to hospital nurses. In addition, it is also important to provide an education and training for nurses to improve their skill of using WIT and to make the new WIT compatible with the existing nursing information system.
