크레인 기능 부착 지능형 유압 굴삭기 시스템 개발 (Development of Intelligent Hydraulic Excavator System with Crane Function)

  • The hydraulic excavators are mainly applied for excavating, public works, quarrying, etc. In some of the construction site, however, they are used for crane works of relatively light materials, although the crane works by the hydraulic excavators are forbidden by law due to the safety reasons. The major construction equipment companies in forward countries have been developing the new systems, e.g. crane works by the hydraulic excavators, and they are working in the construction site. Therefore, the new system of crane works by the hydraulic excavators should be developed for the domestic construction site in order to prevent the accident. In this paper, the fundamental study and experiment are accomplished for the crane system application on the hydraulic excavators.

  • Current Western-dominated paradigms of technology are based on a reductionstic view, i.e., machines evolve to an intelligent but isolated object form by serially integrating precise subtechnology, humans and the environment through K rperlichkeit(corporeality or philosophy of Mom), is explored. Parallelism based on holism and embodiment, and relative interactions based on correspondence and interrelationships, are the key ideas in the proposed paradigm. An interactive system, called the Emotional intelligence Interface and Performance System(EIPS), is proposed and implemented to explore the proposed interactive technology paradigm. Also, recent collaborations by ASTA(Arts, Sciences & Technology in Asia), an interdisciplinary project team of artists and engineers, are introduced to demonstrate these explorations.

  • In modern plant lndustry, dignosis system is an essential implement because a human operator cannot check the state of system all the time. The recent facility needs a computer system which is able to replace and extense the function of the human expert. Checking the state of the plant system, the computer system uses signals form sensors attached to the plant systems. But, It is difficult to predict the cause of the failure from the sensing signals. Because the relationship among the signals cannot be easily represented by mathematical models. So expert system based on a fuzzy rule and Neural network method is sugguested. Expert system decide whether aa state of the system is ordinary of failure by the evaluation of the signals. If the state of the system is unstable, expert system preprocess the signals. When fault is occurred in the machine, the expert system dignoses the state of the system and find the cause as a primary tool. If the expert system dose not find the adequate cause successfully, neural network system uses the preprocessed signals as an input and propose a cause of the failure.

DSP를 이용한 유도전동기 디지털 제어시스템 (Digital Control System for Induction Motor Drive Using DSP)

  • This paper presents a implementation of digital motion control system for induction motor vector drives using the 16bit DSP TMS320F240. The DSP controller enable enhanced real time algorithm and cost-effective design of intelligent controllers for motors which can be yield enhanced operation, fewer system components, lower system cost, increased efficiency and high performance. The system presented are speed and current sensing, sine look-up table and generated SVPWM by fully integrated control software. The developed system in a implementation are shown a good speed response and motion control characteristic results, and high performance features in general purposed 2.2[kW] machine. The system can be adapted variform motor drive system.

트래버스 연삭의 최적 제어시스템 (Optimal Control System of Traverse Grinding)

  • 본 논문에서는 DEA(Differential Evolution Algorithm)기법을 이용하여 트래버스 연삭의 최적 조건을 선정하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 최적 연삭 조건 선정을 위한 가격함수는 가공 경비, 생산율 및 표면 거칠기 등의 다중 함수식을 이용하였다. 또한 연삭 조건에 대한 구속 조건으로 열 손상 효과, 가공 툴의 강성, 연삭 휠 마모 상수 및 표면 거칠기 등을 고려하였다. 알고리즘의 구현은 산업현장에서 널리 사용되는 LabView소프트웨어를 사용하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 GA알고리즘의 결과와 비교하여 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 웹정보검색의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 기계학습알고리즘을 이용한 지능형정보검색 시스템을 구현하고 있다. 구체적으로. 수학분야 질의어 및 적합한 문서를 선정해서 이 자료를 토대로 어떻게 귀납학습알고리즘과 신경망을 적용할 수 있는지를 검토하고 있다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 신경망시스템 설계시 성능에 영향을 미치는 입.출력노드수, 은닉층, 학습매개변수등 다양한 요소를 경험적방법을 통해 검토하고 있다.

PRISM 신뢰성 예측규격서를 이용한 전자부품(PCB) 신뢰도 예측 (Reliability prediction of electronic components on PCB using PRISM specification)

  • The reliability prediction and evaluation for general electronic components are required to guarantee in quality and in efficiency. Although many methodologies for predicting the reliability of electronic components have been developed, their reliability might be subjective according to a particular set of circumstances, and therefore it is not easy to quantify their reliability. In this study reliability prediction of electronic components, that is the interface card, which is used in the CNC(Computerized Numerical Controller) of machine tools, was carried out using PRISM reliability prediction specification. Reliability performances such as MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure), failure rate and reliability were obtained, and the variation of failure rate for electronic components according to temperature change was predicted. The results obtained from this study are useful information to consider a counter plan for weak components before they are used.

  • The introduction of newly developed intelligent and user-friendly robotics has opened a new era in shipbuilding. Together with traditional and low-cost mechanization a record level of welding automation rate has been achieved in the construction of cruise vessels. In the paper modem applications and recent developments of welding automation and robotics in shipbuilding have been described and some forecast for the future trends are given. Development in the field of shipyards will be continued with accelerated speed and we shall have interesting prospects for the near future. New laser techniques can boost the shipyards in a revolutional way when production is rapidly changing, materials will be lighter and quality demands are becoming more strict.

  • A new method for on-line induction motor fault detection is presented in this paper. This system utilizes unsupervised-learning clustering algorithm, the Dignet, proposed by Thomopoulos etc., to learn the spectral characteristics of a good motor operating on-line. After a sufficient training period, the Dignet signals one-phase ground fault, or a potential failure condition when a new cluster is formed and persists for some time. Since a fault condition is found by comparison to a prior condition of the machine, on-line failure prediction is possible with this system without requiring information on the motor of load characteristics.

  • Recently, there have been studied the importance of the grounding system, as electrical equipments installed in the building, such as intelligent building. The object of grounding of electrical facilities is to protect human and machine damage from the power supply interruption high voltage by use of the accident current dissipating into the ground. In this paper, we is proposed to design of grounding system with economical efficiency in electric rolling stocks facilities. To make efficient ground, ground potential rise must be controlled in the way of overall lowering and evenness instead of independent grounding method with respect to electrical facilities.
