임상간호사의 일터영성과 감성지능이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Workplace Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Clinical Nurses)

  • Objectives : This study was done to identify the influences of workplace spirituality and emotional intelligence on the organizational citizenship behavior of clinical nurses. Methods : The subjects were 230 clinical nurses, working over 6 months in four general hospitals in three cities. Data were obtained from March 20 to March 30, 2016, with a self-report questionnaire, and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results : The factors related to the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses were workplace spirituality(${\beta}$=.36), emotional intelligence(${\beta}$=.29), 40 years of age or higher(${\beta}$=.26), working in a special ward(${\beta}$=.11), and turnover intention(${\beta}$=.10). These variables explained 61.6% of the variance in organizational citizenship behavior of nurses. Conclusions : In order to improve the quality of nursing services and business performance in hospital organizations, it is necessary to enhance workplace spirituality and emotional intelligence. This would lead to promoting organizational citizenship behavior through the development and application of intervention programs from a nursing organization perspective.

외식 종사원의 사회지능과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Employees' Social Intelligence and Positive Psychology Capital in Foodservice Industry on Job Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of social intelligence and positive psychology capital in foodservice employees on job satisfaction and to analyze whether employees' positive psychology capital plays a moderating role between social intelligence and job satisfaction. Based on total 316 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and verified a total of 2 hypotheses and 1 proposition using the SPSS program. The results showed that social awareness (${\beta}$=0.546) and social skill (${\beta}$=0.152) in foodservice employees, were indicated to have positive (+) influence upon job satisfaction. And, employees' positive psychology capital (${\beta}$=0.307) had a significant positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction. However, the effect of the employees' social intelligence upon job satisfaction was not found to be moderated by positive psychology capital. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

임상 간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 직무착근도가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Emotional Intelligence, Self-leadership, and Job Embeddedness on Nursing Work Performance)

  • Objectives : This study investigated the influences of emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness on the work performance of clinical nurses. Methods : A survey was conducted with 258 hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The mean scores were $4.64{\pm}0.6$ for emotional intelligence, $3.41{\pm}0.42$ for self-leadership, $3.11{\pm}0.52$ for job embeddedness, and $3.49{\pm}0.51$ for nursing work performance respectively. Nursing work performance was positively correlated with emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting nursing work performance were self-expectation, fit, understanding of self-emotion, links, self-compensation, and age. Conclusions : The results indicate that self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion are very important factors in nursing work performance. Therefore, nurse managers should enhance nurses self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion by developing various emotional sensitivity and support programs.

The Urgency of Business Agility During COVID-19 Pandemic: Distribution of Small and Medium Business Products and Services

  • Purpose: Business agility is an important key to survival for SMEs in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesian local product distribution and service distribution are mostly served by SMEs. Agile businesses will be able to assist them in the proper distribution of products and services. This research examines how the direct and indirect influence of IT capabilities on business agility through organizational learning and business intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses SEM method with SmartPLS tool. The sample of this research was conducted on small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. The sample obtained in this study was 202 SME owners or managers (strategic level). Results: Business intelligence plays a key role in improving business agility. The results of IT capability can directly and indirectly affect business agility through organizational learning. Conclusions: Business intelligence has the biggest role in increasing business agility in SMEs in Indonesia. IT capability has an indirect effect on business agility through organizational learning. The findings of this study prove that IT capabilities do not indirectly affect business agility through business intelligence.

  • Recently, data analysis technology through artificial intelligence is attracting major attention in various industrial fields. In addition, with the increase in personal income, nowadays, the importance of heterogeneous leisure life is becoming more prominent. However, there is a problem that the tourism industry is not out of the traditional service framework. For the ultimate development of the tourism industry, it is time to provide more scientific and systematic tourism services. In this paper, various data analysis techniques in the field of computer science are applied to the field of tourism to realize next generation tourism services. To this end, the scope of this study is limited to the aviation service, and a natural ecosystem of the aviation industry for future-oriented services of aviation tourism that can improve the efficiency of aviation service gradually is established. The proposed method effectively solves the problems of traditional aviation services through data analysis techniques with artificial intelligence techniques in computer science. We expect that it will enhance the customized satisfaction of customers through personalized service and foster loyal customers in aviation companies through the method proposed.

  • The advanced technology called Telematics appeared with the development of automobile industries and IT technologies. In Telematics it is important to offer good quality information to the car which loads the terminal, so in this paper, for this, we propose the intelligent information service method using artificial intelligence(A. I.). In this paper, through the concept of multi-agent, we represent Telematics system and show the interaction between information service center and a terminal for smooth information service. Finally, we mention the way that Telematics should persue for the enhancement of information service.

ChatGPT 사용 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인: 신뢰성의 매개효과 (Factors Influencing User's Satisfaction in ChatGPT Use: Mediating Effect of Reliability)

  • Recently, interest in ChatGPT has been increasing. This study investigated the factors influencing the satisfaction of users using ChatGPT service, a chatbot system based on artificial intelligence technology. This paper empirically analyzed causality between the four major factors of service quality, system quality, information quality, and security as independent variables and user satisfaction of ChatGPT as dependent variable. In addition, the mediating effect of reliability between the independent variables and user's satisfaction was analyzed. As a result of this research, except for information quality, among the quality factors, security and reliability had a positive causality with use satisfaction. Reliability played a mediating role between quality factors, security, and user satisfaction. However, among quality factors, the mediating effect of reliability between service quality and user's satisfaction was not significant. In conclusion, in order to increase user satisfaction with new technology-based services, it is important to create trust among users. The research results sought to emphasize the importance of user trust in establishing development and operation strategies for artificial intelligence systems, including ChatGPT.

Analysis of the Status of Artificial Medical Intelligence Technology Based on Big Data

  • The role of artificial medical intelligence through medical big data has been focused on data-based medical device business and medical service technology development in the field of diagnostic examination of the patient's current condition, clinical decision support, and patient monitoring and management. Recently, with the 4th Industrial Revolution, the medical field changed the medical treatment paradigm from the method of treatment based on the knowledge and experience of doctors in the past to the form of receiving the help of high-precision medical intelligence based on medical data. In addition, due to the spread of non-face-to-face treatment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is expected that the era of telemedicine, in which patients will be treated by doctors at home rather than hospitals, will soon come. It can be said that artificial medical intelligence plays a big role at the center of this paradigm shift in prevention-centered treatment rather than treatment. Based on big data, this paper analyzes the current status of artificial intelligence technology for chronic disease patients, market trends, and domestic and foreign company trends to predict the expected effect and future development direction of artificial intelligence technology for chronic disease patients. In addition, it is intended to present the necessity of developing digital therapeutics that can provide various medical services to chronically ill patients and serve as medical support to clinicians.

디지털 전환 시대에 IoT 기기와 서비스 정보 격차 실태 연구 (A Study on the Reality of IoT Device and Service Information Gap in the Era of Digital Transformation)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 시대에 사물인터넷(IoT) 기기와 서비스에 대한 정보 격차를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 사물인터넷 기기와 서비스에 대한 미래 이슈를 전망하는 인식의 차이를 분석하고, 사물인터넷 기기와 서비스에 대한 인지도와 사용경험에 따른 디지털 기술의 필요성과 삶의 도움에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 교육수준과 교육수요를 분석하였다. 광주광역시와 전라남도에 거주자를 대상으로 2021년 2월 15일부터 3월 7일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 232명이 응답하였다. SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였고, 모든 통계값은 평균값으로 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지능정보사회 인지도에 따른 지능정보사회 미래이슈, 인공지능기기 및 서비스로 제공 받는 삶의 도움, 지능정보기술 필요성 차이를 제시하였다. 둘째, 인공지능기기의 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 인공지능으로 부터 제공 받는 삶의 도움 차이를 제시하였다. 셋째, 인공지능서비스의 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 인공지능으로 부터 제공 받는 삶의 도움 차이를 제시하였다. 넷째, 인공지능기술 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 필요성 차이를 제시하였다. 다섯째, 지능정보사회의 교육수준과 교육수요를 조사하여 제시하였다. 이러한 연구를 결과를 통하여 디지털 트랜스포메이션 시대에 정보 격차 해소를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 도시 지상시설물에 첨단 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 기술을 적용하기 위한 수행 절차와 방법을 다루고 있다. 최근 들어 정부는 u-City 구축사업을 추진함에 있어 그 절차와 방법을 참고할 있는 "u-City IT 인프라 가이드 V1.0"을 제시하였다. 그러나 이는 u-City구축 기본골격에 관한 전반적인 추진 절차를 다루고 있어 u-City 기반시설물의 지능화 과정으로 볼 수 있는 대상시설물별 센서 및 서비스의 제공에 관한 세부적인 절차와 방법을 참고하기가 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 도시 지상시설물을 보다 지능적이고 능동적으로 관리할 수 있는 USN기반 지상시설물의 세부적인 구축절차와 그에 따른 서비스 모델을 제시함으로써 향후 추진되는 u-City 구축 사업의 수행에 기여하고자 한다.
