  • This study for Customer Satisfaction(Customer Focus) by Profit security' in the field Process improvement activity and man-power upgrade in the learning of organization activity or upgrading ability of each peoples. This thesis study on the focus of KAPEC which introduce Toyota system can apply to VM, 3jeong, Right Box and Right Position), 5S, JIT(Just In Time), KAlZEN, KANBAN System, CIM, ERP, DAS an output of Factory. For strategic changes to take place in industry 3 key important factors need to be included ; integration of tasks functions and process, decentralization of information and responsibility and finally simplification of products and product structures. These describes how CIM can be implemented using these factors. This study for (1)System Integration, (2) Help Logistic Problems, (3) Partly facilitated growth.   • Organizations worldwide make efforts to develop their management systems for business functions. The representatives of management systems include quality management system(QMS), environmental manage ment system(EMS) and occupational health and safety management system(OHSMS). Implementing EMS and/or OHSMS in addition to QMS requires the integration of separate management systems in alignment with the organization's strategies and goals. Through the questionnaire survey on Korean marine equipment enterprises, this paper deals with the operational practices of management systems and analyzes perceptions about integrated management system(IMS). We found out the degree of perception is not sufficient enough to prepare background for IMS in Korean marine equipment enterprises. The results contribute to solid understanding and successful implementation of IMS.

  • In this paper, I have proposed a design of process support system based on CMMI process which can support integrated management and repository for CMMI model processes. The system assists small organization to improve business process and offers institutionalized automatic environment to users for use of CMMI processes. The proposed system also can enhance quality and productivity of project by including features such as convenience of project management, planned project administration and steady process improvement.

  • This paper gives an overview of the recent changes of global strategy that was put in place to support the development of a railway command / control system for the railway interoperability, The paper also outlines current projects regarding the future extension of railway management system and compares the train control system.   • The complexity of modern weapon systems using the intelligence technology demands that rapid and effective transition from force requirements to deployment and fielding. Thus this paper deals with the integration of development procedure, evolutionary acquisition, integrated test and evaluation, improvement of the requirements decision process, use of commercial products of high quality and low cost, specification deviation, and the effective use of dual use technology. In general, decision­makers, and military field users shall first consider the moving technology rapidly into use. This study is aimed to improve the defence acquisition management directive for timely force integration of weapon system.

  • Government-Supported Research Institutes(GSRI) have done complex product(CP) development with national needs. The products to be developed have very limited demand. The most important things at CP development are technology innovation through knowledge creation and acquisition. Then, this paper suggests the technology innovation system for CP development. In CP development like satellite, government must do strategic management at national level and technology management at program level. Two managements are tools to achieve the strategic goals. The key points in CP are integration and interface among subsystems and person. From these factors and innovation system, R&D planning and practice are based on sharing and creation of knowledge. CP development projects ought to overlap and parallel for sustainable acquisition and creation of knowledge.

  • The article proves the relevance of developing conceptual frameworks for managing the quality assurance of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants. It is established that the fundamental difference of the logistic approach in management from traditional approaches is the allocation of a single management function of previously separated, disparate material flows, as well as economic, technological, information integration of chain links into a single system capable of effective management of these flows. It is substantiated that the functioning of the enterprise as a logistics system can be represented in the form of a triad of logistics components, namely: supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants is a functional component of the entire logistics system due to the quality of work and interaction of all participants in the implementation of certain activities. The quality of logistics activities will affect the level of economic potential, rationalization and optimization of all logistics flows. It is proved that the management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants involves the following main areas: the introduction of a quality system of logistics processes; development and implementation of the general strategy of quality improvement at the enterprise; internal integration; controlling. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of its participants requires compliance with the following requirements: systematic and comprehensive management of all flow processes; coordination of criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the entire logistics system; dissemination of the use and application of information technology; ensuring partnerships and close interaction of all participants in sales networks.

  • Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) is a new design approach, which aims to reduce the design cycle and the development cost, while improving the performance of the product. In order to develop a framework software where the multidisciplinary design is possible, several methods about the analysis codes integration, the analysis and optimization process management, and the software architecture, are proposed in this study. Centralized DataBase Management System (DBMS) is adopted. Both the Dynamic Link Library(DLL) and the File Interface are suggested and implemented as analysis codes integration methods. To efficiently manage the optimization process and the data flow, the Graphic Programming approach is introduced. The proposed integration methods are verified by two test case examples: Simple house design example and the aircraft wing design problem using three dimensional Panel Code.

  • Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.
