네트워크 보안의 중요성과 필요성이 증대됨에 따라 많은 조직들이 다양한 보안 시스템을 네트워크에 적용하고 있다. 침입 차단 시스템, 침입 탐지 시스템, 취약점 스캐너와 같은 보안 시스템들이 취약성 정보를 공유하게 되면 일관된 통합 보안 환경을 구축할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지 에이전트와 방화벽 에이전트가 계약망 프로토콜(Contract Net Protocol)에 의해서 서로 연동할 수 있는 구조를 디자인하고 구축하려다 계약망 프로토콜은 분산 시스템과 같은 이 기종의 컴퓨터 시스템의 효과적인 연통을 위한 방법으로서 여러 에이전트들이 모여 서로 협력하며 하나의 문제를 해결하게 된다 계약망 프로토콜의 선택 알고리즘과 퍼지 제어기를 사용하였을 경우 성능을 비교함으로써 에이전트 선택에 있어서 보다 효과적인 방법을 제시할 것이다.

국내 대형병원 중심의 통합의료정보시스템은 2000년 초반을 기점으로 부터 처방전달시스템(OCS : Order Communication System)중심에서 전자의무기록(EMR : Electronic Medical Record)시스템을 포함한 시스템으로 확장발전하고 있다. 하지만, 오늘날의 고도화된 의료정보시스템은 정보 사용자의 요구도가 복잡 다양해짐에 따라 단위 시스템으로 개발되어 점차 통합되는 과정에 이르렀고, 이에 따라 대형병원과 같은 복잡한 조직체계에 적합한 의료정보시스템의 권한관리는 해결되어야 할 큰 문제점이다. 또한 다양한 사용자의 적절한 권한관리의 부재로 인하여 개인정보 및 민감정보 노출의 심각성 또한 대두되었다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 과거 병원정보시스템(HIS: Hospital Information System)의 문제점들을 분석하여 의료정보운영 환경에서의 효율적이고 적합한 권한관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 통합의료정보시스템의 특성에 맞는 적합한 권한 관리를 개발하여 대형병원 EMR 시스템에 적용된 사례를 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 차세대 EMR을 비롯한 통합의료정보시스템에 맞는 권한관리 솔루션 개발에 기반이 된다.

정보보호 시스템은 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, FPGA(Field Programmable Array) 디바이스를 이용하여 구현되었다. S/W의 구현은 다양한 정보보호 알고리즘에 대해 높은 유연성을 제공하나 속도, 전력, 안전성 측면에서 매우 취약하며, ASIC 구현은 속도, 전력 측면에서는 매우 우수하지만 구현의 특성상 다양한 보안 플랫폼을 지원할 수 없다. 이러한 문제점들의 상충관계를 개선하기 위해 최근 FPGA 디바이스 상에서의 구현이 많이 이루어 졌다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경에서의 정보보호 서비스를 제공하기위한 정보보호 시스템을 위한 FPGA 기반 하드웨어 가속기를 설계한다. 개발한 정보보호 시스템은 비밀키 암호알고리즘(AES : Advanced Encryption Standard), 암호학적 해쉬(SHA-256 : Secure Hash Algorithm-256), 공개키 암호알고리즘(ECC : Elliptic Curve Cryptography)을 수행할 수 있으며, Integrated Interface에 의해 제어된다. 또한 기존의 시스템에 비해 다양한 정보보호 알고리즘을 지원하여 활용도를 높였으며, 파라미터에 따라 상충관계를 개선 할 수 있기 때문에 저 비용 응용뿐만 아니라 고속의 통신장비에도 적용이 가능하다.

최근 공개 표준과 통합 네트워크에 대한 요구가 증가하며, 하위 제어 계층에서도 이더넷 네트워크를 기반으로 한 시스템의 도입이 증가하고 있다. TCP/IP 기반의 네트워크를 상위 계층에서 하위 제어 계층까지 사용하는 방식으로 확장함으로써 공장 자동화용 애플리케이션을 이더넷 상에서 구현, 상위 관리 프로그램 및 DB 시스템과 직접 연동되는 통합 망 개념의 공장 자동화 시스템을 완성할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템은 공장 자동화 전용 이더넷 제어 시스템의 국제 표준인 Ethernet/IP 표준 시스템을 기반으로 하는 제어용 통신 디바이스를 구현하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템은 CIP의 표준 인터페이스에 기반한 네트워킹 기능을 수행하며, 이더넷 네트워크 환경이 다른 제어 시스템의 규격에 비하여 큰 대역폭을 갖고 있는 시스템이므로 네트워크의 데이터 전송 특성을 상당히 개선됨을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

Network industry is complex combined with various fields of industry, such as communication, broadcast, construction, and home appliances. Moreover, it's fairly lucrative since the growth industry makes lots of added values, interacting with the others. The network industry, usually called 'Ubiquitous', connects some home appliances and makes an integrated system that you can use them with whenever and wherever. A demand for network security, however, has skyrocketed due to the relatively low safety. It's been expected that the market of home security is going to be grown up nearly 30 percent every year. Recently, analog surveilance cameras have been replaced with digital ones, and they will be providing stronger security services taking advantage of mutual interaction with related industies. In this paper, a mobile monitoring system for home security is proposed, which makes it possible to supervise all home appliances wherever you're, using the conventional wired/wireless network infra.

In this paper, we propose the integrated security management framework supporting the trust for the ubiquitous environments. The proposed framework provides the gathering and analysis of the security related information including the location of mobile device and then dynamically configures the security policy and adopts them. More specially, it supports the authentication and delegation service to support the trusted security management for the ubiquitous networks. This system also provides the visible management tools to give the convenient view for network administrator.

We present an experimental implementation of the inexpensive microwave security sensor that can detect both static and slowly moving objects in cluttered environment. The prototype consists of a frequency-modulated continuous wave radar sensor, control board or computer and software. The prototype was tested in a cluttered indoor environment. In case of intrusion or change of environment the sensor will give an alarm, determine the location of new object, change in its location and can detect a slowly moving target. To make a low-cost unit we use commercially available automotive radar and own signal processing techniques for object detection and tracking. The intruder detection is based on a comparison between current 'image' in memory and 'no-intrusion' reference image. The main challenge is to develop a reliable technique for detection of a relatively low-magnitude object signals hidden in multipath clutter echo signals. Various experimental measurements and computations have shown the feasibility and performance of the system.

재난은 점차 복합, 대형화되고 있다. 이러한 재난 발생 시에는 기관 간 상호협업을 통해 신속하게 대응해야한다. 하지만 우리나라는 재난 대응 시 각 분야(기관)별로 지휘체계를 분리해서 운영하고 있어 통합적인 재난대응에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난유형 및 규모에 관계없이 적용 가능한 '한국형 재난현장 통합대응 표준체계'를 개발하였다. 다수기관들이 공통적으로 사용 가능한 표준편제, 표준행동요령(SOP), 표준용어를 개발하였으며, 표준체계를 실현하기 위한 법/제도적 뒷받침의 필요성을 제시하였다. 통합대응 표준체계의 활용을 통해 재난현장의 일원화된 지휘/통제, 기관들의 대응 업무 명확화, 원활한 의사소통이 가능해지며, 재난대응 및 수습을 신속하게 진행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The study develops methodological aspects for modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in development competitive conditions using the model of speed, stability and spaciousness of modernization. Modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in a competitive conditions involves: firstly, the formation of estimated modeling indicators in accordance with the speed, stability and spaciousness of the enterprise's modernization; secondly, establishing the weight of indicators in the assessment system using the tools of cognitive judgment; thirdly, the establishment of reference values of sound evaluation indicators; fourthly, the calculations of the integrated impact assessment of the modernization's determining impact modeling on the enterprise's ensuring economic security in a competitive conditions; fifthly, conducting calculations and analytical summarization of the results. To determine a comprehensive integrated indicator of the modernization changes impact on the competitiveness and economic security of enterprises, we use the correlation method of the calculated value with the reference value, as well as use weights for groups of calculations. Approbation of modeling of determining influence of modernization on maintenance of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions of development by authors was carried out concerning such enterprises, as: JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", SE "Ukraerorukh", SE IA "Boryspil", SE "Ukrposhta", KP "Kyivpastrans".

As the importance and the need for network security is increased, many organization uses the various security systems. They enable to construct the consistent integrated security environment by sharing the vulnerable information among firewall, intrusion detection system, and vulnerable scanner. And Policy-based network provides a means by which the management process can be simplified and largely automated. In this article we build a foundation of policy-based network modeling environment. The procedure and structure for policy rule induction from vulnerabilities stored in SVDB (Simulation based Vulnerability Data Based) is conducted. It also transforms the policy rules into PCIM (Policy Core Information Model).
