We propose the AI Smart Factory Model for integrated management of production processes in this paper .It is an integrated platform system for the production of food packaging containers, consisting of a platform system for the main producer, one or more production partner platform systems, and one or more raw material partner platform systems while each subsystem of the three systems consists of an integrated storage server platform that can be expanded infinitely with flexible systems that can extend client PCs and main servers according to size and integrated management of overall raw materials and production-related information. The hardware collects production site information in real time by using various equipment such as PLCs, on-site PCs, barcode printers, and wireless APs at the production site. MES and e-SCM data are stored in the cloud database server to ensure security and high availability of data, and accumulated as big data. It was built based on the project focused on dissemination and diffusion of the smart factory construction, advancement, and easy maintenance system promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) manufacturing sites while we plan to propose this model in the paper to state funding projects for SMEs.

전세계의 교육공동체들은 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) 과목들을 통합하려는 노력에 주목해오고 있다. 우리나라에서도 또한 과학기술 인재 양성을 위해 초 중등학교에서 과학기술학, 예술, 수학교육(STEAM)을 융합형으로 가르치는 교육을 강조하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 과학, 기술, 수학교사를 대상으로 하여 중등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 통합교육의 현황과 통합 STEM 교육(Integrative STEM Education)에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구를 분석하는 것이다. 전국 중등교사 중 과학, 수학, 기술 교과를 담당하는 251명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 통합 교육의 필요성에 대하여 긍정적인 생각을 가지고 있는 반면 실제 교육현장에서는 통합 교육 준비에 대한 불충분한 시간과 통합 교육에 대한 전문성, 교수경험 그리고 교수-학습 자료의 부족으로 통합 교육을 실시해 본 횟수는 적었다. 둘째, 그들은 통합 교육을 활성화하기 위하여 다양한 프로그램 개발, 통합 교육 준비를 위한 학교의 행 재정적 지원, 그리고 교사들을 위한 연수 실시 등을 요구하였다. 셋째, 통합 STEM 교육에 대한 인식은 전반적으로 불충분하지만 교사들은 학생들의 창의력, 사고력과 실생활에서의 적용 및 응용력을 기르기 위해 통합 STEM 교육이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 넷째, 교사들은 통합 STEM 교육 프로그램 개발, 교수-학습 자료의 보급을 시급한 과제로 생각하고 있다. 다섯째, 교사들은 통합 STEM 교육 프로그램에 적합한 통합 방식은 문제해결중심의 통합 방식으로 나타났다. 아울러, 통합 STEM 교육이 통합적 문제 해결과 담당 교과의 소양 함양에 효과적이라고 생각하며, 과학기술 인재 양성에 영향을 많이 줄 것이라고 생각하고 있었다. STEM 관련 중등교사들의 통합 STEM 교육에 대한 인식을 높이고, 통합 STEM 교육을 활성화하기 위해서 학교 현장을 중심으로 교사의 요구가 반영된 프로그램, 다양한 교수 학습 자료의 보급, 그리고 관련 연수들이 필요하다.

본 연구는 해방 이후 현재까지 우리나라 중학교 사회과교육과정의 변천 과정을 정리하고, 그에 따른 지리교육의 목표와 내용 변화를 통합구조와 수준에 초점을 맞춰 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수요목기부터 제3차 교육과정까지 중학교 사회과교육의 지리, 역사, 일반사회는 분과적으로 운영되었으나 제4차 교육과정에서 제7차 교육과정까지 중학교 사회과교육과정의 실질적 통합 요구가 강해졌다. 2007 개정 교육과정 이후 역사가 사회과교육과정으로부터 과목 독립하고, 학년마다 배치되었던 학제적 통합 단원도 사라지는 등 통합교과로서 사회과교육의 정체성이 흔들렸다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지리와 일반 사회만으로 구성된 중학교 사회과의 기형적 통합구조는 여전히 유지되고 있다. 둘째, 사회과 통합에 대한 요구가 강할수록 각 학문영역 간 시수 확보 경쟁 또한 치열해져 학습자의 학습 부담도 증가했다. 그리고 중학교 사회과 통합구조는 지리학과 지리교육의 간극을 점차 벌렸고, 지식과 학생 경험의 괴리도 넓혔다. 이처럼 중학교 사회과 통합구조는 지리교육과정의 목표와 내용 조직의 상위 요인으로 작용하여 의미 있는 지리교육과정을 개발하는데 걸림돌로 작용했다.

Objective: In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for doctors and patients to obtain basic data necessary for the development of an integrated medical system for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods: Questionnaires were developed separately for doctors and patients through an expert group meeting. The survey subjects were recruited online and offline, and finally, responses from 231 doctors and 59 patients were used for statistical analysis. Results: The most important parts in the treatment of IPF for both doctors and patients were the "improvement of respiratory symptoms," "improvement of quality of life," and "prevention of disease progression." Antifibrotic agents were prescribed at a high rate, and 100% of the specialists in Western medicine (WM) and 45.8% of patients reported experiencing side effects. As for the additional payment costs that patients considered as affordable for an integrated medical system, "under 50,000 won (about 38$)" was reported the most in both doctor and patient groups. With regard to the reasons for their reluctance to recommend an integrated medical system for IPF, specialists in WM responded highly to "uncertain evidence for treatment effectiveness." Regarding complementary and alternative medicine therapies that can be beneficial in patients with IPF, "lifestyle management," "diet management," "herb," "relaxation therapy," and "psychotherapy" were ranked high in both doctor and patient groups. Conclusions: In this study, a questionnaire survey on IPF was conducted to review actual treatment status, analyze shortcomings, and identify considerations for the development of an integrated medical system for IPF in the future.

Widely tunable diodes integrated with periodically sampled and chirped DBR(distributed Bragg reflector) and an EA(electroabsorption) modulator are analyzed dynamically using the improved largesinal time-domain model. The tuning characteristics of sampled- and chirped-grating DBR laser diodes are demonstrated theoretically. The results of the simulation agree well with those of the experiment. And the intensity-modulation properties of the laser diodes integrated with an EA modulator are calculated. It is shown that the external modulation has the lower frequency chirp by 1/20 for the same extinction ratio than the direct modulation, and also the short pulse train can be generated using the optical gating of an EA modulator.

Necessity to install control towers has been studied to acquire overseas energy resources and to secure funds. At present, domestic energy companies do business independently. Institutions which support plant EPC companies as partners of package deal are separated. This causes the low records at package deal for overseas resources acquisition. Except UK and USA, nations which have major companies developed overseas energy resources early by promoting a large national company. Consequently, they currently have good records. This study suggests the necessities to install integrated control tower for overseas energy resources acquisition and securing funds and the following are the ways ; 1) promote a large national company by consolidation of separate energy companies, 2) install plant EPC promotion department which support private plant EPC companies, 3) make a integrated control tower in high level government office to connect between a large national company and plant EPC promotion department.

The aim of this paper is to show the possibilities of the proficiency -based and integrated teaching of High School English reading and listening based on sense group and utterance restructuring. The proficiency -based and integrated listening and reading activities in stages are as follows. Step1, students fill in the blanks with strong or weak sounding words according to their abilities. Step2, speak along (track) based on restructuring and post-lexical phenomena while listening to the sentence. Step3, read and understand directly the passage, which have been marked the differentiated places where a native speaker of English would beat all likely to pause. Students need to listen to spoken English, so they recognize words in written and spoken form. They must be familiar with suprasegmental features, stress and rhythm, and post-lexical phenomena during reading activities.

형태 변형이 가능한 스마트 디바이스 관련 기술이 급성장하고 있다. 스마트폰과 스마트패드의 등장이 사용자들의 콘텐츠 활용방식에 큰 영향을 끼쳤던 것과 같이 스마트 디바이스의 형태 변형은 사용자들의 콘텐츠 활용 경험에 많은 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 미래 디바이스의 형태변화 유형을 Bendable, Foldable, Stretchable, Squishable로 정의하고 형태 변형을 인터랙션 관점에 따라 Input과 Output의 영역으로 분류하며, 분류된 유형별 특성을 기존 연구를 기반으로 콘텐츠 경험의 관점에서 분석하여 향후 각 유형별로 형태 변화가 콘텐츠 조작 및 소비에 미치는 영향을 정립 및 예측하였다.

In this paper, the wavelet denoising techniques using thresholding method are applied to the low cost micro electromechanical system (MEMS)-global positioning system(GPS) integrated system. This was done to improve the navigation performance. The low cost MEMS signals can be distorted with conventional pre-filtering method such as low-pass filtering method. However, wavelet denoising techniques using thresholding method do not distort the rapidly-changing signals. They can reduce the signal noise. This paper verified the improvement of the navigation performance compared to the conventional pre-filtering by simulation and experiment.

The roll-to-roll (R2R) fabrication method to make micro-scale pillar arrays for biomimetic functionalization of surfaces is presented. Inspired by the micro-structure of plants in nature, a surface with a synthetic micro-scale pillar array is fabricated via maskless photolithography. After the surface is SAM (self-assembled monolayer) coated with trichlorosilane in a vacuum desiccator, it displays a hydrophobic property even in R2R replicas of original substrate, whose properties are further characterized using various pitches and diameters. In order to perform a comparison between the original micro-pattern and its replicas, surface morphology was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and wetting characteristics were measured via a contact angle measurement tool with a $10{\mu}L$ water droplet. Efficient roll-to-roll imprinting for a biomimetic functionalized surface has the potential for use in many fields ranging from water repelling and self-cleaning to microfluidic chips.
