This paper is focused on the desirable improvement schemes of the local network of information and telecommunication network. In this study, we examined whether polices of information and telecommunication of government have been carried out a desirable programme to meet the public interest, found out several problems in the these policies. Such problems as follows : (1) a system of local information & telecommunication is developing by a Model of Top-Down. In the present management system, an interest of the public of local society about the local telecommunication network is a much lower level, (2) there is no general controlling roll of the local information & telecommunication, (3) there is no service controlling system of local telecommuni-cation, and (4) there is no organic coordinating system of inter-departments in the central government level. In order to resolve these problems, this study suggests a few desirable sxhemes for the local telecommunication : (1) an establishment of middle-long range planning for the integrated future network of info-telecommunication, (2) an organizing of telecommunication network being suitable for the local characteristics toward B-ISDN.

This manuscript treats a new paradigm for the Korean health care system. We give an account of innovative health care delivery and payment models widely discussed in the contemporary US accountable care organization and coordinated care organization. In doing so, we explore a new health care model amenable to foreseeable changes to the health care system. We propose creating an integrated health care system in which the network of health care providers delivers coordinated and comprehensive care for enrolled patients residing within the geographic boundaries served by the provider network; providers may participate voluntarily in one or more networks and assume shared responsibility for patient care and cost; provider networks compete with each other based on cost and quality; and consumers are allowed to choose a network. We expect that the new paradigm will create a financially-sustainable system that assures quality of care and improves patient experience, minimizing the existing system-wide inefficiency through cross-network competition and within-network care coordination.

Network RTK-GPS 방식을 이용하여 거리별 수직위치결정 한 결과, 종래의 수준측량방법보다 신속 정확하게 취득할 수 있었으며, 비교적 효율적이고, 경제적인 방법으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 상시관측소를 검증한 결과 가시 위성수 및 PDOP(위치정밀도 저하율), 수직위치결정에 영향을 많이 미치는 VDOP(수직정밀도저하율)은 수직위치 결정에 매우 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 통합기준점 U0997과 U0921은 공공수준측량규정 3등급에 만족하였고, 나머지는 모두 부적합한 결과로 분석되었다. Network RTK-GPS를 이용하여 수직위치결정을 측량을 할 때에는 반드시 EGM2008의 지오이드 고를 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 향후 측지위성의 수가 증가한다면, Network RTK-GPS를 이용한 수직위치결정은 전 범위에서 가능하다고 판단된다.

Internet is exposed to network attacks as Internet has a security weakness. Network attacks which are virus, system intrusion, and deny of service, put Internet in the risk of hacking, so the damage of public organization and banking facilities are more increased. So, it is necessary that the security technologies about intrusion detection and controlling attacks minimize the damage of hacking. Router is the network device of managing traffic between Internets or Intranets. The damage of router attack causes the problem of the entire network. The security technology about router is necessary to defend Internet against network attacks. Router has the need of access control and security skills that prevent from illegal attacks. We developed integrated security management framework for secure networking and kernel-level security engine that filters the network packets, detects the network intrusion, and reports the network intrusion. The security engine on the router protects router or gateway from the network attacks and provides secure networking environments. It manages the network with security policy and handles the network attacks dynamically.

This study uses a network approach to investigate the structural characteristics of sub-organizations within public research institutes in order to obtain their implications for organizational structures. We construct a network based on research similarities between sub-organizations because sub-organizations generally build their own research portfolios. We examine how sub-units are organized based on their structural features. The structural features are compared between three public research institutes in different countries: the Korean the Government-funded Research Institutes (GRIs), the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Germany, and the National Laboratories (NLs) in the United States. The structural comparison helps to identify organizational characteristics and to differentiate between them. We found little common ground in the research areas between the GRIs because individual sub-organizations have distinct research portfolios. Therefore, the organizational hierarchy of research in the GRIs is less matured than it is in other public research institutes. This study suggests that the GRIs need to establish integrated strategies in order to strengthen the common knowledge base.

본 논문에서는 서울 대도시권의 대중교통체계를 구성하는 서울 시내버스 시스템과 수도권 지하철 시스템을 통합한 교통망의 각 노드인 버스정류장이나 지하철역의 시간거리 접근성을 계산하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 결과를 분석한다. 서울 대도시권 대중 교통망 그래프의 링크는 승객들이 노드들을 이동하는 데 소요되는 시간을 가중치로 설정하였다. 버스 노선과 지하철 노선의 노드들을 연결하는 링크들의 가중치는 교통카드 트랜잭션 데이터베이스로부터 추출된 노선별 속도에 따라 인접한 노드들 사이의 이동시간으로 설정하고, 승객들이 도보로 이동할 수 있는 일정 거리 이내인 노드들 사이의 링크의 가중치는 승객의 도보 이동 시간으로 설정하였다. 최단 경로의 시간거리를 찾는 알고리즘의 입력으로 링크들의 가중치를 표현한 시간 거리 인접 행렬을 사용하고 그 출력으로 노드들의 최단 시간 거리 행렬을 구하여 각 노드의 접근도와 평균 이동시간을 계산하였다. 2013년도 데이터를 사용한 실험 결과에서 서울 대도시권 대중교통체계 통합 교통망의 노드들의 개수는 서울 시내 600개 버스노선들에 연결되어 있는 버스정류장 15,702개와 수도권 지하철 16개 노선들에 연결된 지하철역 575개를 합하면 16,277개가 된다. 이 논문에서 서울 대도시권 통합 교통망과 이미 연구되었던 서울 시내버스 교통망 및 수도권 지하철 교통망을 평균 접근도와 평균 이동시간 관점에서 비교 분석하였다. 본 논문은 서울 대도시권 대중교통체계의 버스와 지하철 통합 교통망에서 각 노드의 접근도를 계산하는 첫 번째 연구 결과를 서술한다.

IT 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 비약적인 발전에 따라 온라인 게임 환경에서 유선 네트워크와 무선 네트워크의 경계가 사라지고 유 무선 통합 서비스 환경이 도래되고 있다. 그러나 유 무선 통합 서비스 환경에 적합한 보안 기술은 아직 미비한 실정이며, 유 무선 통합 환경의 특성으로 인해 유선 네트워크에서의 보안 위협뿐만 아니라 무선 네트워크에서의 보안 위협까지 고려해야 한다. 따라서 유 무선 통합 환경을 고려한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 그 중 유 무선 환경을 고려한 경량화된 ID 기반 인증 및 키 관리 연구가 진행되었다. 최근 Moon 등은 퍼베시브 환경에서 인증 및 ID 기반 키 관리 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 그러나, Moon 등의 방식은 ID 기반 공개키 방식을 사용하여 연산량을 줄였으나 Pairing 기법을 사용함으로써 기존 공개키 방식과 유사한 연산량을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 Moon 등의 방식에서의 보안 취약점을 분석한다.

We have studied the methods to connect homes with a digital network and apply home automation to education. We presented the possibility of integrated education where public education at school can be extended to home. The hardwares related with home automation are continuously in development. We have demonstrated the materials appropriate for the levels of individual students with home network information, and studied methods of education.

본 연구의 목적은 시간이 경과하면서 통행속도와 같은 교통환경에 나타나는 변화가 대중교통이용자의 시간거리 접근성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울대도시권 대중교통체계의 3개년(2011년, 2013년, 2015년)의 각각 1주일치 통행기록을 담은 교통카드 데이터를 활용한다. 교통카드빅데이터에는 대중교통이용자들의 통행궤적에 대한 시 공간 정보가 담겨 있다. 본 연구에서는 교통카드 자료의 통행시간을 토대로 각 시점의 대중교통체계를 구성하고 있는 지하철 역 및 버스 정류장들 사이의 링크들의 시간거리를 산출한다. 실험 결과로 얻어진 통합 교통망에서 접근도 변화는 두 가지 관점으로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 해가 지날수록 접근도는 떨어지는 경향이 있다. 교통망이 더 복잡해짐으로 차량의 이동 속도가 저하되기 때문이다. 둘째, 요일별 접근도 변화 분석에서 주말에 접근도가 높아지는 경향이 있다. 이것은 버스노선들 상의 버스 속도가 주말에 빨라지기 때문이다. 접근도 변화의 분석을 위해 연도별과 요일별 차량속도와 승객수를 그래프로 설명한다.

This article introduces developing trends of an "Ubiquitous Interface" as an access method for use of various network resources, such as public wireless networks and un-licensed wireless networks in ubiquitous sensor network environments, without troublesome settings or operations by users. "Ubiquitous Interface" is include a relatively wide sense meaning not only physical interface of specified device or between processors, but anything method for access USN. These "Ubiquitous Interface" able to provide seamless services that adapt autonomously to the user's movements and changes in the state of wireless resources. Recently, strongly recommended candidates are RFID, NFC, Multi-mode mobile terminal, Wearable computer and OSGi for integrated digital home networking system as a future ubiquitous interface. These candidates are have to have flexibility and multiple physical communication channel for seamless service hand over and serve easy connection at huge USN to user. And, must have flexible software structure and multi-functional middleware. Consequently, for more enhance performance of an ubiquitous interface and developing, need more structured and integrated future plan.
