  • In order to solve the rapidly increasing domestic delivery volume and various problems in the recent metropolitan area, domestic researchers are conducting research on the development of "Urban Logistics System Using Underground Space" using existing urban railway facilities in the city. Safety analysis and scenario analysis should be performed for the safe system design of the new concept logistics system, but the scenario analysis techniques performed in previous studies so far do not have standards and are defined differently depending on the domain, subject, or purpose. In addition, it is necessary to improve the difficulty of clearly defining the control structure and the omission of UCA in the existing STPA safety analysis. In this study, an improved scenario table is proposed for the AGV horizontal transport device, which is a key equipment of an urban logistics system using underground space, and a process model is proposed by linking systematic STPA safety analysis and scenario analysis, and UCA and Control Structure Guidelines are provided to create a safety analysis.

  • EPC seeks to minimize variability by transferring the output variable to a related process input(controllable) variable, while SPC seeks to reduce variability by detecting and eliminating assignable causes of variation. Tn the case of product control, a very reasonable objective is to try to minimize the variance of the output deviations from the target or set point. We consider an alternative EPC model with second-order autoregressed disturbance. We compare three control systems; EPC, EPC combined system with EWMA, CUSUM and Shewhart. This paper shows through simulation that the performance of the integrated model of EPC and SPC is more preferable than that of EPC.

  • A railway is a complex system integrated with a lot of technical elements such as trains, track facilities, human factors, operation & control and maintenance. As a mass transportation system, a railway could contain potential risks that may result in a high death rate and property losses. Accordingly, Railroad Safety Technology R&D Corps. is adopting the plan of the construction of Railway Safety Test Facilities as a part of the Railway Total Safety Project to enhance the railway safety, and carrying out researches on effective project management methods with Systems Engineering techniques. Recently, various systems engineering tools such as CORE or Cradle are applied to manage the system requirements and the project management process in the part of the aerospace engineering and automobile engineering so on. The railway industry also makes an effort to develop an efficient management skills using systems engineering tools as the railway system is multi-disciplinary. Therefore, we propose the more effectual management method of constructing the Railway Safety Test Facilities applying the systems engineering tool to the research.

  • 1990년대 개발되어 현재의 모습을 갖춘 교통신호제어기는 최근 도로 이용자의 교통안전 향상 및 자율협력주행 등을 목적으로 설치되는 다양한 장치들에 대한 전원공급 문제와 다양한 통신방식, 계층화된 블랙박스 구조 등으로 인해 유연성과 확장성에 한계를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이더넷전원장치(PoE : Power over Ethernet) 기술을 통해 직류(DC) 전원 사용과 전원공급 문제를 해결하고, 메시지 브로커(Message Broker) 기술을 통해 중앙화된 데이터 기반 제어를 함으로써 빠르게 변화하는 미래 교통환경에 대응이 가능한 교통안전시설 통합관제시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 시계열 데이터를 기반으로 동작하는 교통안전시설 장치를 위한 데이터 기반 실시간 제어 방안을 구현하고 검증하였다.

  • Business integration has been considered as one of the most critical success factors that enable the firms to gain competitive edges. Despite this trend, it has also been found among not a few companies that the activities that should be functionally tied with are performed even independently. In this study, an integrated model of production planning and inventory has been developed. Computerization of the production planning activities is proposed and implemented. We also proposed the reasonable inventory levels of each item using historic data of the items, which are composed of safety stock from the given fill-rate, operating stock from the production patterns, and reserved stock from the production planning. This study has helped the firm to have clearer job definition of the related processes, to tightly control the inventory by setting and tracing the reasonable fill rates for every product, and to quickly respond to the market changes through the computerized production planning process.

  • In a newly developed production control system, a safety control ought to be included as a means of ensuring a more rational control system for achieving efficiency. Such a system does not hold any meaning in itself unless accompanied with appropriate ways to make it practicable. A firm would have a number of function groups. Each of these groups would have specific functions or duties to perform. Their production activities would be planned at the level of departmental management. The planning will take such forms as production, quality and safety planning, and so far as each department would order the line from its own standpoint, scientific production activities could not be expected. All the programmes must, therefore, be integrated and coordinated by a supervisor.

  • 철도 안전사고 예방을 목표로 하는 실시간 철도 안전관제 시스템에서는 DDS (Data Distribution Service) 표준 기술 기반의 데이터 전송 방안을 적용함으로 기존 현장의 안전검지장치로부터 발생한 데이터를 통합 및 관리하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수많은 현장 데이터 중 일반철도 현장에서 발생한 신호설비 데이터 규격 설계를 소개하고 있다. 신호설비 데이터의 DDS 전송을 위하여 기존 표준 규격인 KRS SG 0062를 모델링하고, DDS 데이터 전송 단위인 Topic 설계 및 데이터 변환 방안을 제시하고, 데이터 성격 별로 네트워크 제어 QoS 정책 설계를 제시하고 있다. 또한 실제 현장 데이터를 분석하여 설계된 규격이 현장에 적용 가능한지를 확인해 보았다.

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 국가위기관리체계의 문제점을 분석하여 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 위기, 위기관리의 개념과 국가위기관리 조직체계, 국가위기관리 조직관련 법령 등을 살펴보았다. 우리나라의 국가위기관리 개념은 위기와 안전, 보안, 위험, 재난 등의 개념이 혼재된 가운데 용어가 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 게다가 개별적으로 발전해온 법령으로 인하여 국가위기관리 조직은 분야별로 분산되고, 각각의 조직 운영으로 중복되어 효율성이 제한되며, 한정된 국가위기관리 자원이 비효율적으로 운용되고 있다. 결국 개별 법령에 규정된 다수의 국가위기관리 조직을 효율적으로 통합 관리하는 데에는 법체계상 한계가 있으며, 컨트롤 타워가 미흡한 가운데 관련부처간의 조정 통제가 곤란한 실태에 있다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 개념의 불명확성에 대한 문제점의 발전방안으로 위기의 개념을 명확히 하고, 조직과 법령이 분산된 문제점에 대해서는 국가 통합위기관리체계(IEMS)를 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 궁극적으로는 한국의 국가위기관리체계의 발전을 위한 조직적 법적 통합방안을 제시하였다.
