Greenhouse-gas emission factors are widely used to estimate emissions arising from a defined unit of a specific activity. Such estimates are used both for international reporting to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and for myriad national and sub-national reporting purposes (for example, European Union Emissions Trading Scheme; EU ETS). As with the other so-called 'Kyoto protocol GHGs', the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) provides a methodology for national and sub-national estimation of $N_2O$ emissions, based on the sector from which the emissions arise. The objective of this study was to develop a integrated emission factor to estimate the direct $N_2O$ emission from an agricultural field cultivated with the red pepper, soy bean, spring cabbage, autumn cabbage and potato in 2010~2012. Emission factor of $N_2O$ calculated using accumulated $N_2O$ emission, N fertilization rate, and background $N_2O$ emission over three year experiment was $0.00596{\pm}0.001337kg$$N_2O-N(N\;kg)^{-1}$. More extensive studies need to be conducted to develop $N_2O$ emission factors for other upland crops in the various regions of Korea because $N_2O$ emission is influenced by many factors including climate characteristics, soil properties, and agricultural practices.

Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)'. Even though newly introduced IRSA is conducted smoothly, it is necessary to study the methodology and criteria of the state's safety audit system in other fields to improve the efficiency. In ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Safety Management Manual, a state's safety programme embraces those regulations and directives for the conduct of safe operations from the perspective of aircraft operators and those providing air traffic services(ATS), aerodromes and aircraft maintenance. The safety programme may include provisions for such diverse activities as incident reporting, safety investigations, safety audits and safety promotion. To implement such safety activities in an integrated manner requires a coherent SMS(Safety Management System). In this paper, to improve the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the ICAO's the State's Aviation Safety Audit Systems and ICAO Safety Management Manual. And through the result of investigation, we proposed the improvement concept of IRSA.

This study explores whether the implementation of sustainability disclosure can trigger or stimulate the change in the roles of management accountants in adopting organizations in Vietnam as business partners. To do so, it explores the roles of management accountants in integrated reporting (IR) adopting organizations and sustainability reporting (SR) adopting organizations based on the use of the pragmatic constructivism (PC) theoretical framework. In addition, qualitative semi-structured interviews were used to provide an in-depth investigation of management accountants' work in both IR and SR adopting organizations. The empirical findings suggest that the adoption of the IR framework has triggered changes in management accountant roles toward the new business partner roles to support the decision-making process within their organizations. On the other hand, management accountants from SR adopting organizations still work as traditional "bean-counter" roles. Our paper concludes by indicating several propositions based on our empirical findings that can be tested by future researchers from the domain by collecting relevant data. Our study can be seen as a response to the recent call for a more in-depth examination of the practice of sustainability disclosure from the practitioners' perspectives in adopting organizations.

It is clearly understood that e-navigation is beneficial to prevent collision and grounding of ships. The purpose of this study is to define and present a future ship operation system under the e-navigation environment in order to provide clear direction for the design of Korean e-navigation system. The future ship operation system consists of shipboard navigational system, shore supporting system and maritime communication system. To achieve the objectives of this study, the ship operation system was discussed separately into SOLAS ships and non-SOLAS ships in this study. In SOLAS ships, mariners become a system manager, choosing system presets, interpreting system output, and monitoring vessel response. In small ships and fishing vessels, mariners may enjoy their navigation by using the automatic tracking of ship's position on the portable electronic chart display. The improved bridge design, integrated and harmonized navigational system and single window reporting will reduce significantly the administrative and physical workload of mariners. Mariners can concentrate their attention more on navigational duty under the e-navigation environment. To build an effective Korean e-navigation system, the essential navigational functions and e-navigation services for small ships and fishing vessels must be identified and developed taking into account user needs.

'Supplement 23:DICOM SR' announced on April 2000 made possible co-relations between the clinical reports and human body parts by standardizing the exchange of clinical information. DICOM SR uses its own coding schemes and values to represent information, which convey hierarchically structured content items. This paper analyzes radiology reports produced in HIS(Hospital Information System) and categorizes content structures into three parts such as, finding, conclusion, and recommendation, and implements a system which can be used by clinicians. Digital X-ray images and their reports have been managed separately. Since the report made by DICOM SR can refer to images, the integrated information of reports and images is possible.

The OSI fault management is composed of specific management functions such as the Alarm Reporting Function, Event Report Management Function, and Log Control Function. The fault management is to notify and manage the events and the alarm data which are transfered as the information of the fault management may be managed effectively. And it is necessary to design the model of the fault management properly by using these functions for the study of network management activities. Therefore, in this paper, the integrated management model of the Event Report Management and Log Control Function based on Alarm Reporting Function is investigated. Also, the system component of alarm collector which is added in the manager system for the effective fault management is studied and proposed.
Objectives: To analyze the reports of qualitative research about natural disasters in Korea. Methods: Nine published qualitative research studies were selected for the analysis. The selected reports were analyzed by Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ), a reporting guideline for qualitative research. In addition, each subject of the study was qualitatively synthesized. Results: In the quality assessment using COREQ, detailed information about the researchers were insufficient. The results of the studies were integrated into six themes: "Disaster experience", "Disaster damage", "Dealing with disasters", "Disaster compensation issues", "Arbitration Resources", and "Post-disaster change". Conclusions: In further qualitative research on natural disasters, it is necessary to report the research according to the COREQ checklist. Based on the results of this study, continuous attention and research are needed to explore the areas of Korean medicine care in the event of a disaster.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of case reports from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine. Methods Case reports were selected from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine from January 2015 to April 2018, by utilizing Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports were reviewed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guideline. Results Total of 13 case reports were finally selected for the assessment. 73.08% of the case reports included necessary information based on the CARE guideline but the rest of the reports did not. More than 50% of the reports were missing data regarding 'Timeline', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', or 'Patient perspective or experience'. Also, the reports did not include 'Key word', 'Introduction in abstract', 'Case presentation in abstract', or 'The rationale for conclusions' information. Conclusions Case reports from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine have important role in pediatrics. Efforts are needed to improve the quality of the case reports as well as to develop reporting guidelines for the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine.
