도로교통의 안전 확보와 사고 예방을 목적으로 운전자나 보행자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위해 경찰청에서 규격 또는 지침으로 제정하여 노변에 설치되는 교통안전시설 장치는 교통신호정보를 받기 위한 통신선과 함께 장치 구동을 위한 전원선을 개별로 시공해야 하기에 시공 비용의 절감과 함께 다종·다형의 장치에 대하여 통합적인 관제, 확장성, 유연성에 대응할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이더넷 통신을 기반으로 전원 공급이 하나의 케이블로 가능한 이더넷 전원장치(PoE) 기술과 IoT 프로토콜인 MQTT를 이용하여 다종·다형의 교통안전시설 장치를 통합관제하고, 확장성과 유연성을 가지는 교통안전시설 장치 통합 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper presents a database design for power system operational planning system of the integrated system for power system operational planning and analysis that will be more economical and stable of power system operation. An alias of the integrated system is Highly Integrated Total Energy System(HITES). We first describe the requirements for the Power System Planning System of HTES. Database design is processed in two phases(conceptual design and physical design), and CDM(Conceptual Data Model) and PDM(Physical Data Model) are generated by Powerdesigner(CASE tool for database design). In the future, the constructed database needs to be tested and tuning.

The main purpose of HITES(Highly Integrate Total Energy System) is to build and develop an integrated energy system for power system operational planning and analysis which consists of load forecast, economic generation schedule, stability analysis and relational database system. The integrated energy system can be utilized to supply a stable electric power and operate KEPCO power system facilities economically. This system will be put into operation in 1999. This paper describes the main feature of the HITES, system main functions, numerical methods adopted this system, and network configuration.

Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)' and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system. To study the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the rail safety audit systems of EU system specially France, England where the big changes have happened for the rail operation concepts and Japan where government entity control the railroad safety. The international standards of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing (ISO 19011) are investigated.

Building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV)are increasingly incorporate into new domestic and industrial buildings as a proncipal or ancillary source of electrical power, and are on of the fastest growing segments of the photovoltaic industry. This paper presents operational features analysis and PCS(Power conversion System) factors of grid-connected 30kW BIPV on library of Dongshin University. The data consisted of insolation, Temperature, solar-cell performance and inverter performance are collected by IVIsion web monitoring system and analyzed. The analyzed data gave this paper effect elements of optimal operation.

The subject of this paper is the tole operation for unmanned vehicle. The aim is studied in context of motor control system and algorithms for the mid to low level control of tele operation unmanned vehicle described. Modern, vehicle related researches have been implemented about control, chassis, body and safe쇼 but now is to driving comfort, I.T.S. and human factor, etc. As a result of this fact, unmanned vehicle is main research topic over the world but it is still very expensive and unreasonable. A hierarchical approach is studied in context of motor control system and algorithms for the mid to low level control of tele operation unmanned vehicle described. The real time control and monitoring of longitudinal, lateral, Pitching motion is to be solved by system integration and optimization technique. We show the experimental result about fixed brake range test and acceleration test. And all system is to integrated for driving simulator and unmanned vehicle.

The electric power industries in Korea are launched into deregulation by introducing the CBP(Cost Based Pool), where generation sector of KEPCO was divided into six generation companies and the other sectors of KEPCO remains vertically integrated system. In deregulated market, participants are concerned with maximization of their profit rather than minimization of system-wide costs. Consequently, there are difficulties in applying the cost minimization for the scheduling of generation resources to CBP, because of the operation of pumped-storage hydroplants. This paper presents an operation method of pumped storage hydroplants which is helpful for the economic operation of power system considering the market in the CBP.

중화학 플랜트의 고온고압 요소인 증기 발생기(steam generator)의 드럼, 헤더 및 헤더 스터브 설계에 응력해석에서 부터 도면자동작도, 제작용 서류 자동생성에 이르기까지의 제반설계과정을 체계적으로 연결시킨 설계정보 통합 관리로 단순 설계오류를 줄이고, 또한 설계변경에 대해 신속한 재설계가 가능한 효율적인 설계를 도모하기 위하여 "피로수명을 고려한 헤더스터브 형상설계 모듈", "TRD301을 기초로한 후육내압부 운전조건(기동/정지 조건) 및 수명평가 모듈", "헤더 및 드럼부 자동작도 모듈"을 개발하였다. 이에 따라 형상설계 모듈을 이용하여 설계된 스터브 형상을 토대로 수명평가 모듈로 수명을 평가한 후 상세설계 도면 및 관련 서류의 자동작도로 이어지는 일관된 종합설계 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 개별 제공하고 있는 안내전화서비스를 대표번호체계로 통합연계운영하고, 도로교통 정보외에 철도, 항공 버스 등의 대체교통수단 정보 및 관련기관과의 유기적 연계를 통한 원스톱(One stop) 서비스를 제공하는 안내전화서비스의 통합연계운영을 서비스를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 외 현황을 분석하고, 시범구축, 확대구축, 안정화 및 고급화의 3단계에 따라 운영기술과 통합시스템 기술사양을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통정보 안내전화는 정보취득의 원스톱(One stop) 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스, 다양한 연계정보제공 서비스, 제공정보의 실시간화 및 효율적인 체계를 구현할 것으로 기대한다.

With developing computer and communication technologies, the concept of CALS system has been popular not only to military but also to commercial industries. The security problem is one of the most critical issues to construct CALS infrastructure. The CALS system needs some security functions such that data confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, availability, and non-repudiation. This paper proposes a security architecture model in CALS. The security architecture model is composed of 5 submodels such that network security model, authentication and key management model, operation and audit model, integrated database security model, and risk analysis model.
