청소년을 위한 통합적 자살.폭력 예방 프로그램의 개발 (The Development of an Integrated Suicide.Violence Prevention Program for Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated suicide violence prevention program for adolescents. Another purpose was to evaluate the effects of the integrated suicide violence prevention program on self-esteem, parent-child communication, aggression, and suicidal ideation in adolescents. Methods: The study employed a quasi -experimental design. Participants for the study were high school students, 24 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. Data was analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN. 11.5 program with $X^2$ test, t-test, and 2-way ANOVA. Results: Participants in the integrated suicide violence prevention program reported increased self-esteem scores, which was significantly different from those in the control group. Participants in the integrated suicide violence prevention program reported decreased aggression and suicidal ideation scores, which was significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion: The integrated suicide violence prevention program was effective in improving self-esteem and decreasing aggression and suicidal ideation for adolescents. Therefore, this approach is recommended as the integrated suicide violence prevention strategy for adolescents.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 긍정심리자본, 직무만족, 사회적 지지가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Positive Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Performance of Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to prepare basic data for the development of a nursing intervention program to improve nursing performance by identifying the factors affecting nursing performance in an integrated nursing care service ward. Methods: Participants were 166 nurses who had worked for more than six months in the integrated nursing care service wards of three general hospitals located in B city. Data were collected from July 15 to August 30, 2022 using structured questionnaires and analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program. Results: Factors affecting the nursing performance of participants were age (β=.58, p<.001), positive psychological capital (β=.41, p<.001), and social support (β=.28, p<.001). The total explanatory power of these variables for nursing performance was 55.8%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for programs that improve psychological capital and social support while considering nurse's age to enhance their performance in nursing integrated service wards.

요양시설 입소 경증치매노인의 통합 치매관리 프로그램의 적용 효과 (Effects of Integrated Dementia Managing Programme for the Elderly with Mild Dementia in Nursing Home)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the integrated dementia managing programme for the elderly with mild dementia in which the physiological, cognitive, emotional, sociological and spiritual aspects have considered. Methods: This study employed non-equivalent control group pre-post tests with the repeated measure design. The subjects of the study were 39 elderly with mild dementia (20 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group) who have admitted to two nursing homes in B city. The data were analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA. Results: There were significant interactions between two groups and times in self-efficacy (p=.011), cognitive function (p<.001), depression (p=.005), spiritual well-being (p=.002), and quality of life (p=.037). The integrated dementia managing programme of this study showed significant positive effects on the quality of life for the elderly with mild dementia. Conclusion: On considering the current trends of aging and increasing number of the elderly with dementia, this integrated programme would be highly recommended to be used in nursing homes for the elderly with mild dementia, and contribute to improving their quality of life, and saving the social and medical expenses as well.

통합중재프로그램이 지역사회 재가 암환자들의 삶의 질, 우울, 자가간호역량에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Integrated Intervention Program for Community Dwelling Cancer Patients' Quality of Life, Depression and Self Care Agency)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the effects of an integrated nursing intervention program on the quality of life, depression and self care agency of community dwelling cancer patients. Methods: The design of this study was a quasi-experimental, one group pre-post test. A total of 25 community dwelling cancer patients in J city were included in this study. An integration intervention was 30 times, 10 weeks program. The data were collected between May and November of 2014. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 through paired t-test. Results: There were significant differences in the quality of life (p=.007) and self-care agency (p=.042) after 10 week's intervention. Conclusion: The results indicate that an integrated intervention program including educational, cognitive, emotional and physical intervention is effective for community dwelling cancer patients. Further attention should be paid to the intensity and period of an integrated intervention program.

시뮬레이션 통합 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 의사소통 및 팀효능감 (Self-leadership, Communication, and Team Efficacy of Nursing Students Participated in Integrated Simulation Training)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students participating in integrated simulation training courses. Methods: Participants were 124 nursing students from the two different schools. Data were collected from December 2018 through January of 2019 and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results: Self-leadership, communication and team efficacy were significantly different according to satisfaction of major, satisfaction of simulation course and satisfaction of leadership. Also significant correlations were found among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that education programs based on simulation courses should be developed to promote self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students. A diverse simulation curriculum to improve the practical skills of nursing students needs to be developed.

간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행 (Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Nursing Performance of Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward Nurses and General Ward Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동 간호사를 대상으로 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행을 조사하고 비교하여 간호·간병통합서비스병동의 효율적인 간호인력 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 비교조사 연구이다. 대상자는 D광역시 일개 종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사 136명으로, 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 SPSS WIN 23.0 program 으로 분석하였다. 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행에서 집단 간의 유의한 차이는 없었고 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일방병동 간호사의 직무만족과 직무스트레스가 높을수록 간호업무수행이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 간호업무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무만족과 직무스트레스로 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사는 20.6%, 일반병동 간호사는 47.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 직무만족을 높이고 직무스트레스를 적정 유지시킬 수 있는 간호업무수행 능력증진을 위한 지원이 필요하다.

  • Purpose: Integrated curriculum has been considered as a desirable method in health related school course. The present study was conducted to develop practice curriculum which integrates nursing management and community health nursing and measure the education effect. Method: Literature review and scores of professional meeting were carried out to generate main educational goals, contents, operating principle, and evaluation item. Student evaluation was done by survey and in-dept interview in right after practicum and three months respectively. Results: Six concepts were derived as main component of the integrated curriculum. From 2 to 3 sub-categories were matched to each main component as well. Subsequently, practice contents were suggested on the basis of sub-categories. Attainment of practicum goal scores ranged from 2.82 to 3.54 in four points index. Students expressed that they found nursing manager's role in the community setting. Conclusion: This new approach encouraged students to ascertain relationship between hospital oriented and community based practice. Additionally, they can be prepared to comprehend diverse health care environment.

기본간호학 PBL 모듈(Module) 개발 및 적용의 일 예 (An Example of Development and Implementation of PBL Module in Fundamentals of Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a conceptualized PBL module for Fundamentals of Nursing. Method: A case study method was used to describe and explore the Process of developing and implementing the PBL module. Result: This module included three PBL packages that were designed to deal with more complexed and indepth concepts as the packages proceeded. In order to achieved that, all the contents of Fundamentals of Nursing II and III were reorganized and integrated into three main concepts, hygiene, infection and dehydration. This module was implemented for first year college student nurses in the second semester of year 2000. The student self-evaluation results showed that they were generally satisfied with their achievement in learning, both final outcome and process. Also, the results indicated that they were more satisfied with the subject management, the lecturer and their peers after implementing PBL. Conclusion : This study demonstrated the potentiality for the application of a partially integrated PBL module within an existing subject. However, when student learning needs were beyond the extent of Fundamentals of Nursing, the lecturer had to set boundaries on learning content and this may have reduced the effects of learning. Therefore, the researchers emphasize the importance of developing an integrated PBL curriculum to maximize student learning outcomes.

중년여성의 통합적 건강증진 프로그램 적용의 효과 (The Effect of an Integrated Health-Promotion Program in Middle-Aged Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the effect of an integrated health promotion program in middle-aged women. Method: The research design was a quasi experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design. Data was collected from July 1st to August 31st, 2003. One group consisted of 30 subjects. The instruments used for the study were the Self Efficacy Scale and the Health Promotion Behavior Scale developed by Park(1995), Subjective health status developed Speake(1989) and menopause-related symptoms developed by Park(1995). The data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. In order to compare the effects of the pre-post synthesized health promotion program, the ed t-test was employed. Result: There was not a significant increase in subjective health status after the integrated health promotion program, nor was there a significant decrease in menopause-related symptoms after the synthesized health promotion program. There was a significant increase in self efficacy after the integrated health promotion program(p=.029), and there was also a significant increase in health promotion behavior after the integrated health promotion program(p=.006). Conclusions: Through an 8 week education program for health promotion, self efficacy and health promotion behavior were effectively changed in middle-aged women.
