This paper presents the implementation of an integrated messaging gateway (IMG) based on the open services gateway initiative (OSGi) specification to deliver home messages between home and some telecommunication devices. The IMG has four service agents to support a diverse communication channel. In this paper, we describe a software architecture for a seamless messaging and device layouts in the IMG. And then, we detail each components allowing users to be notified automatically through a cellular phone, a telephone, and the Internet.

We have designed micro-fuel processor system, which consists of a steam reforming area and a PROX(preferential oxidation) area. Micro-fuel processor system generates $H_2$ rich gas from a methanol. In our experiment, we have integrated micro-fuel processor system using low temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) process because LTCC is superior to other materials principally due to their high thermal and chemical stability, simpler fabrication processes, and lower materials cost. Therefore, we have studied and integrated micro-fuel processor system containing embedded heaters, cavities, and 3D structures of micro-channel with LTCC. Also we have optimized the LTCC process.

A new in vivo high resolution imaging method which is performed with a newly developed three channel surface gradient coil (SGC) is described. The surface gradient coil can produce more than an order of magnitude stronger gradient fields with good linearity within a limited imaging region. To increase the signal to noise ratio (SNR), we have developed an RF coil integrated surface gradient coil set. In this paper, the geometrical structures and characteristics of the proposed surface gradient coil are discussed and experimentally obtained high resolution images ($50\;{\mu}m$ to $100\;{\mu}m$) of a water filled phantom and a human volunteer's knee using the new surface RF coil integrated SGC set are presented for the demonstration of the in vivo high resolution imaging capability of the new imaging method.

To realize a high integrated Flash memory utilizing SONOS memory devices, the NOR type 1TC(one Transistor Cell) SONOS Flash arrays are fabricated and characterized. This SONOS Flash arrays with common source lines are designed and fabricated by conventional 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS process. The thickness of ONO for memory cell is tunnel oxide of 34${\AA}$, nitride of 73${\AA}$ and blocking oxide of 34${\AA}$. To investigate operating characteristics, CHEI(Channel Hot Electron Injection) method and Bit line erase method are selected as the write operation and the erase method, respectively. The disturbance characteristics according to the write/erase/read cycling are also examined. The degradation characteristics are investigated and then the reliability of SONOS flash memory is guaranteed.

The importance of avionics systems has increased to a significant level in modern aircraft development. Modern avionics system is a complex integrated system of state-of-art hardware and software technology. Specifying the avionics system architecture is the most important task throughout the avionics system design process. This paper reviews modern avionics system architectures and proposes an effective avionics architecture suitable for modern attack helicopters.

This paper deals with a novel structure for single-cell characterization which makes use of bimorph micro thermal actuators combined with electrical sensor device and integrated microfluidic channel. The goal for this device is to capture and characterize individual biocell. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of bimorph thermal actuator were analyzed with finite element analysis methods. Furthermore, optimization for the dimension of cantilevers and integrated parallel probe systems with microfluidic channels is able to be realized through the virtual simulation for actuation and the practical fabrication of prototype of probes. The experimental value of probe deflection was in accordance with the simulated one.

Recently, the demands of the high quality LCD display device have increased. We have developed the smart LCD that photo sensor is integrated in. Amorphous silicon TFTs have photo leakage current characteristics when the channel of TFTs are lighted on. This characteristic has applied in our device. We expect that photo sensor integrated LCDs have lots of merits in mobile display device, note PC panel and LCD TV.

This article introduces developing trends of an "Ubiquitous Interface" as an access method for use of various network resources, such as public wireless networks and un-licensed wireless networks in ubiquitous sensor network environments, without troublesome settings or operations by users. "Ubiquitous Interface" is include a relatively wide sense meaning not only physical interface of specified device or between processors, but anything method for access USN. These "Ubiquitous Interface" able to provide seamless services that adapt autonomously to the user's movements and changes in the state of wireless resources. Recently, strongly recommended candidates are RFID, NFC, Multi-mode mobile terminal, Wearable computer and OSGi for integrated digital home networking system as a future ubiquitous interface. These candidates are have to have flexibility and multiple physical communication channel for seamless service hand over and serve easy connection at huge USN to user. And, must have flexible software structure and multi-functional middleware. Consequently, for more enhance performance of an ubiquitous interface and developing, need more structured and integrated future plan.

The congestion control methods of an integrated heterogeneous traffic multiplexer are studied. The real-time traffics have preemptive priority over nonreal-time traffics in capturing the common output link. Also real-time traffics are transmitted with bandwidth reduction when the nonreal-time traffics are over the buffer threshold. The proposed model formulated the system as a continous time Markov process and is analysed using matrix equation. Time delay and average number of used channel are applied for performance parameters. In this study, a new control method with the sizable buffer threshold is introduced and the optimal congestion control can be obtained.

Since the World-Wide Web (WWW) has become a major channel for information delivery, information overload also has become a serious problem to the Internet users. Therefore, effective information searching is critical to the success of Internet services. We present an integrated search engine for searching relevant web pages on the WWW in a certain Internet domain. It supports a local search on the web sites. The spider obtains all of the web pages from the web sites through web links. It operates autonomously without any human supervision. We developed state transition diagram to control navigation and analyze link structure of each web site. We have implemented an integrated local search engine and it shows that a higher satisfaction is obtained. From the user evaluation, we also find that higher precision is obtained.
