원격교사연수 모형개발 요소탐색 (Exploration of factors for Development of Distance Teacher Training Model)

  • 최근, 지속적인 지식, 정보의 증가로 교사들의 연수의 필요성이 요구되고 있으나 현재 실시되고 있는 연수는 몇몇 문제점들을 내포하고 있다 이들 문제점들을 줄이기 위해 원격교사연수가 실시되고 있으나 시공간 극복 등의 장점에도 불구하고 상호작용, 평가, 강사, 연수 매체 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 현재 제시되고 있는 원격교사 연수의 개선방안과 여러 학자들이 주장하고 있는 원격교사연수 모형 및 교수-학습 방법 등을 조사하고, 각 모형에서 제시되고 있는 요소와 원칙들을 종합하여 차후 개발될 원격교사연수모형에서 고려되어야 할 요소들을 제시하였다. 이 요소들의 제시로 인하여 원격교사연수모형을 개발하는데 있어 좋은 기준이 될 수 있다.

원격교육연수원의 교육과정 운영 실태 분석 (Analysis of the Current Status of Curriculum in Distance Educational Training Institute)

  • 본 연구는 교사들에게 원격교육연수원 교육과정에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공과 원격교원연수를 활성화시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2007년 현재, 65개의 원격연수원이 운영 중에 있으나 원격연수원에서 운영 중인 교육과정에 대한 정보는 체계적으로 제공되지 않고 있다. 교육과정 분석을 위하여 65개 연수원 중 33개를 선정하여 직무연수 567개 과정, 자율연수 317개 과정, 기타연수 23개 과정을 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 원격교원연수원에 대한 접근성 향상 필요, 둘째, 민간기관 원격교육연수원 중심의 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 셋째, 교사 역량 증진을 위한 교과목의 다양화, 넷째, 특정 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 다섯째, 기존에 운영하고 있는 교육과정에 대한 지속적인 유지보수 필요, 여섯째, 우수 교육과정 개발을 위한 정부차원의 지원 확대 등이다.

  • The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. It is lights up the advantages of distance learning and determined the characteristic features of distance learning of students training in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process. The article focuses on the main aspects of computerization of studies as a technological breach in methodology, organization and practical realization of educational process and informative culture of a teacher. Information technologies are intensive involved in life of humanity, educational process of schools and higher educational establishments. Intercommunication is examined between the processes of informatization of the society and education.

  • This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.

  • Cyber education and teacher training is the distance training program which is operating in the Korea National University of Education for teachers and citizen. In this paper, we suggest a model for establishing legal basis of cyber teacher training, by analyzing laws and processing-laws in the parliament and cyber teacher training institutes. The model contain 'The Rule for Operating CTTI(Cyber Teacher Training Institute)', 'The Rule for Using CIT Systems', 'The Rule for Operation CIT'.

  • Distance learning is becoming recognized as the key to meeting the needs of more people on more subjects with cost-effective way. The purpose of this paper was to review the literature and current information related to distance education. The topics include, the characteristics of distance education, definitions of distance education, various applications of distance education, and needs of distance education in our society. This paper focused on lastest technologies of distance education such as two-way videoconferencing, e-mail, and on-line classroom. Suggestions for the effective implementation in our educational environments that include, proper teacher training and as an interactivity of the distance education program were discussed.

교원의 원격연수프로그램 성과측정 도구개발 (Development of a Scale for Measuring Learning Outcomes in a Distance Teacher Training Program)

  • 본 연구는 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 요인을 탐색하고 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하여 양호도를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 원격연수프로그램 성과측정과 관련한 문헌고찰과 10명의 교원연수 및 교육공학 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 44개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 설문의 표본은 중앙교육연수원에서 원격연수프로그램을 수강하는 교원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 1차 설문에서 수집된 205명의 최종데이터를 토대로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 7개의 요인을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 2차 설문에서 얻어진 293명의 응답자로부터 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고 측정모형의 적합도 및 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 시스템품질, 콘텐츠품질, 서비스품질, 사용, 성과, 만족도, 전이로 총 7개의 요인과 34개의 문항으로 구성된 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과 측정도구를 최종적으로 확정하였다.

  • Many believe that electronic distance teaming education transform higher education, saving money and improving learning qualify So, the open University, which teaches around 280,000 students at a distance, is examining the adaption of its distance teaching methods for the internet. But, there are only one type of distance learning education of one way direction. To understand all of a student which selected some of e teaming course, teacher must check that how many student to understand and what is the difficult problems. Without checking this condition, It will be a very difficult and boring distance learning course. In this paper, we introduce of intelligent learning contents of full duplex direction that teach understanding student and not understanding student. The computer simulation results confirms that full duplex e learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which not considering about understanding problems.

비유클리드 기하학에서 이차곡선의 이해를 통한 예비교사교육 (Research on Pre-service Teacher Education Through Understanding of Conic Sections in Non-Endidean Geometry)

  • 예비교사가 비유클리드 기하학에서 수학적 정의를 이용한 이차곡선의 학습으로 유클리드 기하학의 다양한 개념을 어떻게 이해하고 활용할 수 있는지를 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 D 대학교 수학교육과 3학년 수업에서 수학적 정의를 이용하여 택시기하, 민코프스키 거리공간과 같은 비유클리드 공간의 이차곡선 학습이 예비교사들에게 새로운 기하학적 개념을 습득하고 수용하는 능력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있음을 보였다. 이러한 결과로부터 택시기하와 민코프스키 거리공간에서의 정의를 활용한 이차곡선 학습이 창의적이고 유연한 사고를 유도하여, 예비교사들의 유클리드 기하학 교육 전문성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
