In this paper, it verifies site environment aspect that NDGPS (Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System) operated by MOF (Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries) will be used as the same site of reference stations for SBAS (Satellite Based Augmentation System). In order to prove this feasibility, we analyze the site environment requirements for SBAS reference stations, as well as we establish the procedure for the verification of the site environment requirements. With this procedure of the site environment survey, we perform site survey in the real field and analyze the results. We select interim candidate sites for survey which currently operating 17 NDGPS reference stations. This paper could be utilized in the process of selection or installation of reference stations in the field of GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) and the drawing the consideration which NDGPS reference stations will be co-operated as SBAS reference stations.
Currently, South Korea is exposed to various attacks of North Korea such as traditional, nuclear, and ABC weapons. Now it is hard to make an accurate estimate the damage may have been occurred to citizens due to those attacks. It is only possible to assume the rough outline. As a countermeasure to such military threats of North Korea, government-aided evacuation facilities services are going along across the board concerning the object, installation range, budget, and drawing standards. Whereas, in case of public evacuation facilities, there is no special regulation or principle in designation. Since various facilities are regarded as applicable, any protection against military threats can't be anticipated. In this study, military threats provoked by North Korea are figured out, thus the problem of plan and design that public evacuation facilities have are pointed out. This study suggest the result and proposal.

The accident risk at the construction workplace associated with agricultural engineering is comparatively higher than those of other fields due mainly to its complex work types and processes. Agricultural engineering deals with a variety of agricultural infrastructures from irrigation and drainage facilities to giant-scale coastal reclamation land infrastructures. The characteristics that most agricultural projects have conducted on a small-scale even worsen the situation drawing low attentions to risk management. Therefore, systematical risk assessment that focuses on details of agricultural construction work process is required in order to enhance safety management capacity and to prevent repetitive accidents ultimately. This study aims to categorize construction work types and processes of agricultural construction works, and to quantitatively assess the accident risk of them based on accident analysis. Regarding classification of construction works, actual 827 accident cases were thoroughly reviewed and coded by their construction site, facility and work type, project scale and so on. Most accidents (71.8 % of total cases) occurred in small-scale construction workplaces with less than 5 billion Korean won project budget. And those accidents related to agricultural infrastructure project (37.4%) and agricultural water development project (22.4%). In terms of work types, accidents frequently took place in form-work followed by pipe installation work, steel bar work and concrete work. The potential risks were compared with actual outbreak of accidents based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the potential conditions of accident expected to be took place is somewhat different from the actual conditions where accidents actually happened. This implicates that risk management manuals or education needs to be adjusted by reflecting unexpected circumstances. Overall, this study is meaningful in that the results could be foundations as to strengthen risk management capacity for agricultural engineering projects.

Purpose : The guidelines of establishing convenience facilities for the handicapped have not consistently been provided to the identical criteria in walking facilities. Thus, transportation poor had difficulties in walking environment. Method : This study aims to suggest the practical direction of guidelines of establishing tactile walking surface indicators. To do this, this study examines the problems of the current guidelines for establishing facilities, and then analyzes international criteria, with comparing criteria used in German. Therefore, findings from those analyses can provide the secure and convenient environment for walking to transportation users, in particular blind and vision-impaired people, the handicapped, the child, and the elderly and the weak. Results : For the improvement of tactile walking surface indicators, the clear criteria of establishing tactile walking surface indicators is proposed, considering the characteristics of walking environment. Then, the sample items corresponding to the various situations need to be exemplified. To provide more secure environment walking for transportation poor, the establishing criteria partially adopted ideas from Universal Design also need to be developed. Implication : The proposed detail drawing of tactile walking surface indicators need to be tested by transportation users due to high safety in walking circumstance, and also the guidelines of continuously maintaining tactile walking surface indicators also needs to be studied.

There are about 10 motors for tile actuator of the automation system in an auto-mobile recently. The performance of the motor-case is much related to the noise and the vibration of an auto-mobile Multi-Forming process is so much the better than existing deep-drawing or Multi-step forming by press by less cost, installation and staff. But there isn't the specific and general process design, so we aren't good at competition. So in the first step, I want to study about the core design for the multi-forming process. We can access by the elasto-plastic theory and the finite element method, and we use a commercial package of the Deform-2D and, Deform-3D which is based on three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element, evaluated propriety oi the package. The evaluation of the package propriety was simulated by simple bending example. It was found the elasto-plastic theory was mostly in agreement with the simulation. We proposed that three type of section for the core and analyzed by finite element method (Deform-2D). We can get the best result with the ellipse type core. Then we apply the result of the preceding analysis to the finite element method (Deform-3D). In 3D-finite element analysis, we can get the result of 8/100mm-roundness. This result can help the improvement of the multi-forming process.

Fatal accidents in the construction industry account for a higher proportion than other industries, and in particular, the collapse accident of formwork is likely to lead to a serious accident like death. This study aim to derive the importance ranking of formwork collapse factors using AHP technique for preventing fatal accident. The AHP survey was conducted on field construction engineers, construction project managers, safety managers, and formwork specialist foreman with 10 years on site experience. The results of AHP analysis is that the most importance factor of formwork collapse accident is 'non-compliance with the formwork shoring assembly drawing'. Next it is important in the order of 'poor installation of formwork shoring and accessories', 'formwork shoring is not installed vertically', 'non-compliance with the concrete curing period of the formwork shoring', 'safety supervisor not designated and negligent'. It is necessary to preferentially and intensively manage the high importance factors presented as a result of this research for reducing formwork collapse accident. In addition, it will contribute to reducing construction safety accidents if the factors of the formwork collapse accident suggested in this research are included in the formwork inspection check list and checked step by step in formwork construction.

Together with the emerging of the Eco-ship, the application of large-diameter and high-efficiency propeller required more careful attention than before in the design of the shafting system. After the adoption of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) to the stern tube lubrication oil, a number of aft stern tube bearing accidents have been reported, and a variety of institutions have actively conducted research on the cause relationship. This study attempted to find the cause of the accident by measuring the alignment of the shafting system of a medium-sized product/chemical tanker with aft stern tube bearing damage and analyzing the reaction force of each bearing. In addition, a reasonable solution to the correction of the shaft alignment was suggested and the feasibility was reviewed. Through various measured data and analysis, the actual installation of shafting system was slightly different from the design drawing condition, but it was found that each bearing load distribution was within the allowable range. Therefore, it was confirmed that the cause of this accident was due to the dissatisfaction the misalignment slope of aft stern tube bearing rather than the effect of the bearing overload. As a solution to this cause, countermeasures such as double slope were suggested in the aft stern tube bearing, and the characteristics of EAL also seem to have an indirect effect.

This study analyzed the opinions of residents for desirable urban regeneration and suggested an improvement plan for alley environments. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of the residents living in Alley Garden of Bisan 2,3-dong, Daegu Metropolitan City. In the analysis of the importance and satisfaction of Alley Garden components, items related to a safe, cleanly environment such as 'Lighting facility installation', 'Sewage and waste disposal' and 'CCTV installation' had a high level of importance. It was also found that items improved by the Residential Environment Improvement Project and Alley Garden such as 'Lighting facility installation', 'Quantity of herbaceous flowers' and 'Kinds of herbaceous flowers' had a high level of satisfaction. The IPA results showed that items such as 'Empty house maintenance', 'Rest facilities such as benches and pergolas', 'Space for resident interaction' and 'Public parking lot' had a high level of importance, but had a low level of satisfaction, which suggests that they should be improved by priority. As a result of factor analysis, Alley Garden components were classified into four factors: 'Safety and cleanliness', 'Greenness', 'Exchange and convenience facility' and 'Aesthetics renewal'. Based on this classification, a regression analysis was conducted regarding the effects of the four factors on overall satisfaction. Results showed that all four factors had a significant influence on the overall satisfaction and that 'Aesthetics renewal' and 'Safety and cleanliness', respectively showing levels of significance at 0.274 and 0.235, were highly influential to overall satisfaction. Therefore, it was concluded that spaces for resident interaction and rest facilities should be preferentially installed to improve the environment of alleys. For the improvement of the overall satisfaction of alley environments, it was also concluded that residents should be encouraged to engage in activities such as sculpture installation and mural drawing, along with the introduction of safety bells and crime prevention environment design and the implementation of alley beautification projects.
This study attempted to provide reference materials for improving the behavior level in radiation safety managements by drawing a prediction model that affects the radiation safety management behavior because the radiation safety management of medical Cyclotrons, which can be used to produce radioisotopes, is an important factor that protects radiation caused diseases not only for radiological operators but average users. In addition, this study obtained follows results through the investigation applied from January 2 to January 30, 2008 for the radiation safety managers employed in 24 authorized organizations, which have already installed Cyclotrons, through applying a specific form of questionnaire in which the validity was guaranteed by reference study, site investigation, and focus discussion by related experts. The radiation safety management were configured as seven steps: Step 1 is a production preparation step, Step 2 is an RI production step, Step 3 is a synthesis step, Step 4 is a distribution step, Step 5 is a quality control step, Step 6 is a carriage container packing step, and Step 7 is a transportation step. it was recognized that the distribution step was the most exposed as 15 subjects (62.5%), the items of 'the sanction and permission related works' and 'the guarantee of installation facilities and production equipments' were the most difficult as 9 subjects (37.5%), and In the trouble steps in such exposure, the item of 'the synthesis and distribution' steps were 4 times, respectively (30.8%). In the score of the behavior level in radiation safety managements, the minimum and maximum scores were 2.42 and 4.00, respectively, and the average score was $3.46{\pm}0.47$ out of 4. Prosperity and well-being programs in the behavior and job in radiation safety managements (r=0.529) represented a significant correlation statistically. In the drawing of a prediction model based on the factors that affected the behavior in radiation safety managements, general characteristics, organization characteristics, and selfefficacy didn't show a significant path statistically in which the prosperity and well-being programs in job characteristics affected the behavior in radiation safety managements. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy that improves the level of prosperity and well-being levels in job characteristics in order to increase the behavior in radiation safety managements. Thus, this study provides basic materials for the radiation safety management of Cyclotron through the full-scale investigation that is first applied in Korea.
This study was carried out to provide a basic information to improve the landscape view preference with internet questionnaire on slopes of an expressway. According to a questionnaire, the 37% of respondents used express way 5 times per one year. The 89% of respondents catched a glimpse of cutting slopes during driving and felt a good impression with flowers or vegetation in cutting slopes of expressways. The 61% of respondents felt a bad impression, but the 40% in a good impression from logos in cutting slopes of expressways. To improve a landscape view in cutting slopes of express ways, 57% of the respondents preferred natural-friendly techniques, followed by common green techniques (19%), greening of concrete construction (12%) and improvement of landscape views (11%). Landscape view preference before and after construction of green logo in cutting slopes of Seosejong IC was good (43%) and very good (16%), while bad (9%). The 65% of respondents support the installation of drawing or logos in terraced retaining wall of cutting slopes of expressways.
