In this work, we have studied about an RSFQ (Rapid Single Flux Quantum) switch element. The circuit was designed, simulated, and laid out for mask fabrication. The switch cell was composed of a D flip-flop, a splitter, a confluence buffer, and a switch core. The switch core determined if the input data could pass to the output. “On” and o“off” controls in the switch core could be possible by utilizing an RS flip-flop. When a control pulse was input to the “on” port, the RS flip-flop was in the set state and passed the input pulses to the output port. When a pulse was input to the “off” port, the RS flip-flop was in the reset state and prevented the input pulses from transferring to the output port. We simulated and optimized the switch element circuit by using Xic, WRspice, and Julia. The minimum circuit margins in simulations were more than $\pm$20%. We also performed the mask layout of the circuit by using Xic and Lmeter.
A family of dual-DC-input (DI) dual-buck inverters (DBIs) is proposed by employing a DI switching cell as the input of traditional DBIs. Three power ports, i.e. a low voltage DC input port, a high voltage DC input port and an AC output port, are provided by the proposed DI-DBIs. A low voltage DC source, whose voltage is lower than the peak amplitude of the AC side voltage, can be directly connected to the DI-DBI. This supplies power to the AC side in single-stage power conversion. When compared with traditional DBI-based two-stage DC/AC power systems, the conversion stages are reduced, and the power rating and power losses of the front-end Boost converter of the DI-DBI are reduced. In addition, five voltage-levels are generated with the help of the two DC input ports, which is a benefit in terms of reducing the voltage stresses and switching losses of switches. The topology derivation method, operation principles, modulation strategy and characteristics of the proposed inverter are analyzed in-depth. Experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed DI-DBIs.
This paper considers a scheduling algorithm for high-speed routers, where the router has an N x N port input-queued switch and the input queues are composed of N VOQ(Virtual Output Queue)s at each input port. The major concern of the paper is on the scheduling mechanism for the router. The paper discusses the preferred levels of the performance measures and then develope a non-linear mixed integer programming. Additionally, the paper suggests a heuristic scheduling algorithm for efficient and effective switching.
A non-isolated Multiple Input Converter (MIC) with an input port, two storage ports and a load port is proposed. The synthesis of the proposed four port converter with its switch realization is presented. A steady state analysis of each operating mode with a small-signal model is derived, and a stability analysis is done. A mode selection controller is proposed to automatically choose a specific operating mode based on the voltage levels of the different source and storage units. In addition, a voltage control loop is used to regulate the output voltage. A 200W prototype is built with a TMS320F28027 DSP controller to test the feasibility of the operating modes. Simulation and experimental results show the ability of the proposed converter to handle multiple inputs either individually or simultaneously.

This paper presents the method of giving hysteresis characteristics to the digital input port of microprocessors or micro-controllers and it's design procedures. And this paper shows the example of circuit design and the effect of this method by experiments. Presented method has advantages : By the additional one port and two resistors, input port can have hysteresis characteristics and hysteresis band is larger than TTL, CMOS schmitt trigger gates.
A logic design training kit with print port emulation function was developed. The input device of the kit was 4$\times$4 key input and 6 FND(DYNAMIC) and LCD were used as out put devices and the output device were also can controlled by PC connectde by print port to the kit. The emulator was coded by Visual Programming C++(MFC)

In this paper, we compare vaious input-buffered ATM switch architectures in structures on input buffer and switching fabric, the resons for performance improvement and degradation, arbitration scheme and maximum throughput, and present comparative merits and demerits of each architecture under random and bursty traffic. We also analyze the prformance of combined architectures of windowing scheme, destination-queueing based input-port expansion schemeand output-port expansion scheme, and show that it is possible to achieve 100% throughput with combined scheme of destination-queueing based input-port expansion scheme and output-port expansio scheme when the number of output group is 2 and output port expansion ratio is 2.

In this paper, stripline circulator including a ferrite resonator which is consisted of a circular disk and two annuli disks is designed and fabricated. Using RGF(Recursive Green Function) technique, electromagnetic field of port and input impedance is presented. The circulator characteristics are compared according to the ferrite arrangement, bias field intensity and port width. The pass-band frequency of the fabricated circulator using the designed data is from 1.55 GHz to 2.95 GHz, the reflection coefficient $S_{11}$ of input port is -30 dB, and the transmission coefficient $S_{21}$ between input port and isolation port is -28 dB at resonating point 2.38 GHz.
A DC-DC Non-Isolated Three-Port Cuk-Cuk (NI-TPCC) converter for interfacing renewable energy sources (RESs) such as Fuel Cell (FC) and Photovoltaic (PV) energy with a DC load is presented in this paper. It features single-stage power conversion from both of the input ports to the load port. The proposed NI-TPCC converter is designed based on the classical Cuk converter. The operational modes and power flow are analyzed in the continuous conduction mode (CCM), and the relationships among the port voltages are derived. Continuous currents in all three ports with less ripple enhance the performance of a fuel cell and its operating life. Furthermore, the output inductor is shared with both of the input ports, which reduces the number of active and passive components. The effectiveness of the designed NI-TPCC converter has been validated through simulation and experimental results.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the international competition power between Korean ports and Chinese ports according to the port efficiency scores of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) by newly introducing the priority vector of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to the DEA method. Empirical analysis shows the followings: First, there was not big changes of DEA rankings when we use the input-oriented CCR and BCC models after introducing the AHP priority vectors to the input variables. Yantian Port's competition power was declined, but that of Busan Port was up in the BCC model. Second, there was some changes of DEA rankings when we use the output-oriented CCR and BCC models after introducing the AHP priority vectors to the output variables. Rankings of Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai Ports were up. But Shekou, Yantian Ports showed the declined ranking position in the CCR model. In the BBC model, rankings of Shanghai and Busan Ports were up. But those of Shekou and Yantian Ports were declined. The main policy implication based on the findings of this study is that The Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries in Korea and China should introduce AHP and DEA approaches when they measure the international competition power by using the porrt efficiency scores of DEA.
