This study is to suggest the government's support direction for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by examining the relations among technology level, innovation factors, entrepreneur's characteristics, and start-up reasons. The management bottlenecks and the necessary fields of government's support are also investigated across the company's growth stages. Empirical analysis was conducted based on the 318 Korean SMEs' data receiving the Venture and/or Inno-biz certification. Results show that managing difficulties of the company have typical pattern according to the stage of growth. The characteristics of an entrepreneur such as age, education background and past experience affect the early stage of starting business. We also found that the technology level is closely connected with operational innovation activities and circumstances, entrepreneur's characteristics, start-up motives, and technological innovation activities.

This paper suggests policy implications for Daedeok Innopolis (DI) in Daejeon by comparing the development and problems of DI with the San Diego biotechnology cluster. DI has strengthened its capabilities for technology commercialization and business activities after having created and managed by the Korean central government. While DI has been successful in increasing the number of institutes, researchers, research activities, however, its dynamism is not rigorous enough to be a regional innovative system. San Diego's scientific and entrepreneurial community shows the importance of formulating social and spatial contexts for mutual interactions and engagements. In San Diego, UCSD and networking organizations, especially CONNECT, are central in promoting interactions and communications between regional constituents including entrepreneurs, academics and local governments. The mechanisms of San Diego biotechnology imply that DI should provide more attention to designing and developing social and geographical space that can unleash the creative power of social interactions. To build an innovative regional system, DI needs to renovate its space, public-private relationship and networking platforms.

본 연구에서는 중소기업의 기술혁신 장려 정책의 중요한 수단 중 하나인 혁신형 기업 인증 제도의 효과를 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과라는 측면에서 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업청과 중소기업중앙회에서 실시한 2013~2015년 '중소기업 기술통계조사' 결과를 이용하여, 벤처기업 확인, 이노비즈 인증, 메인비즈 인증 등 혁신형 기업 인증을 받은 혁신형 중소기업과 그렇지 않은 일반 중소기업을 비교하였다. 그 결과 혁신형 중소기업이 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과에 관련된 많은 세부 지표에서 비교 우위에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 외부사용 연구개발비 비중, 기술개발 시도건수와 성공건수 등은 조사년도에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 본 제도의 사후 관리를 강화할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 자체조달연구개발비 비중은 3개년 조사 모두에서 오히려 일반 중소기업이 혁신형 중소기업에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타나, 혁신형 중소기업에 대한 정부의 자금 지원이 기업의 자체 연구개발 투자의 대체재가 아닌 보완재로 사용될 수 있도록 유인하는 제도적 장치가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 또한 기업의 기술적 혁신 활동과 성과는 인증 여부보다는 기업의 규모와 참여 업종에 더 큰 영향을 받으므로, 기술혁신 장려 정책 수립 시 이에 대한 고려가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

최근 감정노동은 감정노동전략의 핵심인 표면조절행위 및 심층조절행위와 관련하여 병원근로자들에게 있어 필수불가결한 상황이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 병원근로자들의 감성지능과 감정노동전략 간의 관계를 실증적으로 밝히기 위한 연구이다. 연구의 목적에 따라 본 연구에서는 병원근로자들을 대상으로 설문을 시행하고 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 데이터 분석으로는 PLS 구조방정식 분석법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 병원근로자들의 감성지능 즉, 자기감정이해, 타인감정이해, 감정조절 및 감정활용은 병원근로자들의 심층조절행위에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 또한 병원근로자들의 심층조절행위는 조직애착, 지식공유의도 및 혁신활동에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구에서 기존의 품질경영 모형에서 발굴된 모형을 가설로 설정하여 이용한 연구모형으로 커뮤니케이션, 프로세스 경영, 정책 및 제도, 표준화, 조직원 신뢰 그리고 조직원 만족을 연구가설로 채택하여 변수간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 프로세스 경영, 정책 및 제도, 커뮤니케이션, 표준화 등과 같은 품질경영활동은 조직원 신뢰에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치고, 조직원 신뢰는 조직원 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 조직 관리를 위한 함축적 의미는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직원들의 조직에 대한 만족을 위해서 상사, 회사, 업무처리, 기록 등과 같은 조직원들의 신뢰 향상의 매우 중요하다. 둘째, 조직원들의 신뢰 향상을 위해서는 조직원, 고객, 쉬운 용어사용 등과 같은 커뮤니케이션 향상과 개선 프로세스, 문제수정, 측정기 준 확립과 성과유지를 위한 개선혁신성의 향상이 매우 중요한 것으로 연구 조사되었다.

Modern society unanimously recognizes the importance of education for the constructive socio-economic development of the global economy and adopts humanistic principles for building social interaction both at the state and interstate levels. 본 연구는 중소기업, 특히 제조업을 중심으로 기술혁신자원의 네트워크 구조를 분석하고 혁신기업과 비혁신기업 간의 차이점을 드러내는 것을 목표로 한다. 우선 전체 기업을 대상으로 연결 중심성, 유동 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성을 분석하고, 다음으로 CONCOR 분석을 통해 구조적 등위성을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 혁신성과 창출 유무에 따라 구분된 혁신기업과 비혁신기업의 네트워크 형태를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 전체 기업의 기술혁신자원 분석에서 기업가정신과 기업혁신전략이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 CONCOR 분석결과 중소기업의 혁신자원은 7개의 클러스터로 구성되었으며, 이는 본원적 제품혁신 자원, 경쟁우위 추진 자원, 협력활동 자원, 정보시스템 자원, 혁신 보호 등으로 정의될 수 있다. 마지막으로 혁신기업과 비혁신기업의 네트워크 분석에서는 혁신기업이 경쟁력 강화와 품질 향상에 집중하는 반면, 비혁신기업은 기존 제품과 고객에 더 집중하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 혁신기업은 8개의 클러스터로 구성되어 있었고, 비혁신기업은 6개의 클러스터로 나타났다. 이는 혁신기업이 자원을 다각적으로 활용하여 구조적 변화와 새로운 가치 창출을 추구하는 반면, 비혁신기업은 보다 안정적인 형태로 기술혁신자원을 운영한다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 기술혁신에 있어서 기업가정신과 기업혁신전략의 중요성을 강조하며, 혁신성을 높이기 위해 내부적 차원에서의 강력한 노력이 필요함을 제시한다. 이러한 발견은 중소기업의 기술혁신을 위한 전략 수립과 정책 개발에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

The article proposes a methodical approach to assessing the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises. This approach is based on the calculation of personnel, investment, technical and technological, information components of the ability of agri-food enterprises to innovate. The algorithm of search of production, intellectual, financial, information resources reserves, which are necessary for functioning of the enterprises of agro-food sphere, is defined. The approach developed by the authors, in contrast to the existing ones in the scientific world, allows the tools of mathematical modeling to identify shortcomings in the development of agri-food enterprises, to forecast the development of these enterprises and on this basis to form different models of market stakeholders. The method proposed by the authors to assess the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises allows market participants to assess the current state of agri-food enterprises and form the necessary management levers to influence its activities to eliminate market failures and pitfalls.
