중소기업을 위한 글로벌 쇼핑몰 지원사업의 성공사례: 주식회사 정글 (Successive Case of Global Shopping Mall Project for Small and Medium Enterprises: Zungle Incorporation)

  • SMEs are experiencing difficulties in doing sales promotion due to the low awareness of the image of the company and the products produced by them in the global market. Therefore, the Government should seek ways to raise awareness of SMEs' image and products. SMEs have to carry out global innovation activities needed to develop new products or new technologies, but they are exposed to limitations of these innovative activities due to the limit of their available resources. Therefore, as a national project, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are doing project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) so that SMEs can strengthen their global innovation activities. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to succeeding in the project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) by studying the case of Zungle Incorporation which operates a global shopping mall and greatly increases exports by participating in this project, and identifying success factors of Zungle Incorporation in doing this project.

혁신성으로 구분된 두 소비자 집단에서 디지털 컨버전스 제품의 구매요인 영향력 비교 (Comparison between effects of buying factors on two consumer segments by innovative behavior for digital convergence product)

  • In this paper, we examined the difference of the effects of buying factors in two consumer segments divided by the innovative behavior for digital convergence products, and developed relevant managerial implications. As the digital convergence product could be understood as a innovative bundling product, the buying factors of the digital convergence products were clustered in 3 groups : common innovation-bundling factors, innovation factors and bundling factors. Tests for the difference of regression coefficients of the purchasing factors in the two markets show that (1) the early market is affected by both of the common innovation-bundling factors and the innovation factors, while the mainstream market is affected by all of the common innovation-bundling factors. the innovation factors and the bundling factors, (2) the early market is more affected by the technical benefit, while the mainstream market is more affected by the pragmatic benefit, and (3) both of the two markets are affected by the compatibility and the message communicability. The relevant managerial implications for the successive diffusion of the digital convergence products can include (1) in the entire period of the diffusion. enhancing the compatibility between consumer and product concept, performing constant and differentiated marketing communication activities, (2) in the early market of the diffusion, introducing unique innovative product which provides obvious and differential synergy through the convergence, appealing to the technical benefit, and (3) in the mainstream market of the diffusion, improving the qualities and features of individual products for the digital convergence product, appealing to the pragmatic benefit, reducing the complexity of product.

기업의 공동연구개발활동이 제품혁신 및 공정혁신에 미치는 영향 - 음이항회귀모형을 활용하여 - (The Effects of Collaborative R&D Activity on Product and Process Innovation: A Negative Binomial Modeling Approach)

  • 본 연구는 제조업 부문 기업의 공동연구개발활동이 개별 기업의 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 혁신유형에 대한 이론적 논의를 토대로 기술혁신을 제품혁신과 공정혁신으로 세분화하고 혁신성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들을 통제한 분석모형을 설정하였다. 2005년도 "기술혁신조사" 자료를 바탕으로, 가산자료인 혁신성과의 분포특성을 반영할 수 있는 음이항회귀모형을 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 공동연구개발활동은 제품혁신과 공정혁신 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 수도권지역에 입지한 기업들을 중심으로 보다 많은 제품혁신성과가 창출되고 있음을 실증하였으며, 기존의 연구들에서 논의된 혁신성과 관련 영향요인들이 갖는 효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역의 지속적인 성장을 이끄는 기업성장을 촉진하기 위해서는 한정된 연구자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 공동연구개발 제도를 수립하고 지식교류 네트워크를 촉진하기 위한 정책적 대안이 마련될 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

유럽의 규제과학 및 규제과학 인재양성 프로젝트 (European Regulatory Science and Regulatory Science Expert Training Project)

  • Background: Need for regulatory science is emerging with the development of pharmaceutical industry. It is essential to train regulatory science experts to meet the needs of technology and regulations to evaluate advanced products. Major regulatory science countries are conducting the regulatory science activities and fostering the experts. Methods: Published literature and the relevant website of European Union (EU) were reviewed and criteria were developed. In particular, we focused on in depth descriptions of the Innovative Medicines Initiative program, which was conducted twice. Results: EU is striving to provide funding and training experts for the development of the regulatory science by horizon 2020 and regulatory science to 2025. Innovative medicines initiative (IMI) is a public-private partnership aimed at the development of the pharmaceutical industry, including the regulatory science. IMI education and training projects have provided various education and training course including short-term curriculum and master and doctoral course. The difference between South Korea's regulatory science expert training project in 2021 and the EU's IMI education and training projects is participation of pharmaceutical companies. While the pharmaceutical companies participate in the IMI project to select project topics and form a community, South Korea's project is focused on the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and universities. Conclusion: Through successful active networks with regulatory party, pharmaceutical companies, and universities, a great innovative advance of regulatory science in South Korea is expected.

한국 근대디자인의 혁신성에 관한 연구 -근현대디자인박물관 소장 자료를 중심으로- (A Study on the Innovation of Modern Design in Korea -A Study on the Collection of Modern Design Museum-)

  • 우리나라는 일제 식민지배로 인해 중요한 근대의 시기를 읽어 버렸음에도 오늘날 선진국의 반열에 올라서 있다. 이 시기는 디자인 활동에도 상당한 제약을 받았음으로 우리의 창의적이고 혁신적인 디자인 행위는 별로 없었을 것으로 생각하는 것이 일반적이며 그에 대해 연구한 결과도 미미하다. 이 시기의 디자인 행위에 있어 창의적 발상이나 혁신적인 디자인들은 전혀 없는 것인가? 라는 물음 속에서 당시 남겨진 근대디자인의 여러 산물들에 대하여 분석한 결과 10가지의 분야에서 새롭고 남다른 혁신성(Innovation)을 발견할 수 있었다. 즉 오늘날도 디자인 분야에서 구사하는 혁신적인 전략 예컨대 브랜드 패밀리, 뉴 사인시스템, 모더니즘 스타일, 로컬라이제이션, 스타마케팅, 완 소스 멀티 유즈, 프라이빗 브랜드, 자연친화, 융 복합, 패러디 전략 등을 활용해 디자인했음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Educational innovations are first created, improved or applied educational, didactic, educative, and managerial systems and their components that significantly improve the results of educational activities. The development of pedagogical technology in the global educational space is conventionally divided into three stages. The role of innovative technologies in Higher School practice is substantiated. Factors of effectiveness of the educational process are highlighted. Technology is defined as a phenomenon and its importance is emphasized, it is indicated that it is a component of human history, a form of expression of intelligence focused on solving important problems of being, a synthesis of the mind and human abilities. The most frequently used technologies in practice are classified. Among the priority educational innovations in higher education institutions, the following are highlighted. Introduction of modular training and a rating system for knowledge control (credit-modular system) into the educational process; distance learning system; computerization of libraries using electronic catalog programs and the creation of a fund of electronic educational and methodological materials; electronic system for managing the activities of an educational institution and the educational process. In the educational process, various innovative pedagogical methods are successfully used, the basis of which is interactivity and maximum proximity to the real professional activity of the future specialist. There are simulation technologies (game and discussion forms of organization); technology "case method" (maximum proximity to reality); video training methodology (maximum proximity to reality); computer modeling; interactive technologies; technologies of collective and group training; situational modeling technologies; technologies for working out discussion issues; project technology; Information Technologies; technologies of differentiated training; text-centric training technology and others.

품질경영활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 조직마음챙김지원에 의해 조절된 혁신문화의 매개효과 - (Effect of Quality Management Activities on the Performance - Mediation Effect of Innovation Culture Moderated by Organizational Mindfulness Support -)

  • Purpose: This paper aims to verify the effect of quality management activities on the performance through innovative culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support which supports organizational mindfulness that means the organization members' attention is stable, opened mind and sensitive to change. Methods: The survey was conducted for four weeks to participants who participated in education of the Korea Standard Association. We analyzed 265 data using SPSS MACRO PROCESS to verify the research model. Results: Research shows that quality management activities affect the performance by partially mediating of innovation culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support. In other words, the higher organizational mindfulness support, the stronger the mediated effect of innovation culture in relation to quality management activities and performance. Conclusion: In order to further enhance the impact of quality management activities on performance, we could see that organization is needed to support for education or learning that can improve organizational mindfulness.

예술적 표현으로서 뷰티일러스트레이션 연구 - 종이조각기법을 이용한 작품제작을 중심으로 - (A Study Beauty Illustration as Part of Artistic Expressions - Focusing on the Creation of Paper Sculpture Works -)

  • In terms of expression, beauty illustration has become more diverse and innovative. Because of continued unique creative activities, more novelty has been pursued. In this study, beauty illustration in new artistic and decorative images was used to investigate the basic concepts of art activities, illustration and beauty illustration and make up for beauty illustration which adheres to traditional and classical expressions. In this study, the following results were obtained: First, in terms of expression of beauty illustration, the work with art expressions are still poor compared to other fields such as fashion illustration. Therefore, it is necessary to attempt beauty illustration of a new image which expresses artistic emotions. Second, by using an artistic technique called 'paper sculpture', a semi-solid shape has been completed, and a decorative beauty illustration was created. People get new inspiration through beautiful and innocent art pieces, which in turn motivate to create new expression. New art activities which take a human body as an art support beauty activities through picture and more sensitive inspiration. It was attempted to express other emotion and beauty by observing a single piece of work. A new possibility in beauty illustration which is differentiated from other art activities is proposed and its domain is developed.

혁신적 기업에서의 감성의 관심 및 활용의 추적: 연차보고서의 내용분석을 중심으로 (Tracking on Attention to the Emotion and Sensibility and its Application at the Innovative Companies: Focused on Content Analysis of Annual Reports)

  • 본 연구는 혁신적 기업에서 감성에 대한 인식 및 활용에 대해 기업의 연차보고서의 내용분석을 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 연차보고서는 현재 기업이 제공하는 상품(제품 및 서비스)에 대한 설명과 기업의 성과 및 방향에 대해 기술하였기 때문에 기업의 감성에 대한 관심 및 활용을 파악하기 위한 내용분석에 적합한 데이터이다. 감성에 대해서는 그 용어가 국내외에서 혼재되어 사용되고 있어, 연관 단어인 '감각', '감성', '정서'와 해당 영단어인 'sensibility'와 'sense', 'emotion', 'feeling', 'affection'의 사전적 정의를 분석하여 서로의 관계를 분석하였고, 본 용어들을 모두 내용분석에 포함하였다. 혁신적 기업을 선정을 위해 경제 학술지 Fast company에서 발표하는 2009년과 2014년의 'The world's 50 most innovative companies'의 리스트에 포함된 기업으로 추출하였다. 그 기업의 연차보고서를 바탕으로 상호 비교하여 2009년과 2014년 사이의 감성의 인식 및 활용에 대한 기업의 변화를 추적하였다. 내용분석의 정량적인 결과에서는 혁신성과 감성의 관련성이 강하지 않다고 판단되나, 정성적인 결과에는 5년 사이에 '감각(sense)'과 '감정(feeling)'에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론적으로, 기업에서 전략적으로 추구하는 혁신성의 방향이 기술 선도 및 차별화에서 사용자 경험 만족으로 옮겨지고 있으며, 사용자의 감각 및 감정을 측정, 평가, 표현하고자 하는 기업의 수가 증대되고 있음을 밝혔다.

  • The modern welding technology hue more then 100 years history, and during that period, the welding has been playing an important role in the development of the manufacturing processes/systems as a key technology. In the time we enter the 21st century, it is question how to develop the innovative and attractive welding technology, in particular by the younger generation. The present report discussed the future trend of welding engineering mainly in Japan after reviewing the previous growth of welding engineering.
