셀프리더십과 혁신행동과의 관계에서 상사신뢰의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mediating Effect of Trust in Supervisor on the Relationship between Self-Leadership and Innovative Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study verifies: the relationship between self-leadership (behavioral-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and innovative behavior, and mediator effect of trust in supervisor. In order to verify the relationship and mediator effect, data obtained from 140 employees working in business office in Ulsan Metropolitan City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings are as follows: First, the relationship between self-leadership(behavioral- focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and trust in supervisor is positively related Second, There was also a positive correlation between the trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. Finally, trust in supervisor played as a partial mediator on the relationship between self-leadership(behavioral- focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

  • User perceptions toward information technology (IT) are crucial to successful implementation. The purpose of our study is to improve the understanding of the impact of social influences on different types of users' perceptions and adoption of IT. To do this our study refines and expands the operationalization of the social influence construct to include four components: "subjective norm", "image","visibility", "voluntariness". We use this to examine influences by type of user (knowledge worker versus university student) and IT (innovative versus mature). The key finding is that when knowledge workers consider adopting innovative IT they are sensitive to general perceptions of its usefulness. Our results have implications for management enquiry and practice.

  • The city image is considered one of important symbolic and important factors in selecting the travel destination. Many cities are trying to be an attractive and popular city to tourists through the construction of a good brand image by utilizing their representative characteristics. This study measures the city brand image by applying a big data analytic method. In addition, the big data measurement results were rearranged and analyzed to identify further detailed city images by utilizing several previous interpretation methods. Our study has chosen Dubai since this city has the diverse images due to its regional as well as economic characteristics. In particular, nowadays Dubai has been recognized as one of the most important touristic places in the Middle East region for its modern and innovative images in spite of the limitations of location, weather, religion, and even political issues of neighbor countries. Founded on a big data analysis rather than a questionnaire-based survey, the presented interpretation methods are evaluated to improve the understanding of Dubai's diverse city images. In addition, based on the results of this research, it is expected to have a practical impact on establishing the effective marketing strategies to build and implement the valuable city brand image.

Connecting the three Dimensions of Urban Transportation

  • Currently, urban mobility is rather two-dimensional: Connections between transportation solutions like elevators, escalators, moving walks, and metro stations are static. In the future, urban mobility will require a holistic view: Seamless transportation, enabled by innovative IoT technology, is a necessity. A dialogue between the city, its buildings and transportation systems, considering the specific needs and preferences of each and every citizen, must be adopted. Travelling through the city will become a lot more individualized, interactive and customized to specific requirements.

  • 본 연구에서 기업지원인식이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 관계에서 매개효과가 존재하는 동시에 조절효과도 존재하는 것을 밝히려고 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 즉, 업무자율성, 혁신적 생산활동, 기업성과 간의 관계에서 기업지원인식이 조절된 매개효과가 존재함을 검정하였다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 중국 천진시에 위치한 물류업체 대상으로 실시하였다. 300부 배포하는 설문 중에서 213부를 회수하여 198부 유효한 답변을 얻었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Macro(Preacher, Curran,& Bauer, 2006)를 이용하여 분석을 실시하였는데 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업지원인식이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 관계에서 조절효과가 존재하는 것을 검증하였다. 둘째, 혁신적 생산활동이 업무자율성과 혁신적 생산활동의 결과변수로 여긴 기업성과의 관계에서 매개효과가 존재하는 것을 검증하였다다. 셋째, 이러한 매개효과와 조절효과를 결합한 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 즉, 매개효과가 기업지원 인식이라는 조절변수의 크기에 따라 달라지는지를 검증하였다.

부산의 해상관광활성화에 관한 혁신적 전략(1) (The Innovative Strategy on the Activation of Marine Tourism in Busan)

  • 부산은 지리적 특성으로 인하여 상공업이 발달하였고 정착기와 확산기를 맞이하였으며 무역도시로 발달하였다. 2000년 이후 인구감소, 제조업의 이전, 외래관광객의 감소 등으로 경제력이 약화되어 경쟁력을 잃고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 항구적 해안의 지형적 지역의 전통산업적 국제교통적 특성의 강점을 이용하여 해상관광활성화의 혁신적 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 부산의 해상관광활성화의 전략을 규명하는 것으로 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해안과 해상의 환경을 고려하여 해상관광의 거점을 선정하고 거점의 정체성을 규명하여 관광자원으로 개발되어야 한다. 둘째, 선정된 다수의 거점 중에서 핵심적인 관광거점은 외래관광객을 집중시키는 관광터미널의 기능이 필요하고 부산의 랜드마크가 되어야 한다. 셋째, 각각의 관광거점은 관광객이 다양한 해상관광활동을 체험할 수 있어야 하고 특화되어야 한다. 넷째, 해상관광거점은 해상관광루트로 연계되어야 한다. 다섯째, 해상관광의 비수기를 극복하기 위하여 관광거점을 중심으로 겨울관광상품인 실내 스케이트장과 스키장, 해수풀장과 인공해수욕장, 인공잔디썰매장, 인공해안절벽, 해수온천장 등의 관광자원개발이 요구된다.

공간적 특성을 고려한 스마트시티 정책 (Smart City Policy Considering Spatial Characteristics)

  • 도시문제 해결과 함께 4차 산업혁명의 신(新)성장동력 창출을 위해 세계적으로 스마트시티의 전략적 가치가 증대하고 있다. 우리 정부는 2003년 '유비쿼터스 도시(U-City)'를 한국의 고유 스마트시티 브랜드로 도입하여 추진하였다. U-City의 한계 극복을 위해 2018년 백지상태 부지에 4차 산업혁명기술의 테스트베드로서 국가 시범도시(세종 5-1생(生), 부산 EDC; Eco Delta City) 조성을 포함한 「스마트시티 추진전략」이 수립 및 발표되었다. 이후 국내외 변화된 여건과 그간의 정책에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 도시성장단계별(신규-기존-노후) 맞춤형 스마트시티 조성·확산 정책을 제시하고 있다. 스마트시티 조성 및 확산은 혁신 생태계 구축 및 글로벌 이니셔티브 강화를 위한 중장기 로드맵으로 제3차 스마트도시 종합계획('19~'23)을 중점으로 추진되고 있다. 아울러, 정부는 스마트시티 정책을 추진하는 데에는 시민, 민간기업, 지자체 등 다양한 주체가 함께 참여하여 따뜻한 삶의 공간으로 열린 도시이자 포용 도시로서 스마트시티를 조성 및 추진하는 것이 중요할 것으로 판단된다.

The role of the living lab in smart city projects: A comparative case study of two Northeast Asian cities

  • Extant literature has emphasized the role of citizen participation in creating a successful smart city. However, previous works are lacking in a systematic analysis of the specific mechanisms by which citizen participation makes a positive impact on smart city projects. We attempt to bridge the gap by focusing on the role of the living lab, a citizen-driven mechanism that has used innovative ideas, new technologies, and cooperation with various participants to address local problems. As co-creation is the common ground for smart cities and living labs in terms of citizen participation, we provide a theoretical framework in which the notion of co-creation mediates smart cities and living labs. To examine the living lab's effect of co-creation on smart cities, we conduct a comparative case study of two Northeast Asian cities: Taipei and Busan. We explore (1) the factors behind the different outcomes in these two cities, despite many similarities that might affect smart cities' effectiveness, and (2) the relationship between smart cities and living labs and how to systematically understand the interaction between the two. We find that living labs have played a key role in making Taipei's smart city projects effective and successful, which allows the city to keep showing a high level of performance. In contrast, citizens could not find channels to participate in such projects in Busan. We conclude that the living lab explains why the smart cities in Busan have been less successful than in Taipei.

Smart Tourism Destination from a Systemic Perspective: A Brazilian Case Study

  • This study examines Natal in Brazil as a Smart Tourism Destination (STD) based on the perception of public and private managers who are members of the City Tourism Council. The research utilizes a systemic perspective of STD proposed by Ivars-Baidal et al. (2016), consisting of three interconnected levels: Strategic-Relational, Instrumental, and Applied. The findings reveal that Natal faces challenges in terms of infrastructure, accessibility, security, connectivity, and sensoring, which hinder its progress as STD. The study also identifies opportunities in the form of governance structures with smart destinations and the inclusion of smartness guidelines in the City Master Plan. The research aims to contribute to the theoretical understanding of STD and its application in destination development. It highlights the need for innovative planning and management in Natal, emphasizing that adopting the STD from a systemic perspective can enhance competitiveness and elevate the level of smartness in the destination.

보건소 간호조직문화가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nurses' Organizational Culture on Their Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment at the Public Health Center)

  • Purpose: This study examines how the types of organizational culture at a public health center affect job satisfaction and organization commitment of nurses. Method: The study selected 139 nurses from six public health centers located in G city, J province as subjects. The data was collected from April 1 to May 31 in 2008. Result: In regard to type of organizational culture had significant correlation with both job satisfaction and organization commitment, job satisfaction and organization commitment also showed high correlation. Concerning type of organizational culture, two variables of affiliated culture and innovative culture explained 26.3% of job satisfaction and 29.3% of organization commitment. Conclusion: The job satisfaction and organization commitment of nurses varied according to types of organizational culture of a public health center, and showed high correlation. The more affiliated and innovative the organizational culture was, the higher job satisfaction and organization commitment turned out. Therefore, it is advisable to develop a strategy that systematically creates a affiliated and innovative organizational culture that pays attention to goal achievement of the nurse.
