본 연구는 대덕밸리에 입지한 벤처기업들의 지식생산 및 상용화 과정을 산-(학)연 네트워크 차원에서 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 지역혁신체제 구축방안을 제시하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 1997년 이후 '제 2의 실리콘밸리' 구축을 위한 정부의 의지에 힘입어 조성된 대덕밸리는 기존의 과학연구단지를 기반으로 외형적인 혁신시스템을 갖추었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구결과 벤처기업의 지식생산과 상용화에 몇가지 근본적인 문제점이 드러났다. 이는 혁신시스템을 구성하고 있는 경제 주체들의 역할이 제 기능을 하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 혁신 주체들간의 연계를 활성화하고 조정할 수 있는 적절한 제도 및 기제의 부족에 기인한 것으로 나타났다 특히. 이와 같은 문제점은 벤처기업의 성장단계별로 그리고 지식생산 단계별로 상이하게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 대덕밸리의 효율적인 지식생산 네트워크 기반의 혁신시스템 구축을 위해서 새로운 혁신시스템 구축이라는 관점보다는 기존 혁신체제를 구성하고 있는 주체 및 제도의 역할 보완 및 확충이라는 관점에서 그리고 기업의 성장단계별 및 지식생산 단계별로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The study is devoted to substantiation of directions of intensification of development of small innovative enterprise, which has a significant impact on the overall innovation activity of the country and promotes innovative development, transition to more advanced technological systems. The outlined role of small business in innovative development in the direction of intensifying innovation in the economy, improving organization and production, as well as in the form of direct participation in the innovation process, production of science-intensive products, stimulating demand for innovation. A group of factors hindering the development of small innovative entrepreneurship was identified, including: financial aspects of the activity, shortcomings of organizational and communicative nature, underdeveloped technology market, information plan problems, internal production problems of small business, market problems. The directions of intensification of the development of small innovative entrepreneurship are substantiated, namely: financial and credit support of small innovative entrepreneurship; introduction of tax incentives; material and technical support; nationwide intensification of innovation activity; information support; development of innovation infrastructure. The involvement of the outlined directions of intensification of small innovative entrepreneurship will help to obtain a synergistic effect of innovative development of both small innovative business structures and the economy as a whole.

This study wants to test the nexus among resource orientation, market orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing toward organizational innovation, and the nexus between organizational innovation and MSMEs performance. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted with some MSMEs actors in Central Java Province, Indonesia, in Klaten Regency and Pekalongan City. These two areas have creative MSMEs, especially Batik MSMEs that have been very large and known worldwide. The sampling technique is done purposively with certain criteria for the respondents. The data analysis technique is done using Partial Least Square. This study provides recommendations about strategic practice and policy (resource and market), social network, and knowledge sharing in increasing organizational innovation, and the impact of organizational innovation toward MSMEs performance. It also offers a comprehensive model of the determinant factor of organizational innovation by considering the aspect of strategic orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing. Other unique aspects that are also important to consider are social network and the importance of knowledge sharing in improving MSMEs Performance. The respondents are still limited in two areas, namely, Pekalongan and Klaten, so it still cannot represent the whole population. These areas also have different orientation of production process approach, namely, synthetic and natural dyes.

Innovation Cosystems are Conceptualized as Organizational Networks of Economic Actors, Technologies and Social Contexts that Interact for Knowledge Production, use, and Adaptation. This Paper Proposed a Conceptual Framework to Describe Value Co-creation of Organizational Networks Engaged in Technology Innovation. We Adopted Theory-Based Approach by Integrating the Perspective of Service-Dominant (S-D) Logic Into the Evolutionary Model of the Triple Helix. The Framework Gives a Plausible Explanation on how Actors Collaborate to Create Value in Dynamic Contexts of an Innovation Ecosystem. The Innovation Ecosystem can be Considered as a Composite of Sub-Ecosystems, Including Knowledge, Sectoral, and Business Ecosystems. When these Sub-Ecosystems are Recursively Transformed by Coordination of Functional Mechanisms that Serve Value Co-creation in the Innovation Process, the Innovation Ecosystem will be Re-Organized and Evolve. The case of the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) was Examined to Demonstrate the Fundamental Mechanisms for Value Co-creation that was Described in the Framework. The case Study Indicates Features of Value Co-creation when Implementing Innovation in Organizational Networks.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 불리는 생산 패러다임 변화에 선도적으로 대응하기 위해 차세대 생산혁신 기술을 증거기반 키워드 네트워크를 통해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석을 위해 차세대 생산혁신 기술과 관련한 총 441건의 논문데이터를 추출하였고, 이 논문들의 저자 키워드 동시 등장 관계를 기반으로 차세대 생산혁신 기술 네트워크를 구축하였다. 구축된 기술 네트워크를 바탕으로 중심성 및 키워드 그룹 분석을 통해 주요 기술을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 'digital twin', 'modeling and simulation' 등 가상세계와 물리세계를 실시간으로 완벽하게 연결하여 인사이트를 발견하고, 이를 설계 및 공정에 반영하는 기술들이 주요 기술로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 관련 산업 내에서 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 변화를 대비하는 기업들에게 의미 있는 정보를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of innovation and project management. The rapid growth of scientific and technological progress in our time is leading to such profound changes that a passive, slow response to the development of science and technology leads to a growing backlog. That is why the main direction of efficient production should be a constant striving to improve product quality, timely replacement of the assortment, minimization of inventories, and ensuring the flexibility and mobility of technological processes. Based on the results of the study, the main features of innovation and project management were characterized.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of technological knowledge flow-structure of Korean manufacturing in dynamic perspective. In doing that, the concept of the knowledge network is introduced which is defined as a set of industries and their interaction(knowledge flow) or linkage. The analysis of the inter-industrial knowledge flows is based on the technological similarity by using R&D researchers'academic background in the year of 1984, 1987, 1990. The analysis is carried out by such methodology as network analysis, indicator analysis and simple statistical analysis. And the final results are drawn both in absolute terms(dimension effect) and in relative terms (proportion effect) respectively. The main findings are as follow. First, the Korean manufacturing knowledge network appears to strengthen existing inter-industrial knowledge linkages rather than to construct new linkages. Second, the network seems to form a dualistic structure in that some high-technology sectors (knowledge production sectors) emerge along with traditional sectors (knowledge absorbing sectors). Third, since the mid-1980s, an inter-industrial fusion is witnessed among technologically intensive sectors, indicating that some sophisticated innovation modes are emerging in Korean manufacturing system.

This study empirically analyzes the effect of IT SME ventures' external information network diversity on their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development. This research constructs a mediating model based on the open innovation perspective and tests it with the 138 samples of South Korean IT SME ventures based on the ordinary least squares regression. This research is expected to make a good contribution by shedding a new light on the following three points about the critical role of IT SME ventures' external information network diversity in increasing their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development which has scarcely been illuminated in the extant studies in the field of the management of technology for SMEs. First, IT SME ventures' external information network diversity positively influences their production period reduction. Second, the external information network diversity positively influences IT SMEs' ventures' productivity improvement. Third, IT SME ventures' production period reduction partially mediates the influence of IT SME ventures' external network diversity on their productivity improvement. These three fresh points are expected to provide useful theoretical and practical implications. Related to the theoretical implication, this research provides a fresh implication that IT SME ventures' external information network diversity positively influences not only their production period reduction but also productivity improvement generated from technology development. Concerning the practical implication, this study suggests that the CEOs in IT SME ventures make strategic efforts to use more diverse external information sources in order to increase their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development.

The article examines the economic essence and approaches to determining the efficiency of the enterprise. The author in the study considers the effectiveness and from the standpoint of qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of change and implementation of enterprise development goals. It is established that the tool for ensuring qualitative impacts on the efficiency of the enterprise is the innovative development of the economic space of the enterprise. The article considers the dominant innovations that have influenced the means and methods of production. An organizational and economic mechanism has been recommended to coordinate the costs of innovation activities in order to ensure the efficiency of enterprises. The object of management in the organizational and economic mechanism is the innovation process in the enterprise: from the design of strategic goals of innovation, search and commercialization of innovations, to building and implementing innovation potential. The efficiency of the enterprise under the condition of realization of innovative potential will be characterized by steady competitive advantages and strategically-oriented behavior in the market.
