HLA (High Level Architecture) 는 모델링과 시뮬레이션 분야에서 상호 이질적인 서비스에 따른 어플리케이션의 상호운용성(interoperability)과 재사용성(reusability)을 증진시키기 위해 필요한 infrastructure를 개발하기 위한 청사진이다. RTI(RunTime Infrastructure)는 HLA 의 소프트웨어적 도구로써 IibTRI, FedExec, RTIExec의 세 가지 컴포넌트로 구성되어 있다. RTI는 분산환경에서 동적으로 다수대다수간의 통신을 제공하는 미들웨어 (middleware)이다. 대규모의 분산 시뮬레이션의 실행은 지리적으로 퍼져있는 많은 양의 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 할 수 있는데 이러한 환경이 가지는 보안과 동적 자원 할당이라는 문제점을 Globus Toolkit3(GT3)안의 Open Grid Service Arcitecture(OGSA)를 사용해서 해결할 수 있는 RTI-G를 개발해 왔고 이를 service-oriented RTI-G라 부른다. 이 논문에서는 service-oriented RTI on Grid 의 구조와 앞에 제시된 문제점들의 해결방안을 제시하고 실험한다.

In this paper, we aim to propose cyber security considerations and countermeasures for infrastructure and services in the UAM(Urban Air Mobility) Air Traffic Management field, which is one of the key elements of the UAM market that has not yet bloomed. Air traffic management is an important factor for safe navigation and social acceptance of UAM. In order to realize air traffic management, infrastructure and services based on solid network connectivity must be established. And for industries where connectivity is the core component, it can become an infiltration route for cyber threats. Therefore, cyber security is essential for the infrastructure and services. In detail, we will look into the definition of the existing air traffic management field and the cyber threats. In addition, we intend to identify cyber security threat scenarios that may occur in the newly designed UAM air traffic management infrastructure. Moreover, in order to study the cyber security countermeasures of the UAM air traffic management infrastructure, there will be analysis of the UAM operation concept. As a result, countermeasures applicable to the infrastructure and service fields will be suggested by referring to the cyber security frameworks.

U-City의 계획, 건설 및 개발 후 운영 관리를 지원하기 위한 "유비쿼터스도시의건설등에관한법률(이하 u-City 법) 이 제정 공포되었다(2008.3.28). 본 법률을 근거로 한 국가주도 u-City도입의 궁극적 목표는 이미 선진국 궤도에 근접한 우리나라의 IT, 공간정보인프라를 적극 활용한 도시공간 이용 및 관리의 첨단화에 있다고 하겠다. 법에 의한 u-City의 정의는 물리적 도시기반시설에 u-City기술을 적용하여 u-City기반시설 화하고 이를 통해 다양한 u-City서비스를 제공하는 도시로 규정되어 있다. 그러나 현 법규정의 가장 핵심개념에 해당하는 u-City서비스, 기술 및 기반시설과 이들의 상호관계의 상세 정도로는 각 지자체의 특성과 역량에 맞는 도시기반시설지능화 및 이를 통한 u-City서비스 제공 등의 가이드 효과를 충분히 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 안정적이고 만족도 높은 u-City서비스의 계획, 구축 및 운영관리를 위한 법제도 정비의 핵심사안의 하나로서 서비스-기술-기반시설간 상호관계 정립의 기본방향 및 추진전략을 제시하는데 있다.

Increasing number of corporations applies IT service management systems to optimize IT service delivery and support processes. For this reason, implementation experiences and effect of IT service management system are growing concerns for IT managers and researchers. This case study analyzes implementation experiences on an ITIL based service management systems in an medium sized corporation. The exploratory case analysis revealed that systems and service quality were improved from the implementation. This study will contribute to the successful implementation of IT service management system and developing a research model of IT service management process.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 인프라가 확산됨에 따라, 서비스 프로바이더는 온-디맨드 방식의 서비스 배포가 가능해졌다. 최근 클라우드형 인프라의 자원 확장성 효율을 극대화하기 위해 마이크로 서비스 구조가 주목받고 있다. 모든 서비스 기능을 하나의 소프트웨어로 구현하는 대신 필요한 서비스를 효율적으로 설계된 Application Programming Interface (API)를 통해 연동함으로써 쉽고 자율적으로 구현할 수 있고, 기능의 요구사항에 맞는 프로그래밍 언어, 소프트웨어, 기능구조를 자유로이 정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 서비스 구조를 기반으로 가상 인프라 매니저 서비스를 설계하고 제안된 구조가 부하에 따라 효율적으로 스케일링이 가능함을 실험을 통해 검증한다.

인터넷 서비스에 대한 수요가 양적 팽창에서 서비스의 고품질화 둥에 질적 변화 단계로 전환함에 따라 각 인터넷 서비스 제공 사업자들은 보다 높은 기대 수준을 요구하는 고객들을 유치하기 위해 차별화된 품질서비스를 제공하는 등, 다방면으로 노력하고 있다. 이런 시장 환경에 비추어볼 때, 30,000여 개의 공공기관에 1995년부터 초고속 국가망 서비스를 제공하고 있는 한국전산원에서도 국가망 이용기관에게 보다 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공하여 고객만족도를 제고할 수 있는 방안에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 그러나 초고속 국가망 사업은 한국전산원이 전담기관으로서 사업을 총괄하고 일부 사업자에게 투자하는 방식으로 사업을 이끌어 나가는 NP(Network Provider)와 SP(Service Provider)가 다른 모델을 가지고 있다. 따라서 고객만족도의 개선을 위해서는 서비스 공급자인 한국전산원과 네트워크를 구축하는 사업자가 구현한 네트워크 서비스 품질에 대한 고객만족도와 실제 이용기관에서 받고 있는 서비스 품질에 대한 고객만족도에 대한 명확한 측정과 조사를 바탕으로 한 전략적 방향제시가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 초고속 국가망을 이용하는 기관 성격별로 구분하여 고객만족지수를 산출하고, 이에 대한 비교를 바탕으로 초고속 국가망 서비스에 대한 고객만족도 지수를 일반화한 KIICSI(Korea Internet Infrastructure Customer Satisfaction Index)를 제시하였다. 더불어 고객 그룹별로 만족도 향상을 위한 전략적 정책방안도 제시함으로 초고속 국가망의 고객만족도 평가체계 발전이 기대된다.

The modern government's role: As an enterprise (To be efficient and effective.); as a service and information provider (government processes that are unique to government). The modern government's role demand interoperation. The Web services architecture is based upon the interactions among three components: Service provider, service broker and service requestor. Service broker is sometimes referred to as service registry. The interactions involve publish, find and bind operations. The paper introduces the concept of web services as a way to realize interoperation between distributed applications. The paper addresses interoperation between e-government and citizen. The motivation of this work was to determine the potentials of the Web services technology for an interoperability infrastructure for e-government. In many countries, the traditional governments have many problems that stem from both insufficient and improper use of ICT. "Insufficient use" refers to the traditional means such as manual archiving systems. "Improper use", on the other hand, refers to the lack of an interoperability infrastructure within and among the government agencies. In this work.

이벤트 알림 서비스는 이벤트 기반의 메시징 서비스 미들웨어로 비즈니스 응용 프로그램, 분산 시스템 관리, 그리고 웹 서비스 통합을 위한 응용 프로그램 영역에서 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주제 기반의 이벤트 분배 서비스와 다양한 메시지 통신 서비스를 제공하는 이벤트 알림 서비스 아키텍처를 제시한다. 이벤트 분배 서비스는 이벤트들을 비동기적인 방식으로 전송하며 이벤트에 정의된 주제 정보와 시스템의 환경 정보를 활용하여 이벤트 전송이 빠르게 하였다. 또한 이벤트의 내용에 대한 필터링 기능을 포함하고 있다. 메시지 통신 서비스는 다양한 형식의 메시지와 다양한 통신 프로토콜을 지원하기 위한 통신 인프라스트럭처이다. 응용 프로그램의 도메인과 환경에 따라, 통신 인프라스트럭처는 성능과 유용성을 최적화하기 위해 재배치하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리가 개발한 이벤트 알림 서비스에 대한 성능 분석한 결과를 다양한 형식의 메시지 형식과 통신 프로토콜을 대상으로 제시한다.

RFID/USN은 u-Korea를 구현하는 핵심 인프라로서 무한한 성장 잠재력을 내포하고 있으며 향후 인터넷에 이어 산업 전반에 커다란 변혁을 가져올 수 있는 분야로 대두되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 u-Korea 비전과 세계적인 RFID/USN 기술을 확보하여 세계 시장을 선점하고자 하는 IT839 정책에 따라 RFID/USN에 대한 관심도가 사회 전반적으로 증대되어 USN에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 앞으로 USN 인프라 구축이 완료됨에 따라 USN을 활용하기 위한 USN 어플리케이션들이 빠르게 증가할 것이다. USN 인프라 기반의 어플리케이션 개발을 보다 손쉽게 하기 위해 USN 미들웨어의 필요성이 대두되며 디렉토리 서비스는 USN 미들웨어를 구성하는 핵심 서비스 중의 하나이다. 그러나 USN 구성요소인 WSN의 특성 등을 고려할 때 USN 인프라에 적합한 디렉토리 서비스는 검색에 중점을 둔 기존의 디렉토리 서비스와 달리 갱신문제가 나타날 수 있으며 본 논문은 이를 극복할 수 있는 디렉토리 서비스의 설계 및 구현에 대해 논한다.

Author outlines briefly developments of policies relating to telecommunication infrastructure and databases since latter half of 1970′s. There exist three phases. The first phase was from later 1970′s to 1985, which was an initial stage of electronic information service in Japan. In the second phase, 1985～1990, basic policy change made possible the privatization of telecommunication services and proliferation of database products and vendors, The third phase began in early 1990′s with downsizing in computer usage, wide-spreading information networks and rapid dissemination of personal computers. Then author describes offers on policy formation for "novel information infrastructure" and current situation concerning the "Internet" in Japan. Finally, tasks and problems for implementing new generation program for information infrastructure and database usage are pointed out, These are knowledge resource, cost, copyrights and cultural problems including language.
