유비쿼터스 서비스가 운용되기 위해서는 유비쿼터스 네트워크가 우선적으로 구축되어야 하며, 이 중에서 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크는 매우 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크가 독자적으로 운용되는 것은 물론, 유비쿼터스 서비스의 인프라로써 동작하기 위한 성능을 가지는 전송기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 데이터 전송의 신뢰성을 확보하여 성능을 향상시킨다. 특히 데이터 전송상의 오류를 부가적인 데이터 생성과 통신과정 없이 검출함으로써 통신비용을 줄이고, 네트워크의 트래픽을 감소시켜 준다.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 기술 환경 기반의 사회에서, 개개인의 평생학습을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 정책방안을 체계적으로 수립하기 위하여 관련 분야 전문가의 의견을 수렴하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 '유비쿼터스'와 '평생학습체제'에 대한 개념적 탐색을 기초로 질문문항을 개발하고 관련 분야 전문가들을 선별하여 면담을 실시하였다. 15명의 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시한 결과, 유비쿼터스 사회에서 평생학습을 활성화하기 위해서는 유비쿼터스 사회상에 대한 개념적 일치 확립, 인프라 구축과 다양한 서비스 개발, 수요에 근거한 풍부한 콘텐츠 확보가 선행되어야 하며, 정보격차 해소 등 유비쿼터스 사회의 역기능에 대한 법적, 제도적 대책 마련이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system.

In the context of lifelong education program for an aging society and information age, elementary school facilities are expected to accommodate various people in diverse age group and diverse physical abilities. Introduction of the 'Universal Design' concept seems inevitable in school environment in terms of public infra structure for community. However, in architectural point of view, unlike foreign examples, simply applied barrier-free and safety standards of domestic guidelines based on dimensional data does not function enough to achieve universal design in authentic manner. This study is focused on this issue and suggests the direction of improvement for architectural design guidelines. Through the comparative analysis of foreign and domestic design guidelines, two principles of universal design-'Flexibility in Use', 'Perceptile Information'- are found to be lacking in the domestic design guidelines for elementary school facilities. It is expected for government authority to develop more concrete guidelines to achieve universal design for school as a basic public space in the community.

본 논문은 E-PON 시스템을 통하여 데이터 및 TDM 신호를 전달하기 위한 방안이다. 저가의 이더넷 기술과 광 인프라를 결합한 E-PON 기술은 차세대 액세스 네트워크의 솔루션으로 등장하였다. E-PON의 전송 속도는 1Gbps이며, 다운스트림과 업스트림인 양방향에 대하여 대칭적이다. 따라서 광 IP 이더넷 네트워크 간단한 네트워크 구조, 효율적인 운용, 그리고 낮은 유지비용을 통하여 비용을 상당히 절약할 수 있다. 이와 같은 E-PON 시스템에 TDMoIP(Time Division Multiplexing over Internet Protocol) 모듈을 첨가하고 QoS 제어 기능을 구현함으로써, 이 시스템은 데이터 및 TDM 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있다.

This research is based on the survey of welfare beneficiaries, aiming to set up the gender-equal welfare policies. Through the survey, this research examines status of women in the family and society and also examines, the degree of perception of women's welfare policies, needs, and satisfaction. According to the survey results, the current welfare policies that are limited to needy women should expand its range, enforcing the infra structure. That employment policy for women turned out to be very important in welfare policies. Demand for more enlarged welfare policies is quite high, especially in housing, employment and elderly care. On the contrary, the degree of satisfaction degree appears quite low because of unrealistic welfare program and benefits. In order to improve the welfare policies, more active and realistic employment policies should be emphasized with the proper support for family life. To raise the status of women, proper policies for women's economic independence should be set up. In addition, consciousness of gender equality should be encouraged in the whole society. Also, women's participation in politics and decision-making process is necessary.

사회 기반시설에 대한 관리의 중요성이 높아지고, 국가적인 지형공간정보체계의 구축이 활발해짐에 따라 도로 시설물 정보의 정확한 구축을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 지금까지는 도로 시설물 정보 취득에 기존의 지상측량 방법에 의한 현장 조사측량 방법이 사용되어 왔으나 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량 기법에 의하여 제작한 정사투영영상을 활용하여 도로상의 각종 시설물 정보를 취득하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 제작된 정사투영영상으로부터 취득된 도로 시설물 정보는 1:1,000수치지도와 비교했을 때 약 12cm정도의 정확도를 가지고 있었으며, 수치지도에 표현되어 있는 도로 관련 시설물 뿐만 아니라 표현되어 있지 않은 각종 정보의 취득이 가능하였다.

This research is to investigate the effect of the improvement of investment environments with investment incentive on Korean national economy by looking into the foreign investment support system in Korea. To this end, first research model was set up based on our literary study and case study was conducted on 150 foreign companies that were located in industrial complex for foreign companies, received the tax benefit and government subsidization. And it was found that even though the foreign companies were contributing to the national economy in general such as in the area of production, export, employment, development of technology, there was no significant contributory difference between the investment incentive beneficiary and non-beneficiary foreign companies. Therefore it deemed reasonable to reconsider the way Korean government supports foreign companies in Korea and to reinforce foreign companies' relevance to national policy agenda with additional incentives to foreign companies located in comparatively less developed areas. As a way to promote foreign investment, promotion of investment infra such as improvement of follow-up services, openness to foreign investment, industrial deregulations in capital area, revitalization of free economic zone, efficient system to promote foreign investment and the reinforcement of public relations were considered necessary, especially the upgrading of economic structure and the integrated management of domestic and foreign investors deemed necessary for the optimal distribution of the industries.

Composting is a biological method used to transform the organic waste into stable, humified organic amendments. Humification is indicated as the key factor in improving the quality of compost, because of the importance of humic substances to soil ecology, fertility and structure, and their beneficial effects on plant growth The compost constituents vary widely, however, the degree of maturity is very important factor in compost quality. So this experiment carried out to determine the rapid estimation of the quality in cattle, pig, chicken and waste composts using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS). Near infrared reflectance spectra of composts was obtained by Infra Alyzer 500 scanning spectrophotometer at 2-nm intervals from 1100 to 2500nm. Multiple linear regression(MLR) or partial least square regression (PLSR) was used to evaluate a NIRS method for the rapid and nondestructive determination of humic acid contents in composts. The results summarized that NIR spectroscopy can be used as a routine testing method to determine quantitatively the humic acid content in the compost samples ondestructively. Especially, we supposed that absorbance around 2300nm is related to humic acid as a factor of compost maturity. However the NIR absorption approach is empirical, it actually requires many combinations of samples and data manipulations to obtain optimal prediction.

Recently, since there are several problems in space, the infra-structure and the facilities in the contiguity of the existing harbors due to the trend of enlarging the container capacity of the large container vessel, a special floating platform named as the Mobile Harbor has been proposed conceptually as an effective solution of those problems. Two kinds of hull shapes, a conventional mono-hull type and a catamaran type, are proposed as midway feeders to transfer containers to the harbor on land from a large container ship on near shore. In this study, the motion response and mooring analysis are carried out for comparing the global performance of two types of Mobile Harbor. Robot arm mooring facility specially is devised and newly tried to use for the safe fixation of a large container ship and the Mobile Harbor on near shore. It would be expected for this comparison study to give a guideline to design the efficient hull form for a midway loader.
